8841  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how many country recently accept btc? on: May 30, 2017, 09:09:21 AM
how many country of the world now accept btc?  Huh Huh

Except North Korea and just yesterday I was made aware Ecuador don't allow Bitcoins. Otherwise nearly all countries adopt it. Japan has taken a huge step by making it one of the legal payment processors, plus their airlines are to follow suit. Then just right now I have read Russia is to follow suit, however I am bit skeptical about this. You can use Bitcoins in swizz to. Meanwhile the Indian government has asked for a opinion on it, now outcome could be anything and it's to early to say where it could go.
8842  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BREAKING NEWS: Russia Adopting Bitcoin. Price Explosion Imminent!! on: May 30, 2017, 09:03:13 AM
Just hearing in the wires that Russians largest payment processor will be accepting BTC payments imminently. It's already been coded. Go live within days.

Updates to follow...

That's nice that Russia will accept Bitcoins but will it effect the price I doubt, last I heard was that Russia was against Bitcoin, then they decided to regulated it. And now they adopt it, you can't trust these news until they are followed in action. Plus I don't think that Russians have that huge market share that will effect Bitcoins. So I don't see any moment on the Bitcoin front, rather it will remain stable as it be or a small hike. Plus even if Russian do accept it, there will be lot of conditions on it, so would like everyone to be bit cautious about this.
8843  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: three questions about Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Central Banks on: May 29, 2017, 12:01:35 PM
I am pro bitcoin fan since 2013. Recently I became a little worried.

1. Can one compare Satoshi Nakamoto to Vitalic Buterin? The former disappeared in 2010,  the latter is here to stay, working hard with the the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance to become stronger?

2. Can ETH (market cap ~ 17 Bln, since 2015) overtake Bitcoin's market cap (~36 bln, since 2009) because of a better management and better technology i.e. the SegWit scalling saga which were  held back for 1.5 years becasue of one Chinese company?

3. Can central banks with their no-ethic (=the enemy) print unlimited amout of fiat, just to buy Bitcoins in order to later at the "right time" ignition a massive "panic"-sell in large numbers to crash the Bitcoin system again and again and again?

How can you even compare the two, one who gave up his identity for the Bitcoin to prosper, so that it may never loose it's core values and he made the coin bigger than him, for me both are different and they can't be compared.

ETHERUM is a Alt and it always will be alt for me, we'll it's good to see its doing well but I will prefer only to stick to Bitcoin and I don't feel it shall take over bitcoins.

Well the banks are not that stupid to burn cash, instead they are now syncing in with the Bitcoin and acting as wallets, many are now offering this, there are some threads out here you can search and read about this.
8844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fees!!! on: May 29, 2017, 10:27:41 AM
If you cash out by bitcoins at a casino and the casino doesn't add enough fees for fast confirmation. If the price of bitcoin drops a lot. Should the casino be held responsible for the price differences in which you cashed out at and the current loss in btc prices?

I don't think so buddy, any casino that does would be mad, they would incur heavy losses if they tried to so. Well all you need to do is be smart and play at the right casino like my signature one, pays on time, is efficient and it's trust worthy. Secondly how do you expect them to keep a track of your earnings, like you there are 1000 withdrawals, so should they check on this x withdrawal price fell let's refund them. If it were so will every time btc price rose after they paid should they seek refund. So no forget it and move on.
8845  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin banned in Ecuador on: May 29, 2017, 09:39:01 AM

In 2014, all the cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin was banned by the government in Ecuador. This was followed by the introduction of the country’s own digital currency, the Dinero Electrónico.

However, defiant Bitcoin users still continued using Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. In fact, Bitcoin use in Ecuador has spiked due to the recent price rise.

Do you think that the Ecuador government will freely allow the use of Bitcoin as its popularity increases?

If they are wise enough then they will definitely allow, Bitcoin popularity is touching sky high now, and now if any country decides to ban it or does not support it then they are stupid enough. I feel it Ecuador will soon be smart enough to support it and it shall soon happen. Or they will confiscated all the coins and sell it off and eat people money, it shall then lead to a revolt. Let's hope it happens soon, that they legalise it and just accept it. But it's funny 3 years they did not take any action that people are yet using it.
8846  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Satoshi Bitcoin Japan on: May 28, 2017, 02:23:53 PM
Is no one finding this kind of interesting, that Satoshi was allegedly was from Japan, that Japan has suddenly adopted Bitcoin, and now their airlines to will adopt. Could it be that Satoshi is some way effecting this, or that he is indeed alive out there. This just can't be a coincidence that the country where he is supposed to belong has taken such big initiatives, I just have feeling what if satoshi is indeed there and he's the one who's playing the rules, maybe it's just a passing thoght and not many will see eye to it, but give it some time i think it's something we all need to think on.
8847  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japanese Airlines to accept bitcoins soon on: May 28, 2017, 02:16:19 PM
https://cointelegraph.com/news/japanese-budget-airlines-will-accept-bitcoin-in-2017-install-btms-at-airports

