The idea from the people and concept from OP was really good and i'm looking forward to see new update for your project and usually i'm not interested to putting my money into lottery sites because i cannot play and only rely on my luck but i might to try this if your lottery site can attract people to bets at there
What idea was offered from people and OP? I dont find any interesting with this lottery (I only got confused how will the winner will be choosen and about the prize will be given since OP says it's totally free). I believe you will not even try this, even only once. Beta version is here :

99% lottery sites are not genuine!! 100% faucets are waste of time!! I want to change this!! Thank you say its good ok most of see negative side only.... The project sounds good, in fact, too good to be true. How are you going to be able to afford this? Picking winners without having to pay for the participation? I may have misunderstood you but where's the business plan, how are you going to profit from this?

The final Plan:
So 50% will be given away everyday to some winners.
5% will go to person who can promote is on fb, instagram, twitter or other ways.
Other 5% will go to the bitcointalk Administration.

The New project is something like:
Lottery-charity-faucet. LCF.
There Will be donation option for everybody so if You want to make it better you can donate.
For example:
Im going to send my wallet to get btc.
So ill send my wallet address then ill be waiting 24h. Then bingo in my wallet 7$ now if the next person is going to send wallet address and from the first 7$ nothing returned to LCF then no winner!
In order to keep this running the each winner should make donation to LCF.
