881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency investment on: April 10, 2019, 04:44:41 PM
It is all about the risks that exist today in the cryptocurrency sphere. Today they are the main problem of all novice traders. Therefore, I think that it is necessary to take them before investing and continue to work in the market.
Not only in cryptocurrency sphere because you are taking risks whenever you are making an investment in anything using your money. The thing is with cryptocurrencies the risks are even higher, but so is the potential profits that come along with those risks so it's everyone choice to know if this is the right thing to do or not.
882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How will Bitcoin survive after all 21M coins have been mined? on: April 10, 2019, 11:51:40 AM
If bitcoin has reached a total of 21 million miners will be forced to stay away from the rewards they receive for their work and the price of bitcoin will be increasingly expensive, so it will be difficult to get.
If miners disappear who is going to confirm our transactions? There will still be miners but surely the number of them will be lower than now because the amount of money they could earn will be a lower since they will get rewards only from transaction fees.
883  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please DON'T pay any taxes on your crypto! on: April 10, 2019, 11:43:22 AM
I've done a bit of research on crypto taxes and in most countries the 'taxable event' occurs at the point where crypto is converted to fiat (and probably also recorded when converted from fiat to crypto).

That's correct. I think every local exchange has to send a copy of their transactions history to the government so that they could check if everyone has paid their taxes and fine those that didn't. I didn't expected governments to take action against crypto this early but seems they don't want to waste any single penny they could get from people.
884  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest BTC Lotteries? on: April 10, 2019, 11:40:27 AM
Lottaries are for lazy people although I see that you have won it once and it may have impacted your vision of things.
You should find a productive way to earn cryptocurrencies and there are a few of them which if you browse this forum different sections you will come across, I like to mine with my own equipment as the best resource to earn daily cryptocurrency but there are other ways.

Gambling and lottery are for fun, if used otherwise you risk big.
Lotteries are for lucky people, not necessarily for lazy people. If you feel something and you think it's somehow possible you could win a lottery then go for it and buy some tickets because you never know. But you should always keep in mind that the chances are extremely low, close to 0. So don't expect to win it, just buy tickets and forget about them and maybe one day who knows you will win something.
885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction Stories! on: April 10, 2019, 11:29:39 AM
at that time I was invited by a friend to gamble the ball, because I like the ball, so I just went along to enliven the tournament event. then proceed to card games, to lottery numbers. my money runs out and even I have to be forced into debt. painful addiction. the only way that stopped me was the crypto market, when I started entering this industry I started leaving the gambling game.
That's the worst way someone could get addicted to something, by a friend who recommended him to go with him and gamble together. I personally gamble a lot, better said mostly I am betting but I would never recommend someone to do it because I know it could lead to drastic changes in that person's life
886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can someone explain the trend of bitcoin casinos creating altcoins ? on: April 10, 2019, 11:26:46 AM
Casinos are a disguise for scammers in order to promote their altcoins. They know a lot of people are gambling and casinos that launch their website along with a new altcoin usually force people to buy their coins in order to use their website for gambling.
887  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chat in gambling on: April 10, 2019, 11:20:42 AM
Thats why there are chat mods on a certain chatbox to prevent or do remove those spams because it cant really be avoided that there are
really some users who do only register just to spam out their scammy ponzi sites and other related things but as a knowledgeable person and a
gambler you would surely just ignore those things.
Sometime i not really read chatbox. But maybe newcomers that want to play gambling, attracted with scammers that want to steal people's money with their ways. Only afraid if that newcomer trauma and never back to play again.

I dont really easily believe that someone can fall out easily into scams for those people who do read up on chat. Links and any possible spams would be handled out by
a chat moderator. If not then most likely other members of the site will able to tell that the words being chat up are just typical scam attempts.
Chatbox is important for community interaction.

yes there are users that can be scammed via the chatbox especially if the scammer is a wise and knowdegable person . they can make things possible  . thats why we need to be extra cautious on everything that we do most especially if there is a money involved  because money is too precious . we value it more than any other things tbh  .  when i play gambling , i dont read or use the chat feature  . if i want to chat i use social media and i only talk to the people that i know  .

The chat should be moderated 24/7 so that no one can scam anyone and if any such spam message appear on chat, it should be immediately deleted. I think it is not much hard for the gambling site to hire a permanent chat moderator for their site.
The problem comes where there are too much people involved in the discussion on the chat and there is only one moderator available because it's almost impossible for him to detect every message that is a spam because dozens of them come every minute. That's why they should hire multiple moderates, up to 3-4 if necessary
888  Other / Off-topic / Re: addiction to drugs on: April 10, 2019, 11:17:27 AM
Fighting with drug addiction is a mental game and that's why most people never achieve to get rid of it. Recommend would be to visit a specialist who is working especially with this kind of persons and knows how to change your mentality to drugs in order to stop using them.
889  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you happy on what you've become today? on: April 10, 2019, 01:32:23 AM
Honestly no, and that's because I know I could have done so much more things in a better way and today I would have been a completely different person. But it is what it is and I am moving on and doing my best to become the best version of myself and achieve all my goals and dream in life.
890  Other / Off-topic / Re: Culture on: April 10, 2019, 01:30:33 AM
Honestly I don't hatr anything about by old culture, it's just the thing that I don't like it so I don't care about it. There are a lot of things that I don't like but at the end of the day I can't say I hate anything since it is part of my countries culture and I respect that.
891  Local / Romānă (Romanian) / Re: Terminal cumparari crypto monede on: April 10, 2019, 01:25:07 AM
Am fost astazi prin Mega Image si am observat un terminal de plati pt facturi numit "Statia de Plata" care suporta si cumpararea de bitcoin sau ethereum. Smiley

A folosit cineva terminalul respectiv?