According to this article, Japanese Budget Airlines are going to accept bitcoins this year. They declared that later this year we can now enjoy flights without bringing our wallets but our bitcoins in our smartphones. As part also of their new innovation they have installed BTMs or Bitcoin ATM on the airport for the convenience of their customers. With this we can expect an increase in tourist visits to Japan.

Japan is just way ahead of all countries, while other countries are failing to understand the use of Bitcoins, they are just making a killing out of it. Just a thread where a op was looking to shift and I said Japan, now I am also having a thought might take a trip to Japan, and pay it from Bitcoins, it's just amazing what Japan people are doing to help Bitcoin users. I wish all countries start taking Japan as an example and start working towards integration of Bitcoins.
8848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: May 28, 2017, 12:55:48 PM
New Zealand collapsed to 189 all out after a strong start. Ronchi made 66 runs out of 63 balls, but none of the other batsmen impressed. They couldn't even bat out their full quota of overs, getting all out in the 39th over. India will make short work of this target.

This warm up game really was not the way I had thought it would be. The meek surrender of New Zealand was so boring, but that was some excellent bowling from India and fielding. I feel India can chase it under 30 overs and then take the day of to chill off. Doesn't look much of a match left, and now you won't even get good rates to play on this. Until some wickets fall then it should be fun. Some life in this game, so far only a one way contest. I think India wins this comprehensivly.
8849  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: To all those claiming bitcoin and ICOs are overvalued! on: May 28, 2017, 11:26:00 AM
many claim we are in a bubble and all cryptos are overvalued....
If you look last decade same thing happened to traditional world of investing..what about twitter and facebook , many said they are overvalued but yet they did not crash..
they are valued based on what they will be worth in the future

Are you telling us or are you answering us? Anyway people have no work and they will always speak up of say something they are not aware of, you are not supposed to be so much bothered. Problem with people is they compare everything to the technology bubble or the 2008 market crash. They fear what they don't understand. Bitcoins is here to stay, a little fluctuations is fine and this guy's are like omg it's crashing and that's bad. They do just don't get it, so no need to pay attention to these guys. They will regret it.
8850  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Small fortune, now which country ? on: May 28, 2017, 10:27:15 AM
Guys, i made a small fortune in altcoin/bitcoin. In which country should i settle ?
I have no wife, no kids, just a girlfriend, i´m free to go wherever i want (she´ll go with me).
But it has to be a bitcoin-friendly country.
I have no intention to buy lambos, just a peaceful life.
Thanks.

Oh, and my age is 53, that makes a difference too.

Well you can head to Japan, it's legal out there. It has rich heritage culture, plus it's a good tourist place if you can set up some business. Honestly you are a lucky guy, at the age of 53 a girlfriend, some of us are yet struggling to get their first lol and others are yet waiting for their first Bitcoins 😁. Well I feel Japan should suit all your needs, it's technology, it's adaptable to global technology so I feel you will do good there. Good luck with your future life and I am sure many will. Be jealous of your story.
8851  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The first bitcoin bank! on: May 28, 2017, 05:30:59 AM
https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/global-digital-bank-wb-starts-accepting-bitcoin-deposits-1466103194/

According to this article it states that Digital bank WB21 announced that it has added Bitcoin as a method for its customers to transfer and deposit funds to their checking accounts. WB21 customers can now send Bitcoin to make real time account deposits in any of the 18 currencies supported by the bank.

This is the first time we will be having a bitcoin digital bank and as of now they are located at California, Switzerland and Hongkong.

Is this a good news or bad news, whats your say?

