Hey, I have noobs question: I sent my ICN to kraken, but now that I bought some more I would like to send it back to eth wallet. I should be able to get dividends right ?

yes  and you think we really can't receive dividends on kraken ? because I remember when I was trading DAO, after the crash I received some Eth directly on my kraken account so I suppose it's not a problem to receive eth dividends here if its possible to received dividends while our ICN on kraken, I would beprobably prefer my ICN to be stored there so its ready to trade whenever there is a change. When are we going to receive out dividends? i haven't see any conformation regarding this from Jani. why don't you use common sense and any logic? It will make it so much easier. How can you receive dividends before the trading platform is operational? You do know the meaning of dividends, right? Like, % of the fees and profits realized in the same week... No i have no idea what dividends mean. I haven't heard anything like it actually. The only thing i know is that exchange wallet still is a wallet address that can send and recieve. |

I see that the price hasn't changed much since like forever  I think Iconomi should launch an ad campaign at least spending 100 btc to spread the word even more. Price of ICN doesn't actually matter, thing that matters is how LARGE the dividends are. Actually both the dividends and the icn price matter to a lot of us who wish to trade icn. And to trade icn one requires an exchange which will attract volume! since you are very much eager, you should buzz jani for it. buzz him every hour for it until he gives up and give you the polo and bittrex adding ICN details and what they've agreed. this should be your task. update us every hour about it so we know. |

unfortunately No, the mainnet launch is conservatively set at 1 Feb. because we didn't know how many coins would be exchanged. But we will be working hard to push it out earlier, December, possible but highly unlikely, January More likely. Next year?  I guess dev team are really become that smart these days. DECENT are also doing the same thing to avoid bounty hunters dumping their token for easy bucks lol. its good for the token though. |

The concept is great and are trying to go against the big guys in the market, the likes of Amazon, Microsoft, IBM. I'm not sure if the team have done enough on the marketing side but Singularity too didn't focus much on marketing and was able to raised $7 million in 30 mins.

not possible yet. ICN will offer a wallet in the future, until then either keep them on kraken, or use myetherwallet its better to keep them on different location. i kept mine on kraken as well and some on my mist wallet. this way i don't have top worry whether something unexpected things will happen. if i loss on account i still have the other. |

Ok but in company shares, companies have profit/revenue and as a shreholder you have a share of those profits/revenue. What do you have exactly when you buy ICN? When we buy ether for example, it's offering access to the whole ethereum eco system... dapps, tokens etc. You need to have ether to transact in the ethereum echo system. What is the purpose exactly of the ICN Cryptocurrency?
