I think it would have been more better had you inscribe a written note on the envelope like this... "Donated from my profit made in Bitcoin"
I don’t think he will be able to do that because bitcoin is forbidden in Islam. Muslims are not allowed to invest in bitcoin and I don’t think the mosque would appreciate it if they found out the money came from bitcoin. As much as what OP intentions were pure and from his heart, there are people there who would be offended because it’s against their religious belief.

If potter keeps repeating the same mistake against madrid and i think that chelsea has no chance to beat madrid. Potter needs to learn about how to not change the formation in the middle of the game. This will also disrupt the tempo that already built by chelsea. Potter's substitution is really really bad. It was always making chelsea lose or draw. if chelsea was dominating the game potter shall let chelsea keep the tempo until the end of match.

It's very disappointing to see how potter was changing the players like potter has zero knowledge about football. Reece james, kovacic, and some old players of chelsea may become the players who will make the situation become different. There are bunch of complaints to the potter especially for how he was feeling satisfied when chelsea leads the game with only a single goal.

Potter is just like a clown for sure. The bad substitutions will be only destroy the concentration by players.

I don't think Potter should be entirely blamed for the misfortunes of the club because even the past managers left the team in an unstable condition. We can’t expect him to do miracles as soon as he arrives, it wouldn't be fair to put the whole blame on him, he is working hard to change the situation and it is gradually changing as we can see.

Napoli are one of the best teams in the Champions League so far this season, so I think it's only natural that they are the favorites to go to the final over all the other teams. Of course Milan or any team that will meet Napoli in the semifinals can be surprising, but I think Napoli's chances of going to the final are still good even if Napoli meets Inter in the semifinals.

Regardless of the odds, I think Real Madrid should be 4th after Napoli, Manchester City, Bayern Munich as the favorites for the final. Here it might be a bit exaggerated to put Real Madrid below Benfica based on odds, I don't think Real Madrid is that trivial this season.

Napoli have shown good form, good performances and determination but I think it is still early to rank them as favourites, maybe if they can win their way to the semi finals then I can agree and rate them as favourites because until now I still have a bit of doubt they can win it this year.
884  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current Topic: AFCON 2023 QUALIFIERS. on: March 28, 2023, 03:40:05 PM
The Nigeria supper eagle really improved in today's match at least they won the match with a penalty all win is won anyways, but sincerely speaking the supper eagle team is still performing below average which is not something to be encouraged.

-Let's just hope they match up the games in subsequent matches unless they don't want to qualify for this round, I lost my motivation to watch the match due to my experiences in the last game.
Maybe the pressure and critics was what they need to force them to do better. It's a shame how poor our national team is performing and still bearing the name "Giants of Africa" when in my opinion the real giants of Africa are senegal and Morocco. We were lucky the Super Eagles were able to secure a win with that one goal they scored.

Congratulations OP! I agree it’s a good to diversify your portfolio, I particularly love agriculture because there is always a ready market for it. I hope your wife has a knowledge in fish farming or you hired a professional. There’s more to fish farming than feeding and changing the water. Also I think it will be great if you gave us a back story of your success like are you a crypto trader or did you buy bitcoin in 2016? Your account is relatively new, and judging by the things you say you have been able to do with bitcoin tells me you’re not a newbie.
I think you should edit the third image out, someone may recognize whoever is in that photo. Recent events have taught us you can never be too careful with what you put out on the internet.
886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 27, 2023, 11:06:54 AM
Some rumors here are for Osimhen + Spalletti to Chelsea next year, nothing confirmed yet but only voices near Napoli.

That'll be a very nice combo, I have tried searching but I can't find much new outlets to confirm this rumour although I would love for it to happen. Chelsea has suffered too much and I think we deserve some break. Although Victor Osimhen coming to Chelsea isn't much of a rumor anymore since we have seen news of Todd Boehly going to meet with Victor Osimhen but now adding   Spalletti, men that'll be fantastic. I kind of wish them to get knock out of the champions league now so Napoli doesn't have any excuse not to let go of the two of them and take the money Todd Boehly would be offering. Let watch to see how it plays out.
I’m curious to know how credible this information is. If this rumour is true, then Boehly is planning something extraordinary. Bringing both Spelletti and Victor Osimhen to Chelsea will be a huge boost to the squad, this addition will strengthened the team and make them a tough side to compete with next season. I really hope it doesn't happen.

