You are nót unemployed! Also 1) Approval based on total branding seems good. The whole idea is to make it easier to make promos, and the only way to do that is to be clear on our brand image. I just need to get them to work and an incentive that is serious will help me present my case. Yay or nay would be appreciated 2) Article seems good to me.

I vote for "30,000 Nxt", since I had a lot of time to think about that What was in my mind to have: - business cards - logos, a lot of logos - posters - BANNERS, many different sizes, with more and less words, editable texts (for advertising at sites and magazines) - billboard - maybe some big pictures for our sites Don't forget we have only nxt.org domain now. Just to check up on this: is that 30,000 Nxt approved, or does it need extra approval? I ask because I need the carrot to get them to start working. Having a call with one of them in 30 minutes to get him up to speed with developments.

HUGE NEWS - MATCHING DONATIONS - 100k Nxt
I PM'ed a community member (well known user in Nxt community) that wishes to remain anonymous for clarification on a few questions. Bottom line, he's willing to donate 100k Nxt as matching 1-to-1 donations. As soon as I get final details, I'll post here and get it out to our social media.
Was hoping for something like this We have a great bunch of whales out there!

I have promised a budget of 50K and that NXTcommunityfund will make up for any shortfall if we dont have 50K
OK, clear. Good that this was discussed a bit more, so we don't have misunderstandings.

Hi people,
My developer is ready to start on the creation of payment modules for Nxt for all major open source platforms, starting with WP, because that will help quick adoption.
I would like to know if a bounty is outstanding for this or if anyone is willing to offer a bounty for this. At this moment ETA would be end of the month for the first version to be used with WP.
neer.g funded a 25k bounty for this, I believe there were more directed donations. Not sure of exact total, but probably around 45K NXT. I think 25K original bounty for deployed and test wordpress plugin, eg. realworld websites actually using it and community approval that source code is cool, functionality works, etc. Then the balance for several more plugins, tbd which ones, hopefully marketing peoples will figure out what website plugins make the most sense to do, constrained by the ones that are easiest, etc. James I will match neer.g's offer of 25k nxt according to his rules to the T. This is great! I've talked to neer.g and apparently this bounty is included in the communityfund. I have asked for a bounty of 50,000 Nxt from this fund and James has agreed if we can deliver a package of modules for the main platforms. Can I count on you to match the 25K, Ola? Then I can give my guy that message and he will be able to allocate more time Also, I want to tell people NOT to be afraid to ask for funds. They may get rejected, but that's what the fund is for. neer.g asked me to relay this to the community. If you have a worthwhile project, please step up and ask (here or in PM) jl777 to consider your project. James is someone who is dedicated to push Nxt forward, but needs to know where help may be needed! I also would like to express my gratitude to both jl777 and rickyjames once more for their sterling work, and to the donators of the funding accounts for putting these funds to work. You have my word, and you can use this post as a proof of promise, everyone can see this. This is so dense I'm trying to parse my role in it. So far I think I should be on standby to pay out either 25K or 50K NXT from NXTcommunityfund once a WP payment plugin for NXT is delivered. Is that right? Or am I supposed to disburse something up front now? To keep things straight, I prefer payment on delivery. James pledged 50,000 Nxt, Ola has promised to add 25,000 Nxt. So once we have a set of plugins, you should pay. I still have to clear this completely with my developer, but if he needs something upfront, I will ask this from James, with a very clear reason why and how. Does that sound fair and transparent?

You have my word, and you can use this post as a proof of promise, everyone can see this. You are sure to have an alpha version by end of the month correct? wordpress plugins are pretty straight forward and setting up a node on a server for payment routing shouldn't be a problem especially with all the documentation available .Non-wordpress versions shouldn't be much of an adjustment. ...This project should have been completed yesterday, its one of the barriers to adoption right now...You can pm when / make a public announcement you are ready to collect and have something working...either way you got my word.
My developer became so enthousiastic that he postponed redecorating his house which was supposed to take till the end of the month Hope he can sell this to his wife We also have someone who is a professional hostingprovider involved who will run the first version of a server that can be used. If I get my way (and seeing as I am the contact for the donations, I will, probably ) software for running your own server will be included so merchants can choose whether to run their own server or use one that is run by someone else. These dedicated servers would be able to monetise this. WP is starting point, because I want as much people to be able to adopt it soon. After that should come the big CMS platforms like Drupal and Joomla and the ecommerce platforms like Prestashop, Magento, Zencart and osCommerce.

