Fabrizios genius marketing at work. Hire massage parlor hookers to stand on the streets with Zopo phones. Lol

http://www.zopomobiles.in/Zopo-Hong-Kong-Launch-pid-10856.html
They're not hookers, this is normal marketing practice for most products in China. By the way I'm in China at this moment and will be in shenzhen from Monday 28th to Thursday 31st.
If anyone has any info on Fabrizio please pm me the details because you know what will happen in this thread.... 'delete'...

Someone posted his contact info and address on the other labcoin thread

Hey if thats your goal than good luck, I think it would be fairly easy to win this with a decent lawyer. Do you have a hardware background?
Sorry, what do you mean by hardware background? Like in computers? I think to know everything that there is to know about computer hardware, and i'm studying electronic engineering (for what it matters).
The only lawyer quote i have is a 300$/hour one, but i guess that i can find a decent one for much lower than that, what do you think?

(again, if anyone has lawyer suggestions, they are really welcome)

(thanks!)

That is about the rate you will find. Post on lawyers.com maybe you can find a cheaper one.

Just check the guest account Sam gave us as he promised and you can see the rate.

Yes Sam Thanks that guest account is great.

Last two dividend payments were 16.75 & 16.10 = 32.85.

This is ~ 10.95/day, because Tuesday was skipped.  This may not be more hashrate, it could just be spreading 3 days' dividend payments over 2.

No they were down for about a day if you look at euligius, or maybe just eligius went down which would make sense with the 3 day thing.

Paid I think the current dividend past 24hrs puts as near 8TH? Can someone mathematically inclined run numbers
907  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: October 24, 2013, 10:06:30 PM
seems like it will be paid, it is already in LC's CS wallet. I think it might be the highest dividend yet, but still no way to verify hashrate

You can verify by doing maths with current difficulty which im not capable of doing. Ytter is fairly good at it maybe he can calculate it.

If you ordered support this man and get your money back
Thanks. My idea is to put down 5k to 10k of my own money, but it would be much much better if there where a community following and helping on this long way. Not only money-wise, that is also important, since that i think 10k won't bring me that far.
Problem is they probably wasted all that money on development so they probably cant refund anything even if you won.
Well, i guess that i could have the company' IP. Like the chip, if it exist. Take it and make it open source. It would be my dream. Who cares about the money at that point?

Who is ready for another missed dividend.
911  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Gathering founds for legal action against HashFast on: October 24, 2013, 09:33:00 PM
tldr: HashFast, 3 days after claiming that everything is on track, says that they will be at least 3 weeks late. 3 weeks later means that people like me, who bought batch 1 miners, will never see a ROI greater than (minus) 50%.
thegenesisblock.com says that our projected return should be 1/4 of our initial investment, if we can start mining by December.

We published a shipping windows between Point A (end of Oct) and Point B (Dec 31) and committed to issuing full refunds if we ship outside of this window (IE after Dec 31).

What you're seeing is a narrowing of that window, and honesty on the company's part in communicating with our customers.
We believe that to be a good thing.

Naturally, we'd love to hear whatever you'd like to say - and if you feel we are doing things wrong, please tell us how we may do better.

That extends to any of our customers, people who are not yet our customers, and people who are not and never will be

Thanks!

HF

PS to answer your other point regarding the ROI calculations, some points we think are relevant include

1- We do not control the hashrate
2- Despite that, we came up with the MPP as a way to further support our customer's success.
3- We then gave MPP protection free of charge to all batch 1 customers, who were not expecting it
     and were charged for it.
4- MPP protection is intentionally denominated in BTC, not USD.
Given the direction BTC prices are taking, it is possible our early or late customers will achieve ROI in
less that 90 days - and still receive MMP protection from us.  No charge, no questions.

We are proud to be the first ASIC company to do that for its customers.
We're happy to see other ASIC companies follow our lead (down to copying "miner protection program" word-for-word); if it leads to ASIC companies treating their customers better than has historically been the case, we are all for it.