It looks like James Ward-Prowse is going to leave Southampton at the end of the season. Actually it depends on whether they relegate or not. They still have a chance to stay in the Premier League though despite being at the last position. Because the point difference with the team just over the relegation zone is only two points. Everything can change in the remaining weeks.

But if they still relegate and Ward-Prowse becomes ready to leave then Tottenham are said to be interested in signing him. He is an amazing free-kick taker above all else. He can be a useful player for Tottenham.
I think Ward-Prowse is a top player and deserves to be playing for a more advanced club. Southampton is a good side but he needs a top team where his quality will be showcased and appreciated more and he can get a chance to compete for trophies, I really hope he joins a better team in the summer.

Sunday's transfer gossip:

Manchester City are ready to offer Norway striker Erling Haaland, 22, a new contract worth £500,000 per week in a bid to stave off interest from Real Madrid. This is really a huge salary for Haaland, will this offer be enough to keep him at the club?

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/65076698
I will say that I expected this to happen soon, Erling Haaland is a formidable striker and his numbers have no where to go but up. These days it is very difficult to get a centre forward of this calibre, Manchester City will want to take necessary measures to keep Haaland in the team. £500,000 sounds good and should be enough to keep him except he has some other target in mind. Real Madrid have indicated interest in signing Haaland but I don’t think they can convince Haaland to leave City.
888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin loan for students in higher institution. on: March 26, 2023, 08:10:57 PM
Good day guys; I said  let me know if the forum have a board where students are being support in education by giving them student loan To help them in education, so many members here I believe are students in various higher institutions so many of them fine it difficult to pay school fee's or pay rented apartment, buy textbooks and hand outs or even feed very well or access to student loan boad, please I want to know if there is any room for students in this forum in universities to access student Ioan, i said let me drop it here because I have not seeing education board.
I think you have the wrong impression about the forum, bitcointalk isn’t a company or a NGO. Even though the forum has a Lending board, I don’t think what you’re proposing here is possible. There are so many factors to consider, how do you qualify who’s eligible for this loan without disclosing their identity. Also you have to consider the time frame of repaying the loan, tuition fees in US range 18,000k a year for certain courses so if a person is given a 18k loan in bitcoin. How do you pay that value of bitcoin when the price goes up? It will be more easier to repay the traditional student loan debt considering the volatility of bitcoin.
889  Other / Off-topic / Re: There are A lot of Scammers on Internet than any other platform on: March 26, 2023, 07:50:54 PM
Telegram was one of the first platforms where I started my crypto journey, and it was like a hub for scammers. I’m pretty sure every group on telegram crypto related or not, there’s always one fake account there trying to sell you on some hyip. At the time I knew anyone who sent me a dm first was most likely a scammer. In the end, I deleted my account because I was tired of seeing dms from strangers and it was counterproductive to my crypto experience. My advice to OP is to limit your activities on telegram, if you have to use the app you should set your privacy to prevent strangers from adding you to groups and channels.
890  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: It's not safe to be a crypto influencer on: March 25, 2023, 04:07:41 PM
It should be fine as long as the influencer plays it safe and knows the rules. Crypto influencers have a great opportunity to introduce their followers to a number of promising projects in the crypto industry. But first, influencers should remind their followers that they are not financial advisors and that investing carries risks, that they should conduct in depth research if they are interested in a project, and that they should only invest the sum of money that they can afford to lose. Anyhow, I am not watching these influencers because doing so will only skew my decisions about a particular project.
You would be shocked how many people make decisions based on what their favorite celebrity does or says. I have noticed most influencers on YouTube and instagram add a disclaimer in the captions but it’s very subtle in my opinion. How many people read captions? It would be better if they made a disclaimer at the beginning or end of the video.
891  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 25, 2023, 01:39:47 PM
Barcelona must avoid Financial Fair Play rules in La Liga, so to make it easier for them to bring in new players, there are several conditions that they must comply with and one of them is the player's salary budget which must be reduced. The possible choices are to release several players such as Garcia, Jordi Alba, Ferran Torres, Raphinha, Franck Kessie and Sergio Busquets, so that Barcelona has the opportunity to bring in new players in the upcoming transfer market.

