881  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the trading tips for newbies... on: January 18, 2019, 03:12:57 PM
I have done some bounties and now my wallet has few tokens balance. So I need to know about trading. I searched and learned some points of trading. But I think my knowledge of trading is not enough for trading with this unstable market. So can anyone give me advises about trading. Or can anyone post some links of articles to read about trading charts. Thank you....
You should endeavor to spend quality time in learning on how to trade professionally as only those that has spend quality time in learning and developing their skills through experience are those that really make money in this market. If you have been doing bounties and you are successful it is very important you should know that trading is a different thing and it involves risk and that is why you should be careful and seek for quality advice before putting your hard earned money into the market.
882  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Margin trading on: January 18, 2019, 02:47:02 PM
The first thing you need to know about trading in margin is that it is a very risky investment process and you can actually make profits from both upward and downward trends and you can also lose. If you have decided to go into margins trade you must learn the charting patterns and candlestick formation in other to be able to analyze the market and know the direction of the price and the impact the current market may make in future.
883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Big day for ETH on: January 18, 2019, 07:02:11 AM
The fork will happen on January 16, 2019 - right?
So do you think this can be a great day for ETH or just a normal update?
The price right now is not making any big move, what do you think will happen tomorrow?
Seriously nothing to my expectations has happened and this seems to be the most silence hardfork that has happened over a long period of time.  Many people said that this hardfork is going to push ethereum above $500 on twitter and telegram but we are having stagnant price right now and everything seems bearish than bullish.  My expectation was that from 14 to 19 of this month ethereum should have performed very well and at list be above $200 but that has not been achieved and it even fall from $150 to $120.
However, the hardfork has been postponed and the news should have pushed ethereum price upwards than were it is right now.
884  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HITBTC in problems ??? on: January 18, 2019, 06:39:24 AM
I don't have accounts with hitbtc but it seemed they are having technical problems that deal with the security of the platform.  My problem with most of this trading exchange is that they have poor customers services.  They hardly reply mails and complain.  I think in future we might needs to have regulations system in place that will bring serious into this cryptocurrencies exchange platforms.
885  Economy / Speculation / Re: Imagine Crypto and Bitcoin Currency Risks in early 2018 on: January 18, 2019, 06:12:11 AM
The fear of falling prices for Bitcoin and other crypto currencies is suddenly still hotly discussed. Is it true that the future of digital money is getting worse in 2019?
This time that every body is afraid of investing into cryptocurrencies market, according to expect is the best time to buy as it always point to a reversal point.  2018, has placed stigma on bitcoin and others cryptocurrencies and investors are scared of buying and the skillful and professionals are using their technical and fundamentals analysis to trade and got little profits along the line.
886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2019 will be better then 2017 :) ? on: January 17, 2019, 05:39:07 PM
lets do it, speculation about this.

what is good and bad news about this year?  for example - new forks, ETF s, SEC.

If ETF is approved? 2019 is going to be far better than 2017 but if it is not approve we may have sideways trend throughout the year. I don't think the ethereum hardfork is going to affect the market mush and if it going to affect price it might be on ethereum and other of its tokens. Since we are having this uncertainty I think the best time to invest should be now as the market is at the lowest price.
887  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chinese New Year 2019 on: January 17, 2019, 05:25:35 PM
With the way bitcoin has been behaving I think it is going to go down further.  Bitcoin is currently not doing well in other to make part for bullish trend and I am in support of those that said bitcoin is going to go down from now till the Chinese new year.  It has been happening like that and this year is not going to be an exception.  We are going to have bullish trend any moment from the middle of next month if ETF or any other technical issues we are expecting happened.
888  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crashing' Bitcoin Predictions on: January 17, 2019, 02:45:25 PM
I think you are some how a bit right in your predictions.  Cryptocoins market is volatile market and few that has been following the market understand to some extent and to be right in our predictions is a hard thing to do.  I think bitcoin might go as low as around $2700 if care is not taking because the buying power is still very low.  Traders are looking for any little opportunity to dump and that is why the market is currently stagnant.
889  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2019 the Bullrun year? ( many aspects ) on: January 17, 2019, 07:52:31 AM
Hello

do u think 2019 will be a bullrun start?

i personally think it has potencial due to  BAKKT,Nasdaq and Vaneck Solidx Futures.

