As Kraken isn't really friendly with my country , I decided to give Liqui.io a shoot. If I buy , could I withdraw my funds to Myetherwallet and I could spend them and send them somewhere else If I want to ?

Yeah of course, you need some ether to pay the fees (GAS) for each transaction that you will send from your ethereum address.

I heard that I should have a specific amount of ETH to be able to either receive or send (If someone could confirm this) + will I be able to receive dividends?
you should hold a specific amount of the ethereum token iconomi to be able to receive dividends.

I was speaking about ETH since you said I need some to be able to send (how much ETH is that) ? as for the ICONOMI Tokens I thought everyone who holds some ICNs (no matter what amount) will be receiving dividends , since It's not the case , how much should I have ?

I was checking your Android wallet and I must say that It both looks and works as should be. I can't seem to understand what is th "PROMO Code" thing for ? https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/O7prN2Fxd8vwvsISVfT7xkAhLgF9xNGYq66cbrNkafQCM4fHIk34Yk5-HJOgCPHw0bw=h900

And so I don't forget ,thanks for the BTC.COM T-shirt . It took sometime but It arrived a few weeks ago ! Grin
8864  Other / Meta / Re: Reporting posts - Marketplace Rules on: November 05, 2016, 06:39:43 PM
he gathered from his gambling CS:GO website : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1669703.0
This seems mallicious IMO, and I'd be more inclined to remove this even though it is not illegal.

Digital goods section is probably the worst where cracked accounts are all over the place but they don't get removed. I don't think a proof is needed as It's more then obvious. What would selling Netflix , HBO , Hulu , etc... accounts being sold for 0.50$ in bulk means ? It's clearly cracked.
There was some discussion regarding this a few months back, and unfortunately nothing has changed regarding the policy. The primary argument is how to determine that they are cracked? Let's say we start removing account sold for $0.50, then we move up to $1, $2 and so on. How do we determine a limit that prevents us from damaging legit sellers (they are a minority for sure)?

It's not that hard as the membership on Netflix is expensive so anything less then 5$ should be considered as a cracked. I mean It's not a crime to sell for cheap but It's simply obvious , another way to detect a cracked account is when you buy it, most of the time crackers give it to you with the following format  :

Quote
email@bitcointalk.org:azeqsd123

It's how Sentry MBA (the software used to crack) export the lists of valid accounts and the easiest way to spot them is also when they "account will last for x months guaranteed" or "you shouldn't change the password and email" . Legit sellers should be able to give you full access over the account including the email address used while crackers aren't. I could continue to report those posts and It's up to you to decide and I could also stop If It's useless.

In my opinion , a thread with Marketplace rules  should be sticked and users should follow a format while selling accounts.
8865  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Llew Claasen: Why the Rest of 2016 Will Bring Even More Growth to Bitcoin on: November 05, 2016, 02:27:16 PM
For those who don't know Llew Claasen is the Executive director at the Bitcoin Foundation even though I still don't understand what is the Bitcoin foundation job exactly ...  Roll Eyes

Despite Bitcoin having a relatively strong year, the Executive Director of the Bitcoin Foundation believes the outlook of the top digital currency is even better in the remaining 60 days of 2016, especially post-Nov. 15.

According to him :

“The release of Segwit in Bitcoin Core 0.13.1 is a much awaited and positive development, notwithstanding continuing disagreement about on-chain scaling. I think the year will end on a very positive note for the future of Bitcoin post-Nov. 15. This is also notwithstanding the more than 60 percent increase in value of BTC this year so far - far better than fiat currencies.”

I made a similar thread to this like a year ago asking about the rules of marketplace...

I can't understand why posts don't get removed sometimes even though It's against the rules. OP here is clearly selling people credentials he gathered from his gambling CS:GO website : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1669703.0
just because those info don't belong to Bitcointalk users doesn't mean we should leave it for sell on the forums...

