@ TheRocketman

Congratulations for adding company information. I noticed it today when browsing. Even though it is Curaçao off-shore based it will add the important things that any terms and conditions should clearly state and Curaçao is ideal for e-gaming regardless of the level of protection is provides to game players.

I would have thought the costs associated with the Curaçao eGaming Licence would have made it a non-starter and the better route would have been to use a different jurisdiction where it would have been significantly cheaper and still provided you with the anonymity you seek.

8842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ZenX] Zentoshi - Cutting Edge Technology meets Business - Launches Nov. 7 on: November 03, 2019, 11:28:00 AM
Care to explain all this?

Thank you for the excellent post. I look forward to their reply.

..... And after around 36 hours after reporting the ridiculous error in the website footer links, they have been - edited.

What would you think of a website that cannot add terms and conditions as well as privacy policy links and actual legal policies to its own website?
8843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ZenX] Zentoshi - Cutting Edge Technology meets Business - Launches Nov. 7 on: November 02, 2019, 10:38:25 PM
Hello Ning_aric
Thank you for the advice, we have update our ANN thread with these information so anyone visiting our BTT thread will be able to know this,

Zentoshi Team
It has been over 24 hours since I informed you the links in the website footer are  incorrect: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5196479.msg52952920#msg52952920

The links that are supposed to be directed to your Privacy Policy which is listed as Policy page and your Terms and Conditions pages do not work.

What is stopping you from not even fixing that essential piece of information?

Links are being diverted to: https://www.cips.org/Documents/Resources/Downloadable documents/CoreClausesBoilerPlate.pdf

Hello Jolly,
As we mentioned, we haven't paid for a single bit of advertising for BTT. We made an announcement on our discord to our community that we posted an ANN thread when we posted it, and we wrote an article on medium, in both of these we told them if they had any questions to ask their. Some of them made their way on to this forum, created accounts and posted their questions, all to which was genuine interest on the project. We're unsure if our community should be excluded from your forum simply because they found the project before you did, but for the most part we were stuck on page 4-8. The only ones who saw us were our community for the majority of the time, until a hero member found us, read our whitepaper and liked it. He bumped our thread which pushed it to page 1, which is when you found it.

Our Medium article, we've posted it a few other places, these people were the first ones to find our BTT, and many made accounts here just to ask questions.

Please we encourage you to read our whitepaper, it seems you are uninformed about major aspects of our project, we are not an ICO. Please continue to read my response to the next post as we will be detailing some of the technology you can take advantage of and how to become a Zentopian  Smiley

Would you encourage people to visit your website at https://www.zentoshi.com to download your whitepaper before or after they can read your privacy policy to understand what you will and will not do with the data you collect about people browsing your website?

And would you encourage people to visit your website at https://www.zentoshi.com to download your whitepaper before or after they can your terms and conditions to understand from a legal perspective exactly who is the owner of the website and who they can seek liabilities from in which jurisdiction if things ever get to a litigation stage?

I only ask about the above because any bonafide genuine LLC or incorporation would have ensured those essential pieces of information were in place long before the website went live.
8844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 02, 2019, 05:06:57 PM
Well I lost very big stake in the Utd match. When I saw them behind I placed two bet for them.
Draw and Man Utd
Both team to score.

None happened 🙂

Sorry to read about that. Some you win some you lose....

Manchester City and Liverpool both had to come back from losing positions to win. Another excellent set of games today.
8845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 02, 2019, 04:58:37 PM

Here are my opinions for the Premier League matches on Saturday 2nd November 2019:

Well I thought:

Arsenal 2-2 Wolves but it ended 1-1
Aston Villa 1-0 Liverpool but it ended 1-2
Bournemouth 1-2 Manchester United it ended 1-0
Brighton 2-0 Norwich I got it right  Grin
Manchester City 4-1 Southampton but it ended 2-1
Sheffield United 1-0 Burnley but it ended 3-0
West Ham 0-1 Newcastle but it ended 2-3

That has to be taken in consideration by OP. I really hope that all our remarks will be a good lesson for them. I also posted a warning regarding paid shills and thread bumpers

The OP has denied using paid shills, on the contrary claiming he knows nothing about it.