I think some other bank also started something like this, read it here now done remember what thread it was. Pros of this we have a more secure authority dealing with Bitcoins. It's easily accessible in different areas. And we are safe to transact. Cons of it you will have to give up your identity, how do we know bank details can't be hacked, or they won't give it to authorities who will come down on your for not declaring your income. Plus what if some bad organisation hacks your account makes some transactions boom you are as good as dead. So no for me I won't ever link it with my bank account and would advise people not to.
8852  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin getting huge in South Korea on: May 27, 2017, 05:50:25 PM
The price of btc in South Korea is over $1000 the global average. It has been stated that the price per BTC in the region has reached upwards of $3500-3800 across the country’s top three exchanges and a lot of traders are finding significant arbitrage opportunities due to this trend in S/Korea. Also, these 3 popular trading platforms are processing roughly $200 million USD worth of Korean Won-KRW/BTC trades daily, and from all indications, the central bank’s and government’s friendly attitude in bitcoin community in South Korea is thriving greatly.

Apparently with this development, this country is one to watch with respect to bitcoin. What do you think about this explosion in the bitcoin world in South Korea and its global impact?

Reference: https://news.bitcoin.com/south-korea-bitcoin-1000-global/

I see it more as a manipulation rather than anything at it's best. Bitcoins are not legal in North Korea and South is making such a amazing use of it, that only makes me wonder whose money is it? Is it the rich white folks or big businessman who have put their money and making a kill, the difference is always manipulated, I don't know what will happen in future but such manipulation is not at all good for the Bitcoin industry.
8853  Economy / Speculation / Re: Whether bitcoin able to penetrate the price of 5000 $ on: May 27, 2017, 02:45:50 PM
When viewed from the bitcoin price charts it seems that prices continue to climb, for until the end of this year can be bitcoin penetrate the price 5000 $

Let's share your prediction here?

Been saying it from the start and will again repeat, I do not see Bitcoins crossing 5000$ atleast this year long term maybe if the rise continues. For me it's anywhere between 1700 - 3000$. But with the tide halting now, we need to see where does it go from here. Does it end or will it take off again. Right now there will be a lot of panic and people will be spreading wrong information so do not believe everything that comes up, especially no one can correctly predict Bitcoins.
8854  Economy / Speculation / Re: whoohoo what a dump, now great opportunity to get back in on: May 27, 2017, 01:19:17 PM
What a massive dump on Bitcoin and altcoin, now is the opportunity to load up on bitcoin and altcoin, get ready for a new wave

1 think rebuying btc at about 1800-1900 usd

you think it will go lower?

I would advise you not to buy a whole Bitcoin in one go. Rather buy in bits and then make a average and that's the way to earn from it, so even if it rises you make money and incase of further fall you are yet safe. Though crucial for Bitcoin users will be that it holds price of 1900$ any dip here on will cause us some crazy problems those who purchase at high rates. Brace yourself for some periods of uncertainty. Be safe and not greedy.
8855  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin goes to the moon on: May 27, 2017, 01:11:25 PM
If the price of bitcoin now, including already in bitcoin prices go to the moon, I think this is the beginning, because I think the bitcoin will reach the price even higher than the current price, so give a smile for the price now.

How about your opinion?

Guess it needs to be refuled for the journey to moon, and it's back on ground earth. Below 2k mark already, I am positive it's a temporary halt and then it shall continue upwards. However people who missed out, once again a buying opportunity for those who can yet get in. Would suggest you to buy in bits rather whole Bitcoin, and then average over a period of time. Let's hope it continues the journey upwards and upwards. Once again will say good buying opportunity for all.
8856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: please help ! who win. on: May 27, 2017, 08:39:00 AM
It is not about being fair or unfair. You need to read the Terms and Conditions of the gambling website you choose to bet on. For retirements in tennis,  different books apply different rules. Some pay out for the win, whilst others void and cancel bets if a retirement occurs. In this case, Cloudbet voided the bet, which is part of their rules. Sometimes it goes in your favour and other times it doesn't, but rules are rules.

Where did you find this rule? I looked at cloudbet's sportsbook rule for tennis and it says that all bets will be only voided once a player retires before finishing the 1st set. I'll quote everything.
Quote
Tennis
One full set must be completed for money line wagers to stand. If less than 1 set is completed, all money line wagers will be void. The winner of the match is the participant declared the victor by the umpire of the match.

If a player retires before the 1st set is completed, all wagers on the match will be considered void.

@Chevas.Regal Your bet is definitely settled wrong here go visit the site and click the question mark logo on the bottom right then submit a ticket to their support so they could regrade your bet to a winner.

@ralle14 , they replied me in email and said that it was a cancel bet according to their rule Sad what should i do now. Should i move to scam accusation?

"Hi Chevas Regal,

Thank you for contacting us.