892  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: April 10, 2019, 01:16:20 AM
After rereading my post above I realized that I described something that can happen only in a parallel universe. The max profit on bet on freebitco.in is 20 BTC, so you can't actually win 160 BTC in one bet.

But now I'm wondering is there a limitation on max bet amount, or is it theoretically possible to bet 2,000 BTC with 94.06% win chance and win 20 BTC, taking the 1st place in the wagering contest in the meantime?

Yes, you can bet 2,000 BTC at 1.01x if you have the balls to do it!

In order to bet 2000 BTC you first gotta have it and belive if anyone would own that much bitcoin he wouldn't be wasting his precious time gambling on freebitco.in since he could buy the whole website including all the prizes they have for contests.
893  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 29 Billion Bets | 112+ BTC Jackpot! on: April 10, 2019, 01:11:11 AM
Congratulations on Primedice on their 112+ BTC Jackpot.

Amazing amounts of money

That will probably never be won.
Someone calculated in this thread expected loss and odds.
If you are a negative person you will definitely never win such a jackpot. I'm not saying I have a great confidence that I could win this jackpot but at least I know it's possible and I expect it, since you never know. The chances are obviously somewhere around 0.0001% but still at least you know you have a chance of winning it.
894  Economy / Gambling / Re: Simplest bitcoin lottery, totally free, no registration required, real-time on: April 10, 2019, 01:07:28 AM
You website looks good because it's simple and there are no rules for entering the lottery. The problem is there are a lot of disadvantages that your website has compared to other lottery sites.
1)It is not probably fair
2)The design is way to simple and usually gamblers tend to avoid that
3)Lack of trust. Because of number 2 most people will think this is a scam since almost anyone with some basic web development skills could created it so why would they send money to a completely new website built in less than 10 minutes
895  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | The Most Popular Bitcoin Casino | V2 & New games out now! 👽 on: April 10, 2019, 12:57:22 AM

Hope these chat have moderators, because I have never seen so much trolling, rudeness, spam and impolite behavior Cheesy

They surely have chat moderators but the problem is that it's hard to have control over a chat when you have hundreds, maybe even thousands of people online especially during giveaways. If you notice someone who you think is rude and spams in the chat just report him and I am sure a moderator will check it asap and block him if it's necessary
896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: AGAIN: China says it wants to eliminate bitcoin mining on: April 10, 2019, 12:45:02 AM
I am pretty sure I've seen the same rumors a few months ago but seems like nothing happened since them. Losing China from mining would definitely be a bad thing for bitcoin and cryptocurrencies since it's the country with the most population in the world meaning that a certain percentage of them are also mining. For now nothing is official and this are just rumors, so let's wait and see what's going to happen because anyway we can't do much against it
897  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can We Find Satoshi? on: April 10, 2019, 12:33:43 AM
Right know I think it's quite hard to do that because most of the tracks have been deleted. Maybe if you would have started immediately after he disappeared then your chances will be higher but I am pretty sure he deleted all his tracks and that was probably his plan in the first place, to remain anonymous.
898  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best Cryptocurrency to Invest? on: April 09, 2019, 11:19:52 PM
In my opinion the best crypto to invest is Bitcoin. Why? Because have a good history, because works as is described on whitepaper, because a lot of people use it, because is a way opener, because is a coin which can be trusted.

right, it's just that bitcoin takes a long time to find a different profit with altcoin. so I think for the best investment is bitcoin and top 5 altcoin marketcap
Even though with bitcoin it could take a longer time to make some decent profits I think this is by far the safest cryptocurrency you could invest in. Also, all the market is following bitcoin, so whenever it is going up the whole market of altcoins goes up, the same thing happens when it goes down.
899  Economy / Economics / Re: The bulls are back, bitcoin on the way to $5k on: April 09, 2019, 11:17:02 PM
It's up to 5200$ right now and it seems like it will stay here for a while then try to make its way to 5500$. It's definitely a good thing that price successfully maintains its level over 5000$ because the same thing happened at 4000$,the price stayed quietly in the same place for a few weeks and then in one single day it went up with 1000$. This could repeat anytime and I'm ready for it to happen
900  Economy / Economics / Re: Who controls the market? on: April 09, 2019, 11:13:34 PM
I think that the market is controlled by large players in the face of states and just ordinary people who either buy or sell. I would say that the market does not fluctuate because of individual people, but because of successive mass transactions. And the fact that governments buy cryptocurrencies is no secret to anyone.
Where exactly is it proven that governments buy cryptocurrencies and trade them? I've never seen anywhere such news and also don't think this is quite true. Of course, there could be a few people that are working in the government that bought cryptocurrencies but this does not mean governments are buying cryptocurrencies.
