8981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MUSICOIN] Musicoin Embedded Player & New Online Forum! 🎸🎸 on: January 08, 2018, 07:29:54 PM
I own some MUSIC and I am trying to sell some but unfortunately didn't get verified on Bittrex in time and Crytopia is down.

I am looking for some trusted individual who can sell my MUSIC on Bittrex. For their time I am awarding ~$250 of profit.

Looking for someone with legendary status and escrow is a must.

8982  Economy / Currency exchange / Offering $250. Need someone to sell my MUSIC on Bittrex. Escrow mandatory. on: January 08, 2018, 07:25:26 PM
I own some MUSIC that I mined way back when it was released in 2016.

Due to time constraints I didn't have enough time to get verified on Bittrex and the only other exchange Cryptopia has the wallet down for over a month.

So I am looking for someone who has access to Bittrex and can sell MUSIC for BTC.

Whatever the price it gets sold for, you get to keep 5% of it as revenue for yourself. Around $250 profit.

Due to the scam nature, a trusted escrow is going to be mandatory.

Prefer someone with legendary status.

Currently MUSIC is trading at ~700 Sats. If there is a huge decline in price, I reserve the right to cancel this offer.
8983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: January 08, 2018, 03:04:03 AM
Anyone here used Cryptox lately?

Any issues with them?

I remember using them almost a year ago and didn't have any issues.

Bittrex is closed and Cryptopia wallet is down.

Is there a log which shows if there were any recent connect attempts to the RPC ?
8985  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice - One of the largest casinos in the world? on: January 07, 2018, 09:56:21 AM
Online casinos have and will continue to eat into the land based portion of the market. These figures will increase by close to 100% by the end of the year if the market continues on it's current trajectory.

Offcourse good online casinos will definitely eat up the land-based casino profits because people can save a lot of money if they play online and also they can start gambling almost instantly when they want to gamble. Real casinos will give a different kind of enjoyment but it comes at an additional cost so people can do once in awhile for regular gambling purpose many gamblers may choose online gambling.

I think that there is a certain percentage of the physical casinos which will lose gamblers due to online bitcoin gambling however I think it varies by demographics and age.

For an old person who is 50-60 years old, they probably will still stick with physical casino gambling since its very difficult for them to grasp this "Bitcoin thing".

For the younger generation is easier to learn how to gamble with Bitcoin.

Issue is that the younger generation has less money than the older generation.
8986  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Critical Security Release: Please update to Electrum 3.0.4 on: January 07, 2018, 07:05:57 AM
So if you are using cold storage this shouldn't be much of an issue?
8987  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCHEAT.COM IS ONLY A HOAX? on: January 06, 2018, 08:43:38 AM
i can not give an answer about btcheat legit or scam ,, i still do spin to get minimum withdrawal ,,
This is very difficult because the chance to get rewards when we reach 70% becomes small ,, dev says they use their own algorithm that counts clicks of ads, mined hashes, offers, etc. to get rewards.
here I have reached 80% and will continue to spin in order to prove a scam or not

#a Google translator

I achieved 89% minimal withdraw process, * lol

before i was so screwed up 80% ,,
but i never give up haha ,, hope i'm lucky * lol; D; D

If the web scam is not a problem, I just spin if I get bored

#No_Inspect-Element

in your screen shot you have 5403 spins what computer u use to mine for spins ? corei7 ?
Why would bother? I dont think credited spins are basing on pc specs since they do offer it on hourly basis i guess. Im not sure and why this thread been bumped again since we do all know this site is just purely make those users mine in background using their cpu power without even knowing. Seen aboved another fella reach out 80%.  I dont know if he would able to cash-out or end up the same as others.

hourly offers but not all offers are for pc some are for mobile  and user cannot get more spins completing offers, if they get spins but very less spins not more this user must have used mining option to get 5403 spins

The other individuals here all have the exact same issue with the site. Basically you will never reach the point where you can actually withdraw. Its keep increasing everytime.