Somehow, according to the OP potential users on Discord and alike might have found their way here. No, I do not believe it as there is no evidence to back it up but there is evidence newbies without posting history pumped this thread before questions about its integrity and viability were raised.

He should have used the opportunity to apologise and admit his error and then promise not to use shills and sock-puppets again but he opted to deny it. That in itself is a major problem because if a project member can lie over something so trivial even in the face mounting evidence and irrefutable evidence then maybe they have been lying about other things and maybe they will lie about others things especially convenient lies when the project goes under and investors lose their funds.
8847  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 02, 2019, 03:05:27 PM
Bournemouth gets away from the match against Manchester United with a win (1-0).
I think that this match might be the last for Ole Gunnar. There is not any improvement on the Red Devils' performance.
Even Rashford played and he didn't manage to carry the team in one more game.

I doubt he will be dismissed from his job. He will be given time. Well done to Bournemouth for holding out and getting 3 points.

I am about to watch the Villa-Liverpool match, should be a great one  Grin
8848  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ZenX] Zentoshi - Cutting Edge Technology meets Business - Launches Nov. 7 on: November 02, 2019, 02:58:37 PM
Please check my above answers for 1-2, we haven't spent a single dollar/btc/eth etc on any generation of fake buzz.
Then why would newbies associated with sock-puppet accounts be using your thread to ask amazing questions to entice an apt response?

Those sock-puppet scammer accounts have not been busy on mega project threads such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP or anything else but somehow they woke up one day and literally said "HALLELUJAH PRAISE THE LORD" and were somehow guided by divine intervention to your announcement thread? Even those ridiculous ones that woke up after a 2 year period of inactivity just to wake up to post here then vanish again?

What little benefit of the doubt I was giving you is almost eroded. Pathetic. Instead of owning up and saying you made a mistake by hiring a paid shill team you claim innocence.

In terms of your question about Terms and Conditions and Policy,
Our project isn't live yet.

We will be live on November 7th, this is still on our to do list and we're talking with a legal team procuring such documents, we'll have it up by the 7th of November when we are officially live.

We'd like to remind everyone that we're announcing our project to your community as we are at the home stretch of developing for over a year and a half.

We started out a year ago as just devs trying to push the boundaries of current blockchain technology into something new and progress it.

Since then we've built a business around that technology and are at the final bits. We appreciate all concerns, please let us know if you have anymore questions,

The Zentoshi Team
Since you paragraphed everything together and it would misdirect I decided to spread out response.

I was fairly sure you would post in the format you did and again there is nothing impressive about it because any sort of misdirection you have an opportunity to use is going to be taken.

Having said that let us analyse what you wrote....

You are listing Terms and Condition plus Privacy policy on a website that you are diverting people for a project that is supposed to go live on 7th November 2019 but you are saying your legal team has not completed the documents? Knowing that you are promoting your whitepaper and allowing people to visit your site and sign up WITHOUT teling them what the terms actually are and how their data will be used because the privacy policy does not exist?

In simple terms if your website is not ready why are you promoting your project using it? That is one of the worst things you can do as a business. Lack of Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy clearly shows as a business you and your team are inept as far as commerce is comncerned.

Give it up, stop right here and do not think about getting rich of the back of a token that will make you rich. If you really had been pushing the boundaries of blockchain for over a year then you would have had a complete product by now with no requirement for a token sale.

I am done with this subject about giving you the benefit of any doubt. I still will not say you are scammers but I will say that you are an amatuer who is way out of his league here and if the token sale goes ahead you will make some money and within months the project will be officially dead even though unofficially it will probably die immediately after the token sale regardless of soft/hard caps.

[quote author=Viper1 link=topic=1669443.msg52954196#msg52954196 date=1572662014As far as I know they were hacked and it's being investigated. Beyond that, unless law enforcement finds they did it (the systems would also have to be analyzed to determine if any fraud took place), then I don't see what they would have done to warrant criminal action. Beyond that maybe people could go after them for something like negligence.
[/quote]

Was it thoroughly investigated if they were hacked because of negligence or because of an inside job or is that process still on-going with the Police side-by-side while Grant Thornton do their investigation?