Rumors about the players Barcelona will release may still be different from the six I mentioned, because Xavi also still needs Raphinha, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba, because it is still difficult to find replacements for them in the current squad. The available players owned by Xavi have not been tested when facing big matches such as the Champions League and Xavi is still looking for the best format to make the most of them.
I think after the last incidents at the club when they were strongly hit with the sanctions and restrictions which also led to Barcelona losing their long time hero and legend, Lionel Messi. I think the club have learnt their lessons and will be so careful not to go through the same troubles again and will take necessary measures to comply with the fair play rules even if it means cutting down players wages.

For the AFRICA CUP OF NATIONS QUALIFICATION FIXTURES AND RESULTS 2023 who do you think will be the top scorer of the qualifications rows. I'm thinking Victor Osimhen and Nigeria is going to secure a spot in the finals of the AFCON competition very easily. They play GUINEA-BISSAU next on the 24/03/2023 and I don't see them losing that match. What do you guys think about this fixture and other fixtures as well?.
Victor Osimhen is the name that will always come first in the minds of almost everyone who wants to make this prediction but looking at the level which the Super Eagles are playing it will be very difficult for Osimhen to get as many goals as he would have wanted. I’m not confident of the Super eagles making it far in the competition, they could barely even win against Guinea.
893  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How's your bitcoin lifestyle? on: March 25, 2023, 06:18:26 AM
I’m very surprised reading the comments of people here. If bitcoin is legal in your country, it’s okay to be open about it. Bitcoin isn’t some dark secret that one has to hide in his closet. The people around me know I am a bitcoin enthusiast, what they don’t know is how many bitcoins I own. My wallet address isn’t public and I use multiple addresses for transactions. I live a comfortable life, I do not flaunt my wealth or the things I have achieved by investing in bitcoin. My life isn’t in any kind of danger, there are others who also accept bitcoin payment in their business they haven’t been robbed either. Being known as a bitcoiner doesn’t invade your bitcoin privacy if that makes sense.
894  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I got money today on: March 24, 2023, 08:15:59 PM
Actually it's quite risky for both of you and the woman;
- For the woman, asking someone else to find the bitcoin exchange or vendor means that she doesn't know yet completely about bitcoin and the risk of this investment.
- For you, if there is something wrong with the vendor later, then you would be the first person she call and probably demands you to take the responsibility.

However I love math and I tried to calculate;
You got $100 converted from 60k (10k from the vendor + 50k from the woman), so your currency rate is around 600/$. Since you mentioned that you got 1% of the deposited money by the woman, then it means the woman have deposited 1million in your currency, or if converted to $, it's around 1000000/600 = $1667. That's a quite fair amount to invest in bitcoin for the first time. And to answer the same question all of you are having in your mind, no, I'm not nerd and I'm fun at parties.

Well, congrats Greggry. I hope this story is true and that woman keep depositing money so you'd get more referral fee.
Exactly my thoughts! I would like OP to clarify things for us. 1million naira ( I think it’s naira because 60,000 naira is closest to $100) is not a small amount of money, which makes me doubt the story. I don’t believe anyone would be so carefree with such huge amount. What insurance did she have that OP wasn’t a scammer. It was a big risk and we can imagine how her crypto journey will be like if she continues this way. The woman is obviously a newbie and doesn’t know much about wallets and security, I hope she does not end up being scammed.
895  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: It's not safe to be a crypto influencer on: March 24, 2023, 07:47:00 PM
~snip~
Most of these influencers or signature participants do not use the service or product they advertise. It’s common to see someone wearing a casino signature but doesn’t gamble.

As far as I know, all sig campaigns that promote gambling require their participants to be active in the Gambling board, so it's a bit strange that someone who doesn't gamble and doesn't know the business can successfully advertise anything. However, it seems that quality and knowledge are not too important in this case, because after altcoins boards, that part of the forum is polluted with the most spam.
Yeah that’s true but sometimes when there are not many qualified applicants, campaign managers may accept non gambling participants based on merits, and the participants will attempt to change their posting habit to fit the campaign. This is one of the reasons the gambling board is polluted with spam posts, I’m active on the football threads and it’s easy to identify those who know the game and those who are posting for reach signature quota. I appreciate members like Igehhh, Jollygood and others who are fighting to reduce the spam and moderating their own threads.
896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you feel bad while paying with BTC? on: March 24, 2023, 05:38:11 PM
That’s because most people in the bitcoin community see bitcoin as a store value and do not like to use bitcoin as a currency. Spending bitcoins on stuff like groceries and gadgets feels like a waste of investment to many bitcoiners, which is kind of strange to admit considering that we like to talk about how bitcoin is going to replace fiat. I believe the story you’re referring to is Laszlo pizza story. FYI that will forever be remembered in bitcoin history.
897  Other / Meta / Re: Five legendaries you know with the highest posts/merits on: March 24, 2023, 05:14:04 PM
I was just going through the profiles of different legendary rank members in the forum. While admiring their achievements through the ranks, their numbers of posts, merits. And I felt wowed by their years of dedication to the forum. In my thoughts and out of curiosity I said to myself has other forum members ever pondered or wanting to know  a few legendaries rank members with the highest posts and merits in the forum. And how has the journey so far being for them in their achievements of such milestone.

