901  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make money from Bitcoin in 2021 on: June 17, 2021, 04:42:37 AM
Most people who are new to BTC or find a way to accumulate BTC this might help you out; few ways to make money from BTC:

*Daily trading
*BTC mining
*Investing
*Selling your items in exchange for BTC; i.e(receiving BTC as payment for work or items sold)
*Yield farming (De-fi)
*Airdrops (this helps allot but be aware of fake ones too before participating)
*BTC surveys
It really works especially to those who are already professional in buying and selling with crypto, some others are taking risk buying some stuff in some game that they can also earn crypto, like AXIE INFINITY. Here in our country there are a lot of people now playing that game since last year and some of them already buy a new house because of it.
902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: March 15, 2021, 04:35:20 PM
Rewards are already ours so it is up to us whether we wanted to gamble again or use it for our needs and wants for our everyday lives. Those rewards are already our earnings, before when I am getting my reward, I use them to gamble again and some of it goes to our savings or sometimes what we WANT. Of course, I also want to treat myself after.

904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum remains the king of altcoins on: March 12, 2021, 06:14:38 AM
Ethereum will always be the 1st altcoin in all altcoins. Why? We always converted our tokens to ethereum before bitcoin. All altcoins will go to be there once we want to decide whether to convert them to bitcoin or fiat. No one will take the place of ethereum but it will never surpass bitcoin. LOL.
905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jake Paul vs Ben Askren on April 17 on: March 12, 2021, 06:08:36 AM
What is happening to the world of sports now? why do we have a lot of clown who try to ruined the reputation of the sport?

A YouTuber fighting an ex MMA fighter, I don't like what I'm seeing anymore, sorry, but I feel like they are trying to make a circus in the sports just to make money. They use their popularity to influence their followers so they can get some money by supporting their fight. Unreal, the Logan brothers are really focus on boxing now than on their youtube channel.

The set up is now different, start making yourself popular on youtube so you can be a boxer.  Roll Eyes
For sure it is all about money and fame. I don't think we must need to support this kind of sports that is just making for money but yeah if we win in our bet then that will be good for us as well but maybe by not supporting this kind of sports, they will think about if they will going to do this again or it should be the 1st and final. But I agree that this is a money-making fight. Olympian vs Youtuber fight, I don't think Ben Askren will gonna make it.
906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will another altcoin rise to overtaken Bitcoin? on: March 07, 2021, 12:34:49 PM
Too impossible to happen. Why? We all know that bitcoin is the mother of all crypt of and I would say no other coin can overtake bitcoin. We are all here because of bitcoin and those altcoins are just relying on bitcoin even Binance can't overtake bitcoin for sure. I think this is also ask many times already here on this site and the answer is always NO.
907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does knowing your sport and teams really make you better at betting on them? on: March 07, 2021, 12:26:46 PM
Yes, knowing the team or a person (1v1) you bet on will make your calculation easier who will gonna win, just like yesterday here in the Philippines which is online sabong. Jayzam vs Jomar on a 1v1 basketball, all the time I know already that Jayzam will gonna win because he has more experience and practice than Jomar. Those 2 players are bloggers here in the Philippines.
908  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever lost a bet in this way? on: March 05, 2021, 08:13:41 AM
I used to gamble in a different way till we got introduced with a feature called "Cashout" which wasn't there for few years on crypto gambling sites. Now, whenever you make bets, not some average or tipped ones but high confidence bets, you see that you've already won and the odds that you placed your bet on (which could be higher than, let's say 1.50x) and it has dropped to 1.01x, will you use your "Cashout" feature and leave / lose a few % of profit just because you fear that the game can still change? Or you'll just go with the flow and let the game run, and you'll wait till the end to get complete profit?

Now, my main question,
What if you didn't cashout your potential winnings and then suddenly, the game changes and let's say that you placed a bet on a Soccer match between Team A and B and you believe that Team A will be the winner (based on less odds and past performances), the score is 1-0 and time is 89 minutes. Now, if Team B manages to score one goal at the last minute and set the score to 1-1, won't you regret that you were so close that you must've cashed out your bet, but lost big due to that last-minute goal? This happened to me a few times and I bet it may also have happened with many of you. So, have you ever lost a bet in this way?
Gambling has uncertain luck, we may feel confident at the first minute of our bet because we think that the team you just bet on would win the game then suddenly last minute the game flip over. It happened to me also when I was betting on a basketball team before I thought that the game is already mine but I was wrong. LOL
909  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Gambling Weekly on: February 25, 2021, 06:37:27 AM
Hi everyone,

Gambling through sportsbooks and casinos seems like a great use case for Bitcoin (and other cryptos) at the moment.

It allows people from countries with strict gambling laws to play with no worry of punishments. It also allows successful gamblers to play without account restrictions placed on them - as they would get at fiat sportsbooks - and a whole host of other benefits.

As this sector is growing fast, I thought I'd write a weekly update about the developments in the crypto sportsbook/casino world.

Feel free to check it out and let me know your thought (there are a couple bets to follow in there too, if that's your thing) - https://bitedge.com/blog/crypto-betting-weekly-19-feb-2021/

Do you guys think gambling could be one of the main catalysts for Bitcoin becoming more widely adopted?

Thanks!
It is really good that we can still gamble even at the comfort of our room, despite of having a strict law in other countries we can still manage to play gambling however I think that this is not the best time to play gambling online, because a high price of bitcoin and for sure that at the same time, fees also increase.
910  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: February 23, 2021, 01:19:16 PM

Therefore we will have to wait for an update this week, hopefully we will hear a good news.