This process has gone on for too long. The only one to lose out has been the victim. He clearly mentioned in the OP he transferred the funds in 2017 so it has been a long time.

In the mean time we have no idea how many others have been selective scammed by these thieves at HolyTransaction / Flyp.Me because their trash websites are still up and running
8852  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BEWARE OF SUPER SCAM: P2PB2B claim to be worlds biggest exchange ! on: November 02, 2019, 10:24:20 AM
Both coinsbit and its sister exchange p2pb2b (both owned by Ukrainian scammer Valerii Solodovnyk) cam back on to the scene at t end of 2018 after hibernating.

The IEO craze was their driving factor. They are inflating figures so they can do 2 main things. One is to charge projects $100,000 to list their tokens and the other is to collude with projects running IEOs (or run their own fake IEOs) to pump them an get financial benefit for themselves.

The notion that p2pb2b is bigger than Binance is preposterous. Checking their order books show they are scammers sending fake volume sto CMC to impress gullible investors and newbies.

I will also be the last to believe that they are the number one exchange if we are going to have a poll here Binance and Kucoin, in my opinion, will be battling in the top position, not P2PB2B, an exchange that keeps inflating or faking their volume has a hidden agenda on it, they want more coins to prefer them over the others, and you hit it again, they are going to charge high listing fees, because they claim to be the number one exchange, if they cheat their system, what more can you expect, will they do to their users.

The idea or the notion these Ukrainian scammers operate an exchange bigger than Binance is an absolute joke. A 30 second look at their orders actually shows them to be faking on almost single pair.

@ ZentoshiOfficial - Please answer the following three questions. Thank you.

1) Why are over 70% of the posts from alleged interested parties in this thread of 3 pages made by newbies?

2) Why would newbie user accounts clearly associated with scammers that offer their services to pump threads for a few USD$ in the hope generating fake buzz be posting here to pump this thread?

3) Why are the https://www.zentoshi.com/ footer links for the "Terms and Conditions" and the "Policy" diverted to a page about boilers and boiler plates over 12 hours after I highlighted the issue in my previous post?

8855  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: November 01, 2019, 09:26:25 PM
can anybody cateorgorically state the owners of cryptopia are not charged with any criminal offence and are not even on bail?
What did they do that would warrant them being charged with something?

These days these things don't phase me much. It's all part of putting your money in the hands of some "anonymous" people on the internet. All you can do is minimize the risk, spread it out, and just wait for some losses. Cryptsy, these guys plus a couple more for smaller amounts, 2 or three payment sites similar to Paypal. I've lost plenty over the years and have learned to just take it in stride.

Were they at least investigated thoroughly for fraud? Does anybody know if they were at any point arrested for questioning before being completely discharged?

And what was the official reason given for them not being charged with any criminality?
8856  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io is a blatant scam operated by Dean Nolan on: November 01, 2019, 09:20:12 PM
@ camtheman

@ BillyBurms

Can you please tell us what serial scammer Dean Nolan claims he is doing now?

Please will you consider reporting this matter to the Police? It is the only chance you have of getting your funds back after the Courts seize his assets and sell them off to pay you back what he stole from you
8857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ZenX] Zentoshi - Cutting Edge Technology meets Business - Launches Nov. 7 on: November 01, 2019, 09:14:16 PM
First of all I have to say I looked at the OP and read all of the 50 current posts in the thread at the time I posted this. I then I went to the website to look around.

In a nutshell, there are too many red flags for any investor to actually take this seriously. Maybe some bounty hunters would consider participating for some of those 7000 tokens up for grabs even if they know this project is not trustworthy because they might hope to sell as soon as they can providing they even receive their bounty in the first place.

So, here are some of the problems surrounding this project which makes me advise all potential investors and all potential bounty participants to stay well away from it.