Another thing to mention is off topic posts , aren't off topic posts meant to be removed ? As you see here on the auction that theymos made : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1662893.msg16766695#msg16766695 It has nothing to do with bidding so I'm not sure why It still there.

Don't get me wrong , I'm not saying that moderators aren't doing their job or anything , I just want to get the rules right so my reporting gets better and helps the mods but from what I see those post should be removed..

8867  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Notepad++ Accepts Bitcoin Donations; Message to Other Apps? on: November 04, 2016, 10:04:29 AM
Earlier this week, it was revealed that popular source code and text editor Notepad++, is accepting Bitcoin donations to support its developers.

Over the past few years, active developers have requested the teams and companies behind reputable text and source code editing software to accept donations in Bitcoin.

Source here : https://cointelegraph.com/news/notepad-accepts-bitcoin-donations-message-to-other-apps

Sublime Text in the other hand (which I consider it better then Notepad++) refused to take Bitcoin as donation for some reasons.
If you guys would like to donate to Notepad++ then here is the link : https://notepad-plus-plus.org/donate/donate-action.html

ICONOMI coin trading started so many days ago. you didn't know that? it is being exchanged in Kraken and Liqui so far..

PS: I am not seeing any ICONOMI staff replying or updating this thread.. I think they are busy in hard working and developing more features for ICONOMI.

They are busy working + you will have a better chance getting updates from Jani (OP) on Reddit , as you can see he is active (at least more then he is here) : https://www.reddit.com/user/jani8x
8869  Economy / Digital goods / Re: INSTAGRAM|TWITTER|YOUTUBE|PSN|STEAM| MINECRAFT CHECKER on: November 03, 2016, 06:01:26 PM
I confirm that I received a vouch copy from OP and I'm here to give my honest review about his tool.

The tool is an executable with 3 .dll files (which are as far as I know to make the METRO theme for the application as It looks good) , It's user friendly and couldn't be easier to use , you basically write a list of usernames save them on a .txt and import them to the tool and hit "START" , the program will do the rest and check If those usernames are taken or free to use in different websites (PSN , YouTube , STEAM ,Minecraft etc... ).
I personally had issues with Steam one but OP promised to update the modules and fix it , I checked the other options and they seem to work fine.
8870  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: November 03, 2016, 04:45:17 PM
Altcoins are an essential part of the Crypto ecosystem. But altcoins that exist today can't have any challenge for BTC. Bitcoin is the king of Crypto.

Essential role in Crypto currencies is all depends on bitcoin only. I don't where is essential role for altcoins. Could you please explain that.

Yeah I want to hear that too. This altcoins are just copies whichever side you look at it. It is here for creators to make profit of. The others who have successfully gained the trust of many are just here because they are gaining more.
But give those just one big problem and it will all break down.
Let us just leave alts to the definition to where we could make more money.

I will have to disagree on this one, If we speak about MAIDSAFE (being under development in the last 10 years - currently in ALPHA) for example , It's a revolutionary project that could surpass Bitcoin and It's definitely not made for creator to make profit as everyone is able to farm with the resources (Disk storage) they have and It can't get pre-mined or anything like that... I agree that most of Alts are cheap copies but some of them are legit.
8871  Other / MultiBit / Re: Multibit HD and SegWit ? on: November 03, 2016, 03:56:35 PM
segwit should work on old clients anyway as obviously not everyone will upgrade in a timely fashion
even now there are people still using ancient clients and that even includes miners .......

also the bitcoin unlimted client may not need segwit if theyre already on larger blocks

It can't start working automatically without doing the coding for it otherwise Electrum tweet wouldn't make much sense. As for Bitcoin unlimited , I don't understand how is it related to Bitcoin ? I thought It's considered as an Altcoin around here
8872  Economy / Speculation / Re: When do we cross the 1000 USD barrier? on: November 03, 2016, 09:59:55 AM
The train is leaving the station. Even though it is a bumpy track, we are accelerating!

The big question is: when to cross the magic 1000 USD barrier?

