out from cup, and again early in first round for Division 1 participants congrats to Navidart, he had 4 answers correct, hard to compete with that
didn't expect this easy match for Watford, but it seems that it is time for QPR to revisit lower divisions, I don't have impression that Watford will fight for promotion, so 4:0 win over opponent means opponent should fight for relegation regarding Championship, Millwall took an important win away over Middlesbrough

My current draft projects Chelsea to have an awesome season, perhaps ahead of Arsenal and along side Man City, while Liverpool not a very promising one, however, the best part for me is that Guardiola would have a much less chances of playing with my emotions with guessing who or not would start a Man City match, If I can easily go for more suiting alternatives or moreover there are less options to think about to begin with.
actually, some official EPL AI super-computer predicts City to be on top, Newcastle on 2nd, Villa on 3rd and Arsenal to close CL spots, can't find that image at the moment if I am not wrong, Liverpool is seen on position 7, sure that Everton is on 12th, and for relegation Burnley, Forest and Luton not sure what to think about that computer, but I disagree with that, waiting to see how Kane saga will end-up, but created first draft as well, will try to play with no more than 2 players from any team in first 11 for start

-snip @Ige thanks, Watford will win 1-0 ugly!
Edit: Hmm you're right I skipped a yes/no in tiebreaker. Cro2 what happens here? Heh
if they need to win, better to see it 1:0 ugly win worst would be to have their win combined with over goals but there is a history, Watford has only one lost match in last 16 season openers, while QPR haven't lost last seven matches against Watford

It looks like I'll be kicked out of the cup early. The Feyenoord - PSV game is still goalless after 57 minutes. ~snip
it ended 0:1 PSV took Supercup, and although I missed the match, it seems that it was good to watch, according to statistics for me, it is back into the match, since I equalized result, and looking forward to Watford and QPR tomorrow, if that was for Southampton, my took on away win would be solid, but QPR is lousiest team, hopefully they will at least keep their net good, so there will no much goals may the best team win into our cup duel

~snip Keep in mind also that I am playing all the pools, so when it comes Friday I have about 40 correct scores to enter. That is job not fun.
this is true, and I am still questioning my position about EPL and Bundesliga just because of that I am usually entering my picks on Thursday, and take a while, even without any research, and I usually don't research anything for these pools but, when starts, chatting here is really fun, and pool is usually really competitive, especially since there are always weekly prizes, so even when you start bad, you have something to run for

Ere divisie is set to begin next week, and this Friday SuperCup between Feyenoord and PSV is there to introduce it
Feyenoord took title after few lousy seasons, and have solid team to try and defend it, while PSV took cup and finished second in a season that is all but fail for them, especially compared to Ajax season
match is open, Feyenoord is playing at home, so a bit of a favorite by bookies, but goals are probably easier to catch nevertheless, should be nice to watch

bump
Royale is set to play another Friday encounter, against Standard this time Standard Liege is not as good as previous seasons, and will have quite a hard time to get something there
from other matches, Anderlecht is playing current champions Antwerp, and Mechelen is hosting Gent, both on Sunday

-snip Jamaican girls suffered a lot to get into the cup, they don't have support in their confederation
Jamaica women team had a kickstarter campaign to get funds to even go to tournament in first place cheer for them all the way up lot of surprises so far, Germany is out as well, three African nations in knock-out phase, South Africa, Nigeria and Morocco but overall, England is still best favorite to win this, looking at matches so far

Tom Brady is just confirmed as new advisory board chief for Birmingham City, seems that he doesn't know much about Soccer, but he knows how to motivate players to win in series with odds for their promotion standing around @20, it could be a good value for throught season
Southampton is starting tomorrow against Sheffield, should be an interesting season

-snip I'm looking forward to that question. Finally something that I'm somewhat familiar with and not women's football familiarity with a question usually bring in bad result for me not sure about Dinamo and AEK at the moment, I would say without checking that chances/odds should be on Dinamo side to come through looking at tennis, it is a question will any favorites go through to SF, Fritz playing Murray, and Eubanks in round after that rest day for my squad too, down one point, looking forward to Feyenoord, but don't have good feeling about this cup round