We all know the top merit earners on the forum, it’s public information.
You can check the [CLUBS] Top Merited-Users Classified into 4 Clubs.
It sounds to me like what you want isn’t a screenshot of their profile but a interview to hear their experience being on the forum. There is already a thread to that effect Some users have shared their opinions on certain subjects on that interview. Others like fillippone have shared their story and given advice on how newbies can increase their rank.
898  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I got money today on: March 24, 2023, 04:31:28 PM
Someone contacted me today that she needed bitcoin, I quickly search for bitcoin vendors, God so kind a friend of mine introduced me where I can get it easily. Those vendors have refers benefits, whoever bring client will always get 1% of whatever units of bitcoin the client will purchases.

I go extra miles to verify the authenticity of those vendors without telling the woman to avoid trouble or scam threat. But at the end the woman bought 10% of the current price and she later call me that she loves transparent people I should send my account details and she bless me with 50k my local currency plus vendors refers benefits of 10k. Lol, this amount is called small is beautiful.

I have a total of $100 and I quickly used it to invest in bitcoin, the money is amicabily disappearing. Lol. Is God not good?
Another story with little information to go by. They say if a story sounds too good to be true then it’s probably a lie. There are so many unanswered questions here, how’s the woman related to you and how did she know you are into bitcoin. And more importantly why didn’t you refer her to an exchange so she can buy the bitcoins herself? You put your reputation at risk and the money of others by referring a bitcoin vendor you haven’t done business with before.

Those vendors have refers benefits, whoever bring client will always get 1% of whatever units of bitcoin the client will purchases.
1% referral bonus is small amount, for you to make 10k from this business means that the person must have bought bitcoins worth 1million. That’s a lot of money for someone to entrust to a stranger.
899  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 24, 2023, 05:57:48 AM
Referring to the Goal report, Chelsea are now determined to end Auba's contract, and allow him a year early. in fact, some Spanish media even said that Chelsea would terminate Aubameyang's contract before the end of this season, considering that he was not registered in the Champions League squad.
I don't know if this is an advantage for Aubameyang or a problem for his career. however, if Barcelona are willing to take him home, that means, Barcelona are signing him for free.

Other rumors, Barcelona are interested in repatriating Aubameyang because they need additional power in their attack line. last winter, Memphis Depay decided to leave Camp Nou. while several other strikers such as Ansu Fati and Raphinha are rumored to be leaving next summer. so, this situation makes the Blaugrana potentially short of attacking positions next summer, so Barcelona are interested in repatriating Aubameyang. However, I am not sure about the validity of this rumour.
It’s a shame seeing how Pierre Aubameyang has gone from “glory to grass”, Chelsea’s decision to terminate his contract will be a problem for him because it will affect his reputation and career. It's a pity how Aubameyang has declined, just two seasons ago he was Arsenal's key player and now he barely starts a game for Chelsea.

We have know natural occurrence is real. I was at the psychiatric hospital and I saw many type of abnormal persons which I believe to some points they may have families, business, career, education and cryptocurrency. Now this persons cannot even recognised their own existence because of their different situations and sicknesses.

Assuming many to be into cryptocurrency hips enough bitcoin investment and trades. They never let anyone know about it especially keys and passwords. What do you think happens to this persons wallets especially dead people?
That quite some imagination. What would be different if they had all their money in fiat? The bank would have made you name a next of kin when opening an account with them incase of such mishaps your next of kin would be able to access the funds. For bitcoin however you’re your own bank so it’s your responsibility to have a plan on how to transfer your wallet ownership to your successor. One way to do this would be to use timelock method.
There are so many topics about this issue, you can easily find them by using the search engine. Take a look at these threads.