My guess: 3rd of December 2016

It's definitely not going to reach that in one month . I understand that halving block reward effect start to take its place but that doesn't mean the price should sky rocket in a short period of time.
I say we could reach that amount but only after having SegWit full activated + Lightning network with it. (2017)

Do we get a list of ICOs that Iconomi.performance invest in ?

The ICONOMI.INDEX fund will be open to everyone, while the ICONOMI.PERFORMANCE fund will be by invitation only. However, ICONOMI ICO participants will be invited to the ICONOMI.PERFORMANCE fund. https://ico.iconomi.net/faq (I assume this means that only investors will be invited and bounty hunters/who bought after ICO won't be ? )

I'm not sure If you removed it or Mediafire did (If it's something illegal) but here is the error I'm getting :

"The key you provided for file access was invalid. This is usually caused because the file is no longer stored on MediaFire. This occurs when the file is removed by the originating user or MediaFire."

I wasn't able to download it because I had an issue with IDM , once I fixed it the file was gone.

8878  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [C#][Github] Watch Only Bitcoin Wallet. Keep track of balance and price. on: November 02, 2016, 06:47:38 AM
A feature that would be nice to add is when you receive a transaction, It keeps the current price and also  the real-time price. It could be really useful to know how much Bitcoin was worth it in the past and compared to now. Columns should look something like this. (also USD balance should be in the GridView) and settings should allow users to choose what currency they want (USD , EURO , etc.. )

Quote
Name | Address | Balance | USD Balance | Worth when received funds

For that I am going to need access to price history of each hour or at least a medium price of days. I can't find this on Bitfinex API nor on Btc-e. Did not check any other place for price history though.

I will think about adding a new column for Balance in USD

I don't think that's going to be needed , I explained the idea wrong , the "Worth when received funds" should be available in each transaction (If you are going to implement transactions of each address) and not the whole address as they funds are received in different periods so that make it impossible to calculate .

It's possible to make a local database (.XML or SQLite for example) , once the address you are watching receive a transaction you store the price (of that real-time in the database) , So In the GridView , when you see the transaction "Worth when received funds" should be taken from the local database and "Real time" balance should be taken from Blockchain API or somewhere else.

You're missing some points in your offer.

How much are you willing to pay?
Do you accept escrow?

Edit your first post to include this information in order to allow people to have realistic expectations of your offer. It will also cause people not to spam your PM inbox with questions.

Cheers,
Who

I have worked at a gym as PR and I kind of know all the names of your product. For a acceptable tip I can help you with all this infos. Send me a pm with your offer and I will consider it!

Thanks

I need someone who have enough information's about bodybuilding or at least the name of the machines used in the gym . I need you to go to this Facebook post : https://www.facebook.com/ClubSifaks/posts/956246191147973 (take all images on that post) and write the name of each machine in each picture.
If the picture contains "Treadmill" and "Bike" then write it near the machine in each picture and upload everything to Imgur.
lol, "I NEED someone".  Well you can always find people to do it - you just somehow forgot to mention how much you are paying for the service.

will have a look but need to now where on ingur to post and how much are you offering as payment as no one will o it in less you state payment
do you need them in a list or with a photo next to each one.

I'm not willing to pay that much honestly , something like 2-4$ as It doesn't require much effort as for the escrow , I don't see why we would use one for such a low amount but It's acceptable , I have no problem using it.
and @mbuk81 , I need to write the names near each photo so I know each of their names.
8880  Economy / Services / Re: [Need] Someone to name those "Gym machines" on: November 01, 2016, 07:18:52 PM
Most, if not all, of them are from Sygnum.  You can find them here > http://www.gym80.de/pages/en/home.php?&lg=en# under Products > Fitness.  They have pics with names too but in german.
I don't think each part have their own unique name.

I know they are from Gym80 (website is available in english) and I guess you didn't understand me. Each one of them has It unique name (Treadmill , Bike , Press leg etc... ) that pretty much all I meant by "name" and not like the product ID or something.