I hope you are not going to add that 5 on 5 futball questions in future BSFL rounds You are getting them for sure, just waiting for later stages of some big competition like CL or maybe next EURO or WC. if I knew you are open to it, I would put Kings league as proposal not sure if you heard for that one, it is a seven/seven football, established by Pique, and pretty popular in Spain nevertheless, Summer split final was last weekend, and next season beginns in January 2024, so pretty much useless to write about it at this point

-snip Servette going in next stage against Genk was amazing, they had red for the card whole match but they managed to hold, and I think they could do serious damage to someone in next rounds.
I would not underestimate Servette chances against Rangers, they can pass this step, it will be nice to watch for sure but heroes of the day come from Faroe Island, after Ferencvaros, Klaksvik eliminated Hacken to pass into next round Molde should be better, but after these two, I would not sign-off Klaksvik just like that everybody plays football these days

-snip 1 or 2 days ago Jokic announced that he won't play at the world cup, so the chances to win for Serbia got significantly smaller after those news.
Canada has a great team
Jokic would not play, but Micic is questionable as well, so Serbia chances getting high are depending on draw, but QF is probably maximum that we can hope for Canada looks great, but Murray is also questionable and could skip World Cup, with him, Canada has good chances to go till the end, and odds on that look good, @4.75 seems as value bet will look through Canada preparation matches, to see how they work together great topic BTW

-snip . anyone else fancy Japan to win this edition? Tournament favourite USA can't seem to score. Japan have been the most clinical (beating a really superstar Spain team way, way taller than them with a huge scoreline) -- I think they just need to overcome Norway (who just woke up) and I think they have a great chance.
1 point to me, Harko, watch out!
IMO, England will win it didn't looked much, but they seem best, especially looking at that 6:1 win over China, that once dominated women football if have to pick an underdog, Jamaica is certainly one, hopefully they will stand against Brasil till the end, and pass through into next round, and then everything is possible Brasil is on a verge to be eliminated, half hour to go, odds for Brasil to win @1.7 currently and rising, and they need it to advance over Jamaica Jamaica still didn't conceived on WC edit: Brasil is out

-snip Well - Ludogorets is a 40 mil$ team whereas Ljubljana is a 10-million one. Yes - football does not work like that, but it turned out to be a 50-50 game where you wouldn't have gotten a point if Ludogorets scored a penalty late on in the game.
same here, I am down a point in my duel, but would pick Ludogorets each time in a duel as this one it just make sense to see them progress Olimpija, but surprises happen, and they lost most of their chances in first match, but could score goals in last 10 minutes, missed penalty, and also hit post on 1:1, just before Olimpija goal (and they also had a lead early in a match) nevertheless, it is a probable good-bye to cup in another first round exit

With the arrival of Sadio Mane, Al-Nassr's line-up was so terrible with so many other European players and now it is certain that Al-Nassr's squad is starting to be evenly distributed.
didn't looked at Saudi so far, but too many players are going there to be ignored team seems to be better and better with each signing, but one can't simply go over the fact that signings are usually based on popularization, not pure team quality just look at CB pair, that is probably not worth playing in Championship in England, but there is obviosly no pressure to replace them at this point

and I am officially in just sent a PM with payment
can't say that I am hoping to see my name within top5 participants, but will do my best to stick until the end this season many lessons learned last season, especially regarding transfers and bonus actions, as triple captain for example
and Everton seems to be better than last two season

~snip Fenerbahçe is the most expensive team in the UEFA Conference League in this season. (179.8M €) In second place is C. Brugge. (137M€)
what a number for Conference league, and they are starting from early qualifications Fenerbahce is probably seeking a trophy journey here this season, congrats on a great win against Zimbru, although it was widely expected to see Fenerbahce to go through Buducnost and Struga are fighting their battle for next round, 2:2 at the moment, 0:1 from first match