This is why its important before you start using any casinos to read reviews first to make sure you arent going to get scammed.

yeah i pulled 8.8btc from primedice and they told me that there was a blockchain memo error something. i want to ask primedice when i lose then does this error happen Huh
primedice is lack of trust
username: thanhbathien primedice

I don't understand what are you trying to say. Did you win 8.8 BTC on PD? Can you prove it by showing some screenshots? And what does the picture you are showing mean? Is it an unconfirmed transaction? What "blockchain memo error " are you talking about?

I think if you did win 8.8 BTC on PD you'll have your money soon because PrimeDice doesn't scam people, there were many bigger withdrawals which were successfully processed.

I've been following his posts from pretty much the beginning of last year.

I don't think he understands English at all, all his posts seem to be google translated.

ITs very difficult to understand what he is trying to say, and he probably has the same issues understanding our replies. He should hire someone who can translate everything properly.
8989  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum vulnerable to Meltdown ad Spectre CPU attacks? on: January 06, 2018, 01:21:37 AM
So if I am using a second PC offline which signs the messages there shouldn't be an issue?

This vulnerability still can be exploited. It just can't get remote exploited via the internet.
Someone knocking you out (or walking to your pc, plugging an usb stick in and out) and using this vulnerability is (theoretically) still an option.

But what if that offline PC is also running an Intel CPU?

Look above.
Meltdown and spectre are two seperate vulnerabilities.
The meltdown vulnerability can only be exploited on Intel cpu's (those manufactured since 1995 (excluding Itanium and Atom chips made before 2013).
The spectre vulnerability addresses all modern cpu's (including Intel, AMD and ARM) and is harder to exploit/mitigate.

You can read into both of the paper here: https://meltdownattack.com/

Can it somehow send private data by the QR code right after it signs the transction?

Could you please clarify what you exactly mean?
You can't send data via QR. QR-codes are just a visualisation of data.

When you load an unsigned transaction into the offline Electrum, you are given a QR code/signed transaction after you click the word sign.

This signed transaction you take to the online computer and broadcast it.

My question is, can some secret data hide in the QR code or signed transaction file when its broadcasted on the online computer? Since this is the only way the offline computer can send any data since its never online.

8990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PASL]-[PASCAL Lite]-[PascalLite just hit $1 million market cap milestone!] on: January 06, 2018, 01:15:54 AM
Hey guys,

Would someone please shed some light on this subject?

I've been mining PASL for a few days now and have had my payouts successfully sent to my webwallet address.  I obviously have access to my public and private keys, but what has me scratching my head is the fact that I have several accounts associated with my wallet - about 31 of them and counting, most of which are holding 12.5 PASL coins.   Is this normal?  How do I get my wallet to show a consolidation of all the coins that I've mined?

Thanks for your time!  Smiley

Yes because you are mining to your PUBLIC key. So for every 12.5 PASL mined, you are sent an account.

Mine to an account directly and it will only go to that account.
8991  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum vulnerable to Meltdown ad Spectre CPU attacks? on: January 05, 2018, 07:22:22 AM
first of all thanks for asking this, it made me to finally go and read about this attack Tongue

from what i understand, these two attacks can pull data from your RAM, the secret data that shouldn't have been accessible otherwise. they are not much different from other viruses out there. the impact is different and protection is similar, update your OS (windows[1] and linux) update your antivirus and make sure to use the latest version of your browser [2].

now as far as bitcoin is concerned, that is why we have "cold storage" [3][4].
as for Electrum, the way it is designed is that it doesn't keep "sensitive information" (secrets) in memory. so even if you have your Electrum open there is nothing in memory to steal. BUT it will be there at some point, the only time your "secrets" go in memory is when you try to sign something (transaction or message,..) that is why you are asked to enter your password when you try to sign.

8992  Bitcoin / Electrum / Electrum vulnerable to Meltdown and Spectre CPU attacks? on: January 05, 2018, 03:51:49 AM
Anyone knows if there are possible issues with the recent Meltdown/Spectre CPU attacks?

I am guessing someone can browse some website, that might inject malicious code and if Electrum is running it might send some info like private keys? seeds?

8993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PASL]-[PASCAL Lite]-[PascalLite just hit $1 million market cap milestone!] on: January 04, 2018, 07:41:56 PM
No, I am referring to the Baikal miner. It mines like 4 different algos.

It doesn't mine Ethash or any memory intensive algos.

