902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO WhitePaper Matter Most? on: May 29, 2018, 09:19:23 PM
I don't think the most important thing is the whitepaper for sure is important but from my opinion the most important is the address of the company who is running the ICO. Why? Cause you can check it with google maps to see if is real, some scam project were found on this way, with a fake location.
I truly agree with you. The location is of major importance and for me understanding the whitepaper and see the possibility of a true ICO behind it
white paper is important because we can know the extension of the project but white paper can not determine that the project is a scam because behind it all we need to do further research that is more important than the white paper as to where the project and the team behind the project whether it is true or not
903  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you approve this strategy: sell alts buy btc? on: May 29, 2018, 03:58:29 PM

904  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What if you lose 7500 Bitcoins worth 79 MILLION $ !!??? on: May 29, 2018, 03:49:20 PM
A good story like many other stories! But it may be that some people have lost a large amount of their assets at current prices!
you are right most people lose bitcoin because of the current price and I myself do not have that much bitcoin if I had to do it I would be careful to keep the private key in order to stay safe and can be accessed by my own
but this is a good story so we can take postifnya thing
905  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Signature Campaigns taxes on: May 29, 2018, 03:29:07 PM
They are right, taxation of your btc earnings depends on the regulations established in your country with regards to cryptocurrency. I don't have ideas how strict Spain is when it comes to this kind of stuffs so better to do research about it. It's a good news for you if your earnings are not mandated to be taxed because you can enjoy your whole income without any deductions. If the opposite happens then don't feel too bad because at least crypto is not banned in your country.

Just giving you an insight, my btc earnings are not taxed here in the Philippines since our government not yet declaring a concrete regulation/act regarding this topic. The deductions that I only get is the fee for every withdrawals that I do.

I myself am amazed with the tax payment for signatures because how they will track this all and what about other bounty campaigns like translate, and blog / you tube whether to be in taxes such as signatures ...?
but as long as it becomes a government law then we must obey it
906  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: KYC is bullshit on: May 29, 2018, 03:18:57 PM
Why the fuck is everything requiring a fucking KYC now, Gambling sites don't even let you fucking withdraw without a fucking CIA style background check but they obviously let you deposit with nothing.

Bpunties used to be fun but now everything requires a fucking KYC.  NO I'M NOT GIVING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT TO SOME FUCKING STRANGER OVER THE INTERNET!!!!!!!!!!!

THE WHOLE POINT OF CRYPTO IS TO STAY ANONYMOUS

I believe that there is nothing to be scared or worry of if we have nothing to hide and we are earning crypto in a clean manner. In my own understanding, KYC is required to ensure that the people that we are dealing with are legally living in a certain country and not criminals. This is also one way to prevent money laundering. We always wanted freedom, but sometimes too much freedom would result to abuse. But anyway, if you are doing everything legally then there is nothing to worry about.

Good for you if you have nothing to worry about and have no problem exposing all your private information to unknown entities on the internet.
But most people joined crypto to avoid this kind of stuff, the fact that people freely give away their personal information (like you say you have no problem with it) is what has made it become this bad.
this system is a system that is advocated by many projects and exchanges in the world of crypto today, and I am not worried about this all because I am clean from criminal acts only I hope that third parties who handle the KYC system must be really reliable that can keep their data because the one in kwatirkan friends here is their personal data fear in the use of things that are not good
907  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Exchangers and new regulations. on: May 29, 2018, 03:10:57 PM

I am using few exchanges but they didn't ask me any proofs yet but we have the options that to provide our personal details to increase our withdrawal limits per day so it is not needed for a small traders like me and I never provide any details yet.But if it will be implemented in future then it may affect the trading as well because most of the people want to stay anonymous with the crypto earnings.

I have actually zero in Poloniex, and, still, they asked me for a picture of my face, alongside with all the other information.
Exchanges taking this path can become a target for hackers, but maybe the coins are no longer to be their goal, for they can hack even your face and your place of residence, your trading history and exactly know how much you have, how much money you've moved.

Besides, the fact of facial recognition still gives me shivers. I don't have any facebook account of this kind of social media, but I have friends and they post anything in their accounts, even pictures of me with my family, etc. I don't get why the picture, for the facial recognition, is unnecessary and pointless to protect people, on the contrary, this is more about surveillance.

