Hi guys! What ports do you use? I used to stratum+tcp://fcn-qcn.pool.minergate.com:45600 and had error in Claymore miner and low hashrate in the dashboard Im still getting connection error on stratum+tcp://fcn-bcn.pool.minergate.com:45580 unknown stratum packet:

Thanks, but it didn't help  I just tried this: ccminer -o qcn.pool.minergate.com:5557 -u my_email_at_gmail.com -p x and program starts allocating threads, and then crashes.. ...I also tried - but I think we have to wait for stratum support at minergate. ccminer -a cryptonight --no-stratum -o http://duck.pool.minergate.com:5562 -u your@gmail.com -p x with this commandline I just get: JSON-RPC call failed: {

I Use claymore gpu miner. Periodically miner wrote:
RPC call of "submit" returned error: -16, message: Slightly stale share and RPC call of "submit" returned error: -15, message: Unknown job id
What does this mean, is this normal?
Hello, Yes, this situation is normal. First error means that you have sent stale share. As for the second, it means that you are sending shares for the old job when you have already been given a new job. However, we are working on improvement. Regards, Minergate I created a new wallet, made a 0,10 MRO withdrawal test, no coins received neither and history payments show coins were sent as sucessfull.... there is something wrong on your side, also a few days before your system put me a lock on my account, i dont know if that could be the reason, it was unlock after i emailed you people. Anyway im not mining anymore here till i get this resolved and my coins received Please use simplewallet instead of guiwallet. You've got to close guiwallet, run simplewallet, refresh it and check a balance. Got it, i was using the simplewallet also... what i did is deleted the whole data block file and re-downloaded all again from bitmonerod.exe and re-sync, after that wallet showd up with current balance.