RED FLAG #1 - The number of newbies attracted to this project
- There are a total of 50 posts in this thread excluding my one. Mine is post #51:

- Thread Page 1 posts: OP=5  Newbies=14  Full Member=1
- Thread Page 2 posts: OP=8  Newbies=6    Full Member=2  Member=2   Legendary=2
- Thread Page 3 posts: OP=3  Newbies=3    Full Member=1  Member=1   Hero Member=1  Snr Member=1

Of the posts made in this thread (excluding posts from the thread starter and those questioning its integrity necromastery x1, mine x1 and mosprognoz x1), it is dominated with newbies making around 72% (or 23 out of 32) posts.

RED FLAG #2 - The background of those newbies attracted to this project
- I will not focus on this aspect too much because there are too many newbies to list but picking up on just a handful from the first page of this thread.

User Pierre Dilecto in particular made laugh with an unbelievable amount of knowledge in this field compared to the other sock-puppets, just read his two posts.

RED FLAG #3 - The website is unforgivably pathetic
https://www.zentoshi.com/about-us
- It tells us nothing about who the actual people are with full names behind this project are
- It tells us nothing about any LLC that might be owning this project such as location, name, incorporation number - nothing

- The links in the footer for the "Terms and Conditions" and the "Policy" do not work, they are diverted to:

- the footer shows "© 2019 All rights reserved. Zentoshi Limited Liability Company" which allowed a quick search to bring this up: https://www.bizapedia.com/wy/zentoshi-limited-liability-company.html
This information should be available in the About Us pages and via the FAQ too but it is not there along with names. MICHAEL WEINRUB is listed as the Organiser.

I can add more red flags but will stop here as I made my point. As mentioned earlier I would advise all potential investors and all potential bounty participants to stay well away from this project.

As for the viability of this project along with the ethos, objectives and technology behind it, it requires more investigation but for now I will stop short of calling this project a scam because so far:

 - they have made ridiculous errors on their website which will most probably be blamed on an oversight
 - seem to have deliberately hidden real information about the team behind this project
 - they have some sort of sock-puppet paid shills service pumping this Announcement thread
 - Not linked directly on their website for visitors again not giving full Team information: https://www.zentoshi.com/media/Zentoshi-Whitepaper-SD.pdf

8858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 01, 2019, 05:57:28 PM
Rashford is totally a vital player for United.
However, the Red Devils should be able to win matches like this one without its stars against Bournemouth if they want to be on the top of the league table.

Bournemouth vs Manchester United kick-off at 12.30pm tomorrow and the others start their matches at 3pm. If Manchester United win it will take them up to 5th place in the league on goal difference with Arsenal having a chance go ahead again as long as they do not lose their home game to Wolves. If Crystal Palace win at home to Leicester tomorrow they will also go back above Manchester United.

Big weekend of football coming with most eyes on Villa-Liverpool but I have a feeling game of the day just might be Arsenal-Wolves with a high score.
8859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: November 01, 2019, 05:42:14 PM
There Telegram is flooded with nonsense messages and they are not interested in listening to the community, they have their own plans and agenda and believe they are on the right track.

Sadly that track was wrong and it will end in disaster but they seem keen to follow it.

I am beginning to think that the telegram was created for ICO marketing but after sales, the support has slowly disappeared.
Their telegram should be one of the best channel to communicate their news and updates, and also to answer the queries of the investors since this project does not just stop at a certain phase and we called it a success, its a long journey going to their big goal and they need a supportive community on that journey.

They have not utilised their Telegram in the best way to get their messages across. Part of it simply seems as though they just do not care.

I hope they start a process that involves investors being allowed to give their input and the board members seriously consider what investor concerns are.

How many projects die immediately or weeks after their ICOs? The Pundi X team have worked hard in trying to make a real business here. It is clear with their XPOS device in mind when they launched their ICO this was and still is a genuine project with unbelievable potential bit it needs to make changes otherwise the market capital will drop further.

The market capital peaked at an all time high of $363.5 million in July 2018 but sadly it has fallen to just $43 million today with an all time low of just $38 million in October 2019. Something must change to save the inevitable.

Klopp is a fantastic manager. He is full of energy and enthusiasm and that rubbed off on the team. I remember after he was appointed many people were saying the team were not better than when they were under Rodgers but he worked hard to transform them.

It should an end to end attacking game at Villa Park tomorrow. Am looking forward to it.