Unfortunately hashfast nobody gives a fuck what your bullshit estimated dates are. It's what the FTC says they are. I haven't ordered from these scum, just looking at their faces made me want to puke.

If you ordered support this man and get your money back

Im surprised no one has called fabrizio and called him a bitch.
What his #. Ill call him rite now!

PHone number of Zopo in shenzhen:
0086-185-2080-5768

Just ask for Fabrizio Tatti from international marketing department. But its 5am there now. Consider recording the call.

Tell them you are a wealthy oil shiek wanting to buy their products, look at their website for a product they sell. Or tell then your an oil baron from the early 1900s lol.

If you get a chance ask fabrizio why he admitted to being Sam on a chat. After you call him a bitch. Yeah please record it for the lols.

Secondly, Labcoin has accepted US sharesholders funds, so it falls under US laws. 9 out of 10 of these companies all do business with US customers therefore US law is pretty much world wide.

I'm not talking about labcoin specifically, rather Puppet said that all bitcoin securities were illegal everywhere, which would include 796.com and their ASICMiner shares in Hong Kong.  Do you think 796 is illegal?

Yes if it accepts US customers. I'm sure developed countries have laws about unregistered securities. Even if they didn't,  the fact is 9 out of 10 of these companies have US customers therefore they blanket thenselves under US laws making it basically world wide.
917  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: October 24, 2013, 06:00:02 PM
Oh man, how often does one have to explain this? US law applies to the US market. A chinese selling stock in a Lebanese company through an unlicensed exchange based in Malta and hosted in Belize *is* breaking US security laws if those stocks are readily available to US investors. Why do you think BSTCT closed its doors? Why do you think BF doesnt want US investors?

Nope.  US government has no authority over activities that take place outside of US borders. BTCT was run from the US, and therefore the person running it had to abide by US law. As far as bitfunder is concerned they're just being cautious, and he may want to do business in the US in the future.

If you look at the actual HK law that's been posted, it's clear that it doesn't apply to companies so long as they do something as simple as post a checkmark for people to click to indicate they are not HK residents.

You want me to dig up the same laws for EU countries? Japan? Russia?

Yes. If you want to prove your point, that's what you have to do.

First off we all know everyone has US envy and loves to pretend the US has no authority world wide. Why dont you ask all the extradited foreigners in US jails, about foreign authority.

Or even better US agents come to your country kidnap you and charge you. Its been done before and the US courts deemed it to be legal. You think piss poor 3rd world country or any other country for that matter is going to do anything about it? Besides a little bit of talk.

Again, a refund of "remaining" BTC is not sufficient.

We have no record whatsoever of any money being spent, so the the only safe assumption is that any "missing" money has merely been relocated to another wallet under Fabrzio's control.

Thus the only satisfactory refund would be of all 7000 BTC.

As we also have no record indicating the company has been transfered to a "Sam Noi", it's still Fabrizio Tatti who is responsible for this 7000 BTC sum.

Remaining accounted for BTC. They have to show documented amounts that were spent and on what, if they cant then the full amount. At least my understanding. But they will never be able to refund 7000btc if they spent some already.
919  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: October 23, 2013, 01:21:18 PM
Get a clue. *ALL* those bitcoin denominated securities are illegal. Even asicminer. This has been argued and proven ad nauseam in the relevant stock exchange threads. You dont need any kind of investigation to establish that, the fact they were selling unregistered securities to unsophisticated investors makes it a violation of security regulation in just about any civilized country on this planet, regardless of where labcoin is headquartered (if anywhere) and regardless of where the exchange operates from.

You are correct but bitcoin as a digital product is NOT illegal yet..  Deception and to per-mediate a scam is illegal no matter what the goods are.  I've already looked into this.

It's slightly more complicated.  Unregistered securities & unlicensed exchanges ARE illegal in US, so an analogy would be you buying dope & getting ripped off.  Sort-a a gray area...

No not a gray area its illegal, the end.

This moron is probably waiting for another batch to come in. Just don't understand why he can't just post that instead of waiting how ever long it takes and create chaos like always lol.
