how much cash do we have in the treasury, or whatever, for purchases? and what else can be done with the shares?

Hi stslimited. We have 1061.05BTC in reserve and this amount is growing rapidly with our hash rate. When the batch 3 arrives I'll get it settled in and look for more hardware sales that make sense now that I seem to have a handle on the power and cooling requirements. I don't understand your inquiry about the shares, can you explain?

I'm running 3.1.1 off a standard desktop pc on windoze 7 x64. The PC is feeding 1 BFL minirig SC and (4) BFL single SCs connected to a powered hub. The program runs great 99% of the time and keeps them all fed happily, but there are the occasional problems and I'd like the program to restart, which the timer does fine. Unfortunately whether I restart the program manually or the timer restarts the program, it pauses and waits for user input with the dialog "press enter to continue". I'm starting bfgminer.exe and not a .bat file as everything is set up in .conf.
It only says "press enter to continue"? Nothing else (like a reason)?

Correct. No reason is given. When enter is pressed it initializes the BFLs and begins mining just fine.
If you add -G, does that get past it?
If so, it's failing to initialise your GPU(s) and (perhaps more problematic) failing to print the error message saying so.

No it sure doesn't. I'm going to try a different computer connected to the same hashers tomorrow and see if it makes any difference. It runs great aside from this little issue.
"press enter to continue" only exists in the OpenCL driver.
With -G, that is disabled, so I'm guessing something else on your system is doing it in this case...?

Not sure. I swapped mobos and it worked fine with the process watcher. Same vid card and os even. Not sure what the deal was, but I'm willing to leave this mystery unsolved. Thanks for your assistance Luke.

Luke is there a way to stop BFGMiner.exe from displaying "press enter to continue" and waiting for user input to begin mining? This is preventing a watchdog timer from functioning. Thx.

I'll work on putting something together. Our yield is far higher(+52%) than Cognitive's and that's what I look for in my own investments, combined with stability, and potential growth. I've no interest in getting into a spam flinging contest with Garrett or mentioning Cognitive(or any other company) in any of our official news releases, but there's nothing wrong with posting updates of our growth.

I'm going to work on swapping out the cooling fans on the singles today. The new 90mm replacements move roughly 2x the air the stockers do, so we should see some return from the swap over time.

Cheers.

Dividend queued. I will be unavailable most of the day, but will try to get back to everyone this evening.

Cheers.

Ummm...bitminter just mined 2 blocks in 52 seconds minutes. We received almost 3BTC for less than one minute hour of mining with our BFL gear. ;p

I believe I owe you guys some coin.

Update:

I got Av1 back up and I'm moving Av2 & Av3 to another location tonight to ensure there are no further interruptions. Things should be back to normal tomorrow. With everything back to normal we should be right around 950Gh/s and our batch 3 will put us over 1Th very soon.

Cheers.

Not sure if anyone noticed but we just took first place on Bitminter's "Fastest Users" category!

Way to go Creativex  Wink

Bill

Thx Bill.

Just run an extension cord to the neighbor  Grin

lol

Methinks they might object, but it can't hurt to ask. Smiley

I have the Avalons offline. I'm going to see about relocating them and I'll either upgrade service or look into renting something commercial with a lot more room for expansion. As the main feed is unfortunately aluminum it's getting pretty toasty so I cannot just drop in a larger main. Well I could, but it'd be unwise.

So does the mini rig have the nexus in it?

Nope, just a blank there.

A new problem. Main breaker(200amp) keeps tripping which is kind of amusing, but isn't helping me get everything online. I'm going to pay out PPS again so I can focus on this issue rather than book keeping.

Cheers.

Av3 is back up. Waiting for the hardware store to open before I bring Av2 back online.
895  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: July 19, 2013, 04:38:02 AM
Av1 *IS* still online btw so we're actually right around 800Gh/s. Tomorrow I will rig some way to get more cooling in there and/or vent the exhaust outside and get our other two Avalons back online.

Nite all.

Last minute change of heart. I pulled the two Avalons in the cold room instead. The rig powered right up and all the singles are still online. They're all on bitminter though so we're looking at some rather significant potential variance. It should ramp up to around 720.

898  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: July 19, 2013, 03:35:58 AM
Splendid!

Don't forget to make an announcment on btct.co!

Done!

wb

Ty.

The rig is solid, heavy, and certainly looks like it means business.

BTW that's our own box of fans next to it that came in today. The deltas look really buff. I've a lot of work to do. Smiley

I think for tonight I'm going to bring the singles down and attempt to replace them with the rig and if all goes well I'll then get some rest. I didn't make it over to pick up another portable ac and this thing looks like it will put out serious heat. It was a smoking hot day(for MI) and I doubt the current ac system is up for handling all our hashing power at once. This way we should get a boost of around 240Gh/s tonight and in the morning I'll hunt down another portable ac and get the singles back online.

Our minirig is safe and sound. I need to unwind a bit before I unload it, heck of a long drive. I'll snap off some pics and hopefully get it online yet tonight.

Cheers.
