To be honest I am also not a fan of such list since it differs from person to person what actually they are looking for. Ratings are given with the point of personal view so I don't think it will be same for others.
I will give more reasons to avoid this. Directbet is no longer there. Michelle(owner of DB) closed the site 2-3 years ago. While on other hand you have listed two scam sites 1Xbet and 1Xbit.
It more likely indicates that you don't have an idea about some of the sites so how come you are able to give them a rating if you don't experience it?
What are you talking about? You do realize that every single review of anything(website, game, movie, song etc) is subjective to a particular extent, don't you? There are basically 2 kinds of people. The first kind tend to depend on the reviews(Like the link by op) completely while the 2nd kind tend to formulate their own opinion first regarding anything and don't depend too much on others reviews. I am a part of the 2nd group here. Also, op cleared all your doubts in his replies through the thread.

Just checked out the website and the design is quite appealing. Other sites need to learn from your registration process which is clearly simple and effortless.
Is KYC required here since I could not find any information regarding it?
I would focus on the marketing aspect due to the stiff competition these days.

This looks like another low scoring match like the last match at the moment. Australia are slowly gathering wickets while Kohli is the only batsman standing strong for the n'th freaking time.
Vijay is doing well in supporting Kohli, but a strong partnership is required now in order to reach somewhere close to 250 or higher.
I think the score will be 280+. India lost another wicket unfortunately. Funny how things turned. 250+ runs now low scoring in ODI cricket. There used to be time when 240 - 250 was very good total to win a match. True. Times have changed indeed primarily due to the T20 format rising in popularity over time due to which 250 is basically a low score these days. I feel India might reach 280 as you said if Kohli continues playing and the remaining batsmen need to continue supporting him.

Today their is a 2nd ODI between India vs OZ. It will being in next 2.30 hrs from now and it is expected that India might not make major changes in the playing eleven combination. It will be an interesting match as OZ would like to make a comeback in the series today.

This is not my product, I am not selling it. I was trying to find out if anyone else had come across this "application" and had experience using it or seeing it being used in a real game. Yes I saw that it is for sale for some BTC, I wasn't going to purchase it just trying to find someone who already might have hand their hands on it.
Don't expect people to simply declare that they purchased the exploit(If it is even an exploit) since that is a dumb move obviously. Also, this does feel like you are intentionally leading people towards buying this exploit which is why some people have already begun suspecting you. Careful.

Just checked out your website and it is in Vietnamese and had to translate it to understand which is why I don't understand why the primary language is not English making it non-user friendly.
The live chat seems to be broken since nothing loaded when I tried accessing it. Pretty bad first impressions.

I'm looking for some beta testers for a new blockchain-game. I wish to announce it here on bitcointalk. In order to make it more interesting for community we're going to pay $10-20 in Ether to anyone who joins the test and gives us feedback (it is very important to get third-party opinions on this stage). So I wanted to know - is it okay to place this announcement thread with all the terms in Investor-based games?
You can announce here but know that its almost always gets burried under a bunch of major plays. You need to spend marketing budget that is more than the cost of the casino, I have talked with a small casino owner before and he said it took him 2 months and 15 thousand dollars to build a casino (most of it went to pentesting and designers, he developed the whole thing himself) but than spent about 50 thousand dollars per month on marketing. Dude did made a lot of money for a while and after the first 6 months of 50 thousand dollars he started to scale it back to 30 thousand dollars and last I checked he was doing like 2 thousand a month at most but he got what he wanted, he is known now and he can go about doing whatever he wants because people are already hooked on his website. So if you want to start, go with a bang first and than you can slow it down. That does make sense. Marketing is just as important as development and the competition is getting tougher and tougher with every passing day in the crypto gambling world. This is precisely the reason why op needs to focus on hiring a popular marketing team in order to try and earn guaranteed profits like the guy you mentioned.

If there is an option to deposit bitcoin, why it is required to fill turtle network address on registration? Also telegram ID for registration? What is the point of asking telegram ID here and how about those who are interested to play on your site but they do not have telegramID while they do not want to create it?
I do agree with your point that turtle network address is unnecessary when Bitcoin address is already being provided. However, I disagree with your statement about telegram since almost everyone has a telegram ID these days and its truly easy to create one even if you don't have one which is why its not such a big deal.

I am looking for gambling sites which accept alternative coins via coinpayments gateway?
Is coinpayment still running? I thought it was shutdown few years ago, didn't know they've been back in business. Otherwise if they still running I guess you can use it to any trading sites nor gambling sites since this just works as typical wallet and supported several alts. Though I don't know if the terms had already change. They did mention that they were shutting down in 2014, but they have been back since quite sometime. They are active on twitter too. As to the question posted by op, I am not sure which websites support coinpayments since popular cryptocurrencies are the primary payment methods.

Another sites that has just started accepting bitcoin as one of the payment method but requires personal information for registration. What is your point of accepting bitcoin players but you ask personal information? Dont you know that bitcoin players prefer to be anonymous? Lol. What in the heck? This feels like I am applying for my driving license or something. Honestly, this is stupidity. I don't think there is a provably fair mechanism set in place here which is a bad sign. These guys need to realize that KYC is frowned upon in the cryptocurrency community. they already changed the info they need upon registration This is great news. The new registration form is much better and it seems like the betlake team are serious about their endeavor. Seems like they are actively answering queries on this thread which is another good sign, but no active promotions is a bummer.

Decided to check out the website and was greeted with an infinite loading screen which is why my first impressions are pretty bad.
Also, the website design seems way too simple and boring which is why I don't have any sort of interest in playing here.

