Open up your Bitcoin client and let the blockchain become in sync with the rest of the network. It will load for a while (an hour maybe), just leave it open. That should solve your problems.

Maybe the transfer takes time to process, or their BTC stock is low. It is best to wait maybe a day or so. Good luck!