According to our rules for live tennis betting, if a player retires all undecided markets are considered void. That is why your bet was cancelled and your stake was refunded back to you.

You can find more details about our tennis sportsbook rules on the link below:

https://www.cloudbet.com/en/sportsbook_rules#live-sports:tennis

I hope this helps clarify your query, but if there's anything else I can help you with please let me know.

Best regards,

Mark
Cloudbet Support Team"

Its a tricky situation cause the match wasn't over. She retired so probably that was an alternate event. As much I hate it I don't think they are wrong. A very long time ago I had played on a cricket match my team was loosing but suddenly the match turned draw, and opposite team won. But then they told me I did not loose money cause it was a entire different event. Plus they have clarified it's in their rule to. For that very purpose and since they refunded your money I do not think it's a scam. But then I don't play on tennis you could wait for a different opinion and make the best call.
8857  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hotels accepting bitcoin on: May 27, 2017, 08:29:47 AM
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/videos/b/4a0b16dd-6783-4dac-9fa0-76e923c9a774

According to this link, a bloomberg news site, it was mentioned that there are two hotels in LAS Vegas that accepts bitcoin as payment for hotels, food and drinks. If you want to visit this place as a tourist or to gamble and you happened to lost your money to gambling you can always use you stored bitcoins to get a room to sleep and relax and enjoy the food and booze.

That's amazing news my sister who's soon to visit Las Vegas will ask her to try this out, if it really works. I feel this is a master stroke, cause people often loose all thier money while betting and are left on the streets, but thanks to these hotels, they at least will be safe. But one question here, let's say Mr, x a newbie to Bitcoin goes gambles and then decides to pay via btc. But the transaction is not confirmed and he is not allowed, post that day transactions are confirmed, what happens then does he get refund, this is something that will be a issue. Otherwise I feel it's really nice.
8858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: May 26, 2017, 05:48:42 PM
Arsenal has added a new one to their full season with failures, but this time they're going to go further. Arsenal's all hope is to catch some happiness by defeating Chelsea in the final of the Federation Cup. Conte opened a new page with different football system. Alexis Sanchez, Chamberalin, Gibbs and Lucas Perez are also uncertain. There is no missing in Chelsea. I am a favored Chelsea in the final of the Federation Cup.

Undoubtedly Chelsea are the favorites, really do not understand what happened to Arsenal this season. They should have just have had a decent one and now they are out of champion league. They should spend and provide their players high salaries. For the final I feel arsenal will be more motivated to win but will Chelsea make it easy for them no. I feel it should be a draw and then extra time. But Arsenal really need Sanchez and ozil to fire them up. But sadly it's very difficult given the current situation. Since I am a Manchester United fan not watching it, but do hope Arsenal win it for Wenger probably it will be the last.
8859  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Is this a Ponzi Scheme? on: May 26, 2017, 05:43:02 PM
Hi I found someone promoting this on facebook, it looks to good to be true.. what are you thoughts?
I joined quickly but when I saw that I need to invest in it , I am a bit skeptical

http://howtoearnbitcoins.net

Definitely a scam. These scams are normally there during normal days, but during price hikes they shoot up. Ask yourself simple question is there any way to double the coins? Yes there is you steal other people coins other wise no instant scheme. Would refrain you to stay away from such schemes. Best is you point it out on Fb where you saw, it's a one big scam and help people not to fall for this.

- DOUBLE YOUR BITCOIN IN 14 DAYS OR LESS

- 100% PASSIVE INCOME

- EARN 0.3% EVERY HOUR = 7.2% DAILY.

These are the common introduction of a HYIP scheme. I can't see how it become looks good. 100% yes it's a Ponzi. Better lock this thread now as it was already answered.

STAY AWAY FROM THAT SITE!

Perfectly summed up, hope op will understand and not fall for this.
8860  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you buy Bitcoin now with hard cash? on: May 26, 2017, 04:16:23 PM
Would you buy Bitcoin now with hard cash since the price or value increases daily, or you just going to earn it through mining, faucets, social media and signature campaigns?

Basically you are asking us what should you do. Well you can buy little every day I would suggest, say 10-50$ Dollard worth Bitcoin daily, so you will build a average and have great profits. Facuets I think it's best not to click now, there was a time when freebitco.in was giving 350 satoshi's and now it's just 80 satoshi's not woth the time, and of course they do it cause of btc price. Signature campaign is the best way to earn but in that process do not end up spamming. Look for give aways also even they are good ways to earn.