Since last week? As far as I know, they said they were going to implement those new rules in Q1, as early as January. There were some warnings about this. I think it had to do with the acquisition by Circle.

Personally, I pulled my money from Poloniex when the first announcement was made (December, I think). I don't trust them or the third party they use to verify documents, and I didn't want my funds locked up over it.

Well done. I didn't hear of it the last December, I just received an email and my account was blocked at the same time. Fortunately, I had nothing in there.
The Circle change, yep, probably that's why.
I hope they re-examine this system because it is so irrelevant and what is the use of all of this anyway our goal is to be there just to trade and until now I still have not done that procedure to create a new account in Poloniex

910  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: Token platform ETH / WAVES on: May 27, 2018, 01:57:56 AM
911  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Not Yet Legal But Not Banned on: May 27, 2018, 01:44:49 AM
Yes, it is true that Bitcoin is not yet legal but its use is not prohibited. It is a good idea to enjoy this kind of Bitcoin status. Surely we can get a greater profit because it is still protected from taxes. I would prefer if the status of Bitcoin like this.
enjoy the benefits of transactions that are not yet legal but not prohibited boitcoin is our best opportunity in investing bitcoin or crypto / ICO because as long as still not legal we are still free from tax
912  Economy / Economics / Re: World economy, what do you think? on: May 27, 2018, 01:37:49 AM
How much, in your opinion, has international relations influenced the world economy and what do you think about it?
diplomatic relations between countries and nations is very influential on the world economy, especially in the country itself because not all countries can provide the needs of the country itself, especially in the field of technology and food.
913  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more risky? Bitcoin or bank investment? on: May 27, 2018, 01:21:30 AM
as you said it is risky all difference when we invest in other than bitcoin we can not have control of our fund and we can not withdraw our money or take just what we need at any time
while in bitcoin it's up to us and we can sell it anytime and anytime
unless we invest / join the ICO
914  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-24] US opens investigation into Bitcoin price manipulation on: May 24, 2018, 10:00:47 PM
What is there to find? Fake bids, hypers, and bashers existed since the creation of the stock exchange, only now where the world is on a global market made this a bigger and more volatile market.

Sure, maybe it has always existed. But the CFTC also enforces against these practices pretty aggressively. They filed eight anti-spoofing enforcement actions against banks and individuals earlier this year.

Now if they do find some anomaly where the exchange itself is creating fake bids that really don't exist then that it a different thing

How is it so different? Whether it's the exchange or individual traders behind it, spoofing can manipulate the markets.

This market manipulation is something that even whales cannot do.

If exchanges aren't policing against spoofing, then I imagine that depends how big of a whale you are.
and the popes will take the opportunity to take advantage of the already high price and I hope these whales will be caught easily if they do not get caught again and again the manipulation of bitcoin prices and every exchange should be cleaner than these whales

918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do thousands of investors hold bitcoin on troubled days? on: May 23, 2018, 02:27:45 PM
because they know, that bitcoin is the only only online currency which moves faster day by day to generate profits.when an investor invests in it,if its price goes down then they hold thier shares for some of the days and buy more and more share and as the price moves towards up,they sell their share and makes profit.i think the only way to maximize profit

Thats true,  I think investors believe In Bitcoin since for the years that had passed Bitcoin is still running and on top of all currencies, I gues we should not be burden of the unproven speculations that is roaming around this forum we should focus on the negative news sprouting somewhere and work for more since Bitcoin will definitely pump soon.
bitcoin in general including getting a positive response from investors from year to year continues to grow as well as bitcoin prices from year to year have increased with many young and experienced investors who start to trust bitcoin we are sure bitcoin will continue to move forward

920  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People are joking about Bitcoin on: May 21, 2018, 07:50:24 PM
Yes with the circulation of bad news about bitcoin would make the traders easily affected so cause a panic to immediately sell the assets even though the price is still in bad condition and things like this is what worsens a market later on.
advertising or news that corners like this is one that damages the image of bitcoin in ordinary people but for those of us who already understand bitcoin, blokhcain and crypto will not be affected by news like this