It's cool that you don't typically require KYC from users, but some might not feel comfortable with providing their name. As far as I can see, though, providing a name is not obligatory.
The problem here is that more and more people these days are submitting their KYC without thinking too much about it prompting these websites to go ahead with these KYC procedures even though such people are still in the minority. These people need to avoid doing this in order to take a stand against KYC just like the majority of the cryptocurrency community.

How to register ?
Sorry, but why you replied to so old thread and bump it? Maybe he's interested. Just checked their TG channel and twitter and it says user not found, I think this is already abandoned project so better to check everything if you guys will gonna try this. They have changed their twitter and telegram handle, just that they haven't updated their thread over here. The site seems to be up and running. Twitter : https://twitter.com/eosplaybrandTelegram : https://t.me/eosplaycom (905+ Members) Website seems like yet another hash betting, nothing special Just checked their twitter and telegram links and I observed that they have not been active in recent times leading me to think that someone is trying to intentionally attract people towards this website.

This is pretty awesome. These 2 names are quite popular in the gambling world and a partnership between them is quite exciting indeed.
Spinomenal has been popular regarding their creative slot games which is why it will be interesting to see how Bgaming takes advantage of their creativity.
I do not know which world you live in but in the crypto gambling world, I only recognize BGaming, but not Spinomenal. Even without you mentioning I guessed without even trying to see, one or both companies make slots games. Slots is okay, but come on, when it comes to crypto gambling, nothing beats dice. Slots is mostly not even provably fair. And I just checked Spinomenal, tried one Sirens Treasure. Nice,,, but not provably fair, unless the tab was impossible to find. Not crypto gambling in my thinking:) Spinomenal is quite popular based on my research and I don't really care whether you know about it or not. Slots and Dice games are both great in their own ways and I prefer slots over dice any day. Not everyone checks whether a particular game is provably fair or not since the primary criteria for the majority is either fun or profit or both.

Completed the survey and it took less than 5 minutes for me. The last part of the survey asking whether we trusted our bank, government etc was the most interesting part.
Bitcoin is a currency in my opinion and not an investment asset.

Just checked out the website and my initial impressions are pretty good. I like the black and gold design. The selection of games are pretty good as you mentioned.
However, I don't approve of the KYC process which is why I won't be gambling on this website. If they removed this silly restriction, I would happily check out the different games.

... snip ,,,
In Poker, you need calm, strategy, experience, "poker face" that's why your strategy to get to table with mindset like "all i have here i can lose" might be useful. In other games where you play against casino it does't makes any change because none of strategies actually works and all you relay on is pure luck. In fact the best strategy based on mathematics is to enter casino, bet all money on red and go home with 0 or double. all strategy are the same whether it is based on mathematics or not , those are still not guarantee to work because a gambling is purely based on luck and not on skills , strategy , emotions , or whatsoever . theres no difference of playing poker and other casino based games but what matter the most is your luck . if your lucky you can won but if not then you can go home empty handed . Lol. I disagree with you here. Luck is everything? I don't think so. Experience, strategy and skills are also primary factors along with luck which determine whether you win or lose in the gambling world.

It appears it has a vry bad reputation...
Both of them (Dean Nolan and Betking) do have a very bad reputation. Dean Nolan just sent me this PM a short while ago: "lol you are that sad that you made a script to post the second my thread was unlocked Smiley get a life.
You wonder why no investors are posting in your thread? Because everything you have said has been asbolute shit and lies. You have not even bothered to listen when I answered questions and instead just post until my reply is burried.
I also know about your very poor seo effort.
I take it you are paid by stake/pd or something?"Seriously, is this the pathetic little worm that fooled investors in to parting with their money in the scam ICO? I don't know if this is a scam and the story behind this ICO but he is right when he wrote in the message that there are almost no comments from investors in your thread. I see you try to let people know about this and post to make this thread visible but still there are no comments from scammed investors. Where are they? Why are they not complaining here? Betking has been called out as a scam by tons of people in various threads even though not many have posted in this thread which is why I appreciate these efforts by op to save innocent people from investing into this website. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4751127.0https://game-protect.com/betking-scam/There are many legit websites out there which is why I advise staying far away from this particular website. Do your research people.

There's definitley nothing wrong with changing or lowering commission percentage, but the thing is, first of all at the start of their affiliate program they should point out that the commission rate is not fixed and can/will be changed, and even after that every participant should be notified about every single change in this rate by whatever medium they use for communicating with their users.
I really don't know what happened to this case but as I read their terms and conditions they stated in Miscellaneous and other significant terms that "FortuneJack reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any promotion at our discretion." so technically they can change the rules whenever they want. They must abide the rules to their affiliates before creating a new one. Yeah, so they didn't break any rules or made any mistake then, the participants in their affiliate programs should've read the rules before applying, unless they added that part recently... I know that many users may find this unfair even tough it was stated in the rules, but this is really how it works, when these websites start their programs before being known they have the best rates in almost everything but gradually they decrease or even remove some of their futures that attracted most of their users in the first place, it's not something happening only in betting websites, almost every business works like that when it comes to marketing. I disagree with you here. Saying one thing and doing something else entirely is frowned upon in any sort of business(crypto or non-crypto) which is a bad way to run a business. Information is key here. The rules and conditions should be clear from the start making it fair for everyone, but FortuneJack clearly messed that up now which is why they need to sort this out asap if they wish to retain a big portion of their old users.

There is already plenty of Bitcoin forks that have faster transactions, lower fees and more of the other useful shit that still can't make those forks valuable. Market cap of a coin also depends on the maturity of the market and the number of current users. The same situation is with gold. If no one used it as a store of value it's price could drop very fast.
Are you actually trying to say that the forked versions of Bitcoin are more valuable than Bitcoin itself? Its stupid to even think of something like that. Bitcoin is far superior in terms of every aspect when compared to all the forks and its popularity itself speaks volumes.