Also the Bitcoinhalving is coming 2020, to avoid maybe high bitcoin prices ,the buy orders might start in the second half of 2019.

at the other handside, we are still in a hard redline bearphase, and its hard to say if those aspects will be a positive run as the volume right now is mostly dead. some pump and dumps of whales to play around

i want to her your opinion.

BTC I TRUST, HODL I MUST ( Master Yoda )
2019, June is really a Time to wait on as many people are saying from half of 2019 we should expect a trigger buying order.  Investors especially the institutionalized one are going to come into cryptocurrencies market this year and because of that some of them have started buying bitcoin privately and if we start to see them buying bitcoin in public then we should expect bitcoin to rise in pricing.
890  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices are destroyed, everyone is disappointed on: January 16, 2019, 06:49:20 PM
I am very disappointed to see the price of bitcoin destroyed in recent days, I have lost a lot when I bought bitcoin at a high price, until when this bitcoin price dropped.
We really did not negotiating for this and of a truth the way bitcoin goes down is still a surprise for some of us.  Cryptocoins market has been behaving badly since the beginning of 2018 till now and many holders have lose significant amounts of money.  In fact last year alone over $7billion has been wipe out from the cryptocurrencies market and so many of us has lost hundreds of thousands of dollars!  However,  I believe that bitcoin is going to recover and it is good we understand this and keep faith with the market.  Remember that we are still at the early stages of cryptocurrencies development.
891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Cryptocurrency One Big Ponzi Scheme? on: January 16, 2019, 08:25:11 AM
I don't think blockchain technology is a ponzi scam but I think the promoters and projects developers (with the idea of using icos to raise funds from the market)  that makes it to look like a ponzi scam.  Blockchain technology is still at the early stages and we Should not expect it to be a perfect market or close to perfection like others market like stock and forex that are subject to some regulations.
892  Economy / Economics / Re: Where to invest? How to choose the right ICO? Answer is here! on: January 16, 2019, 07:52:03 AM
Hi, I found ICO spreadsheet, where you can look ICO rating and understand where to invest!

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12bJmLfCf02VIrBg4DPrTeR_hqGE6V5dorgMglPUOwSA/edit#gid=0

Now we can say Thank You by sharing some Merits ! (you are NOT loosing any Merit of your own when you are giving away sMerits)
Soliciting for smerit has never been a good idea of getting miret but making quality posts has been the idea why people give merit.  However,  thank you for sharing this with us and I have been saying that the best way to get information about icos is to look at there rating at ico rating sites and maybe like the spreadsheets you are talking about. I could remember how the rating in one icos site was the reason why i did not invest in global risk project that turned out to be scam projects at the end of the days and my friend lose his $2000 in it.  You should visit the rating sites and see what the reviewers are saying before investing into them.
893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Rally into Constantinople Fork / Alt-Season (Risk on) on: January 16, 2019, 06:31:52 AM
Ethereum is sitting on strong historical support vs. BTC and is exhibiting bullish divergences in both momentum and volume .

With the upcoming Constantinople hard fork, which is reducing the block reward from 3 to 2 Eth, Eth may rally into the event after months of downtrend vs. BTC .

As is indicated via the chart, Ethereum rallies vs BTC (eth outperforming btc ) have led to a risk on approach to higher risk crypto assets known as altcoins. Many refer to this event as "Alt Season".

If Ethereum can manage to rally vs. btc , other higher risk assets may see explosive rallies, as sellers have become extremely exhausted and sell side liquidity is almost non existent.

I am seeing this coming hardfork a trip for ethereum and it might be pushing down further.  Bitcoin might benefit from ethereum hardfork more than ethereum itself as many people may try to convert the free coins to bitcoin after the hardfork.  I think bitcoin will be bullish compare to ethereum and we hope the hardfork will not create problems for bitcoin more than solutions.
894  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you following your gut instinct in trading? on: January 16, 2019, 06:11:44 AM
We were advice during my forex trading by trading expert that .... we should focus our mind in .... our gut instinct and we were told that it can not fail us but making us rich.....