I'm excited, hopefully this is really it, when the announcement is final, the hype will start as that's the start of the official promotion. I'm sure fans would love to see this, just imagine if Manny would win this fight, it will be in another history where he beat 2 undefeated young boxer in a row. lol..

Many fans are waiting for this negotiation to be final since people love to see Pacquiao step back on the ring again and for sure this is another exciting fight of pacquiao and the world will slightly stop for filipino fans when the fight of pacquiao begins.

Let's wait for another updates on this since this will be a big fight to watch.

Indeed a big fight. Every fight of Manny Pacquiao is really big especially for most filipinoes who are watching and supporting him all the way. This would really be a big fight and for sure most of all filipinoes will definitely wait for this day. This can also be a good time to bet Crowford over Pacquiao.

913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: February 20, 2021, 04:47:28 PM
I see a lot of signature wearers discussing gambling quite frequently in this section of the board. I’m curious, what do you do with your signature campaign earnings? Do you support your advertiser and gamble it on their platform, save it, or spend it? I assume most people probably gamble it, and that’s why signature campaigns are able to be so generous, but maybe some users are taking advantage of the funds to help support themselves or even give back to charities or organizations they enjoy. If you have a good use for your earned signature campaign earnings, share it here, or even if you have a not so good use. Smiley
Before when I was at a signature campaign, I am saving my earinings and buy if there is an important thing we need especially my son has an ADHD disorder so I am using it for his therapy. I also try some of my earnings in gambling online site but I totally lose all of it. LOL.

915  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I believe this is the way on: October 29, 2020, 03:02:41 PM
We all want to be rich in crypto space, I get it but there is possibility that what we want to achieve may not come to past when we plan only to hold coins and tokens for years but how about

Buy a coin and hold like you intended but take profits when the coin shoot up like double Profit up to 2x and buy back when the coin dumps, crypto is like a circle, there will be pumps and there will be dumps, in that process of taking profits and buying back you will end up wining both ways, whatever happens you won't entirely lose out.

Think about it
This technique already knows by everyone, and it is just easy to say it that way, we all know that bitcoin is volatile, and the price is not predictable, it is really unpredictable and no one knows when it will go down again or it would become up more. What if you buy now and then tomorrow it makes you profited 2X then you withdraw. Then another day, it goes 3X if you didn't withdraw it earlier. So, no one knows how this cryptocurrency value will be, and no one knows who can predict that and that's the truth. It will only depend if you are a Nostradamus. LOL.
916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling License on: October 29, 2020, 02:54:04 PM
The truth is, when I am playing online on gambling sites, I don't check if the site is registered or something or have a License. As long as I know that a gambling site is trusted then I will not be afraid of putting my BTC on that gambling site, but for those who have online gambling site then I think it's a must.
That's exactly what I have registered here before now because, anyone in the gambling industry can get license within a short Period of time and still engage in scam, so, i don't quite border around platforms licensed. But what I anxiously believed and always craved to check before gambling in any platform is it reputation. Those gambling platforms I have used before now are with good reputation and I enjoyed their usage.
That's what I am talking about, we all know that licensed can easily get especially if you will give all the requirements they are getting then you can have that License but it is not based on a Licensed, gambling site is base on their reputation and if a lot of players are already trusted that site.

918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some of the benefits of Bitcoin ... on: October 22, 2020, 02:43:18 PM
Bitcoin has a lot of benefits, and the privacy of your wallet is already on your bitcoin wallet and how you can handle your security. Bitcoin transfer online or payments online is more likely popular when it comes to cryptocurrencies and it is used nowadays especially pandemic. People are more likely to used online payments and online transfer for them to give some help to their relatives.
919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who holds the most bitcoins? on: October 18, 2020, 06:04:12 AM
I've always been interested in this question, but I found a lot of confusing information.
I recently came across this article in Quora, and I wonder how accurate and verified this information is: https://www.quora.com/Who-holds-the-most-bitcoins
According to this article, it seems that Satoshi holds the most bitcoins, between 600,000 and 1,600,000 BTC.
The following are the Winklevoss brothers, with 91,666 bitcoin.
Next is Barry Silbert with 48,000 BTC.
Next in order are Tim Draper with $250,000 worth of BTC and Michael Novogratz with his crypto net worth to be around $700 million – $1 billion.
Do you agree with this assessment from the article or do you have more credible and accurate information?

This assessment can be true but it can also be not, as we all know, bitcoin value is not stable and holders are also not always have an assessment. I don't think that they will give their exact value of bitcoin in other people broadcasting what they have in their bitcoin wallet. Maybe it is true but somewhat maybe not.
920  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coronavirus crypto on: March 24, 2020, 12:39:02 PM
Hey, I was wondering, how will the crypto market react to the virus?
In this regard, I found the article about it, https://cryptogeek.info/en/blog/coronavirus-reveals-cryptocurrencies-are-crisis-resistant, it says, that crypto is well resisted to the crisis, what do you think? Is that true?
The whole world is really affected, even bitcoin is affected, maybe because of lockdown. Many people now cannot go out to some places. Someplace or some country needs to go outside just to buy bitcoin but as of nowhere in our country we cannot go outside, even the workers cannot go to their workplace, so a lot of people are affected by their income. Maybe that is also because a lot of us now are selling their bitcoins to buy their needs especially foods.