Mine ETH with your 290. You should get 30MH/s with a overclock at 1100/1250.

Don't dual mine with it because you will burn it up.
8995  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Issues with etherdelta ? on: January 04, 2018, 09:56:01 AM
The exchange is ok.

Its great that its decentralized but it really needs to get better servers and hosting to protect themselves from getting hacked again.

Their interface also needs works. Its currently very confusing for a newbie. Also the speed are horrendously slow when buying and selling.
8996  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC are getting dumped, is this repeat of 2013 pump and dump? on: January 04, 2018, 09:54:33 AM
No, much have changed since 2013.

Back then there was one exchange that had most of the volume. These days its different.

Especially with wall street getting involved and all those ETFs that are trying to get approved and listed on the stock markets.

8997  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Faucet on: January 04, 2018, 09:51:02 AM
dont play faucets are waste of time  Grin
well i dont usually play with faucet but the casino site i've been staying for a quite while doesnt increase your faucet if you have higher "Total Wagered" so im finding provably fair site that gives justifiable amount of faucet when you get bust  Grin Grin

Its very difficult if not almost impossible to make enough wagers to increase your faucet amount if you are only starting from the faucet.

These days most sites will not let you withdraw anything if all the wins were purely from the faucets. This isn't 2011 anymore where the faucets were created to get the bitcoin markets up and running.

If you really want to earn some free satoshis your best bet is just to mine with your CPU a coin like XMR. You won't make much but more than from a faucet. And if you got a decent GPU, you can make like $1-2 daily with those.
8998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PASL]-[PASCAL Lite]-[PascalLite just hit $1 million market cap milestone!] on: January 03, 2018, 10:10:48 PM
Regarding the pool issue:

Pool was overloaded and had an outage earlier and its back online. Sorry for the inconvience.

Regarding the exchange issue:

Me, and 2 other members from the dev team have been trying to get into contact with anyone at Crytopia. We have created numerious support tickets, I have tried to PM the dev on Bitcointalk forum who originally helped get it listed on Crytopia, I have tried talking to about 3-4 individuals on the Crytopia discord and got no replies.

We are doing what we can. Its out of our hands if the exchange is down, we can't do anything on our end. If you got some free time, write a support ticket and with enough tickets they will maybe reload the wallet.

Regarding the PASL profits:

Currently there is an Pascal ASIC thats finished production and there are thousands of GPUs which are dual-mining this coin. Hence its not wise profitability wise to solo or single mine this coin on GPUs such as the 1080Ti. Please only dual mine this coin along with some other Ethash type coin.

Regarding the accounts issue:

We will make a guide to make it more clear on how you need to get an account. Depending on what you want from this coin, you might not even need an account.

If you just want to mine and sell. You can just mine to your Crytopia address directly or just mine directly to your PUB key and you will get sent an account.

If you want an account to buy and hold PASL. Then you can buy an account in our marketplace, get one for free instantely on our Slack channel, or if you are buying PASL OTC you can ask the sender to include an account since all they need is your PUB key.
8999  Economy / Gambling / Re: What about the "trusty" games on: January 03, 2018, 08:48:02 AM
a little hesitant when I answer your questions, sometimes I believe dice sites that have betting verification but not all my trust is full.My friend says sometimes laps often spin undue because there are insiders who have played unfairly.

This is not true or you have no idea how provavly fair works.

Basically you got a hashed seed, the seed is usually hashed with SHA256 or SHA512 or so. Doesn't really matter what hashing term.

Your roll is usually calculated using

Server Seed + Client Seed + Nonce

The Nonce starts from 0 usually and goes up with every roll, this way the server and client seed can be constant.

After you are done betting, you can go back and check if the seed you were given was actually the hashed seed and then check your bets.

There can't be another seed which has the same hash. Hence there is your proof.
9000  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: IM TRYING TO GET VERIFIED WITH POLONIEX!!! on: January 03, 2018, 08:44:40 AM
They released a statement that sometime in the first quarter of 2018 they are revamping their verification system.

I am hoping they use something that's reliable and provides 3rd party verification similiar to what Bittrex uses.

I guess they deteremined that its impossible to manually approve all these accounts with accuracy and had to seek a different solution.
