Oh sorry I meant the page containing the complete list, whose link is in the BT++ settings page
If scores take 1 minute to load I'd consider that critical  Wink
Oooooh, that page. Lemme check Wink
Edit: Yeah, it's really slow Roll Eyes
8902  Other / Meta / Re: BitcoinTalk++ script - v0.2.84 on: January 06, 2014, 09:36:18 PM
I don't know yet anyway, I'll see how this behaves when put into pressure and decide accordingly

Also I've been told that the list of the scores doesn't work
Actually it works but takes about one minute to load
It's not really something critical so I won't fix this soon
The scores work just fine for me. Their internet connection must suck, because I get them in 1 or 2 seconds.

8907  Local / Nederlands (Dutch) / Re: Bitpay alternatief on: January 06, 2014, 08:03:27 PM

Newbie Restrictions
You can only post in the Newbie and Local sub-forums till you have made one post and waited 4 hours. This post must be substantial: at least several sentences. The other two restrictions are you need 1 post to be able to send a PM and 10 posts to put a link in your sig.  You can only post once every 360 seconds to start and there are a few other things that trigger this timer such as logging in and searching.

I currently have been online for 36 days, but I don't see it as wasted. I learned a lot and still learn everyday.
It's now 40 days, 6 hours and 2 minutes.

I thought about 24h because you can start a message on the evening, then do something else, forget about it and close your browser to go to sleep
Then when you're back from work the day after, you're like "Oh god I wrote a gigamonster post about this super important thread yesterday and firefox didn't save it! I'm so mad I'm gonna kill my wife!"
Well, that sounds... logical, I guess Roll Eyes

Hmmm, 24 hours should be enough to post a saved message. Maybe decrease it to 12 hours or so. 24 hours is a bit overkill, but oh well.

How does your post-saving work? With "localStorage" or on your webserver? If it is the second option I highly recommend you to read up on "localStorage".

EDIT: Already found it. You are using localStorage, smart move ^^ Saving different posts wouldn't be hard then, right? Can't you do something like "localStorage.setItem(TopicId, "message");" and clear the storage when someone post the message?

EDIT2: Improved my last edit a bit.

Payout still didnt work for me  Huh
The BitVegas wallet was refilled, not the BitAds one. Wink

Why isn't there an automatic system for this?
I think because he is around, most of the time. Also, having such a system running in the background is a high risk if someone hacks the website/server.