I hope you didn't pay for this advice.
but we should focus our mind in the third indicator which is our gut instinct

last year These guys also follow their instincts:

Tom Lee: BTC will reach $25K

John McAfee: BTC will hit $500K in three years

and see where the price is

This is serious and that s the major reason I do ask if we should follow our gut in trading.  Some traders are trip in technical analysis and often times follow chart pattern and candlesticks pattern but lose money during trading.  I think we should not underestimate the power of the three and these technical,  fundamental and gut instinct should be combined before we invest into cryptocurrencies market.
I could remember we paid around $500 for two weeks training but it was very useful to me.
895  Economy / Trading Discussion / Are you following your gut instinct in trading? on: January 15, 2019, 08:01:43 PM
We were advice during my forex trading by trading expert that we should not depend only on technical and fundamentals indicators alone in trading but we should focus our mind in the third indicator which is our gut instinct and we were told that it can not fail us but making us rich and build our confident in trading.  However. I think about 80% of traders don't know how to hear the voice of their instinct during trading!  Can one get this gut instinct training like others investments tools?  Is it even truth that we have something like gut instinct?
896  Economy / Speculation / Re: "Buy the dip" is only a strategy for losers on: January 15, 2019, 07:44:02 PM
We see it every time Bitcoin goes to a new lower level.

Bitcoin "believers" will hurry to say "buy the dip" and "just wait it will come back"

Reality is that every dip is a new lower level - and after that comes another dip...and another.

In the beginning of 2017 very few people had Bitcoin - and therefore the price could quickly move up as a large number of people with zero financial understanding started buying Bitcoin.

Now a large number of people with zero understanding has Bitcoin and price moves down - there are no more new fools to get into Bitcoin to ever pump it again.

"Buy the dip" is something only fools believe - and as can be seen in here there are unfortunately many fools in here who do not understand that their money is already lost
Of a truth I am not in support of this buying the dip phenomenon and I prefer trading base on technical and fundamentals issues.  Traders are lossing money because of buy the dip and when bitcoin goes down further they have to buy again and further increase their loses.  I strongly believe that that is the major reason why we are having a very bad trades and the reason why Many traders are always in red.
The best way to trade is to buy at the right time and sell at the right time by using the technical and fundamentals indicators.
897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A jump of 11% for ethereum in just 30 mins on: January 15, 2019, 08:17:54 AM
I am currently trading on Binance and was surprised that ethereum went up a price from $115 to $130 in just 30 minutes where other altcoins followed the upward trend. Is this a sign of an incoming bull run for ethereum for its incoming hardfork or just a bull trap? Based on my research, Constantinople hardfork will occur on the 16th of January where Binance also confirmed that they will support the hardfork. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Yes,  this is  one of the sign but many things and price action has to form for us to see a clear bullish signal.  I think one of the ethereum's has just put a lot of funds into the market and that is why we see that huge move yesterday but it might be a trap for them to take another little profits as it happens some days back.  We are going to have more of the bullish trend than the bearish trend because of this upcoming hardfork and at the same time it is good You should be careful about the market conditions as it can be easily been manipulated.
898  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why BTC to Under 1K$ soon on: January 15, 2019, 07:54:22 AM
Since lot of people are in Panic they will start to sell their BTC with loss , Market will be red more than ever before,
So this is how It work:When BTC 2.9K$ Panic will be started, Downtrend will be slowly started too. Price will be dropped to 2.5K$ - 2K$ than Next wave of Panic will be started and price will be fallen to 1K$ and it will stable at 800$.
Price don't move in that ways and I strongly believe that we might have another wave of bull trend more than bearish trend in some days and months to come. The market has gone down to far that people are not panicking about what happen next.  No matter what happened some people are still holding and some of them bought bitcoin above $10,000 and hope are still there that one day the market will recover and the bull trend may give them more profits.  Panic is no longer in us again since we know how this market operate.
899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: LATOKEN altcoin virtual currency trading is a user scam . on: January 15, 2019, 06:27:22 AM
A lot of negative reviews are coming on latoken and I think the developers and the management team should do something about it.  It is not going to be good if all this review keep coming in this way.  Investors and traders will be scared away from this wonderful exchange platforms.  Some weeks a go I traded at latoken and everything went well though I only sold one tokens that I got from bounty.
900  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Mysterious instant drop? on: January 14, 2019, 01:55:58 PM

What caused this? How can the price be so volatile? Who is behind the market for real?
There are many factors that cause this type of heavy dump and it seems one whales that bought bitcoin below the current price sold the coins.  The nature of cryptocurrencies market is that it is volatile and few people understand this volatility nature of bitcoin and invest as situation arises.  For those that bought in December when bitcoin went down beyond $3200 are still in good profits no matter the dumps in prices.  We should also invest with the amount we can afford to lose and not in another way.