Hi people, My developer is ready to start on the creation of payment modules for Nxt for all major open source platforms, starting with WP, because that will help quick adoption. Basically the system consists of two parts: a module for the client and a module for servers. The client module takes care of giving payment details to the customer and sending out queries to a dedicated server that answers these queries. The merchant can set several parameters like minimum number of confirmations before he considers a transaction "valid", amount of time that he will accept payment etc. NO secret information is sent: the customer will pay via his own client. The dedicated server is responsible for answering queries about the payments. Merchants can either choose to set up their own server (run a node) or use the services of a 3rd party server (paid or otherwise, depends on the node). All software will be open source from the start. I would like to know if a bounty is outstanding for this or if anyone is willing to offer a bounty for this. At this moment ETA would be end of the month for the first version to be used with WP. i have ran the information that my developer sent already by wesleyh, to be sure it is good. neer.g funded a 25k bounty for this, I believe there were more directed donations. Not sure of exact total, but probably around 45K NXT. If your guy is working with wesleyh, they need to figure out what the split should be. It seems we are very close to making accepting NXT pretty easy for people. This is very good! I hope the NXT website(s) will be updated with all this new code coming out. James @ Damelon I would love to work on this project but currently developing another for nxt and it kicking my ass right now.. But I will match neer.g's offer of 25k nxt according to his rules to the T. This is extremely important for the adoption of nxt in the the real world and centralized online commerce..It might even get bitpay.com or gocoin.com interested to integrate nxt unto their platform which is an indirect unlimited marketing power.. By the way I think the marketing team should create a bounty for bitpay.com or gocoin.com to integrate nxtonce Damelon's project is up...nothing less than 1 million nxt. If they integrate nxt we would have access to the crypto market through their dedicated constant marketing teams which would definitely increase our reach and adoption.I will also donate to this cause heads up MARKETING TEAMThis is great! I've talked to neer.g and apparently this bounty is included in the communityfund. I have asked for a bounty of 50,000 Nxt from this fund and James has agreed if we can deliver a package of modules for the main platforms. Can I count on you to match the 25K, Ola? NxtMarketing funds: - if I don't count Lets talk Bitcoin ad, there were 2 big donations to NxtMarketing funds: 250k by come-from-beyond and neer.g. Klee also donated 20k, but something went straight to allwelder (escort). I added some more info about other payments on account 2037401990853753795 to the left down corner of the sheet, so the guys who didn't read this topic from the beginning would see, why there were 100k before establishing of NxtMarketing fund by CFB's donation and why there were sent away then. + some escorts.
PS: I have never sent any Nxt to myself from NxtMarketing fund, yet, only today from the conference fund. Since Come-from-beyond wrote he sent me the funds also to pay myself for organisation, there will be probably some discussions about that. + some payments from the open bounty table aswell, after completed texts, graphics and videos will be published
What's with all the escorts? I didn't know we were allowed escorts!! Second, thanks for the bounties, once again! Third: As CfB also said, if you are working full time on Nxt, you deserve to be paid. jl777 is also paid by a Nxtfund. I myself have no reservations with approving that. However, it needs to be transparent, so it should be clear how much you will get each month and what you have done for it (not in immense details, but just so there can be no doubts about the spending). How do others feel about this?

I think its a great cause, but I don't see this as being very relevant to our target market whatsoever. Its a charity cause, which I think is good, but I don't see it bringing any new people to Nxt. I've never heard of Songs of Love or Blue Cantrell. I'm not trying to be negative, but I don't see the relevance, especially for $10k. Plus on their main site they have a bunch of crypto's listed, so it doesn't seem like a very unique opportunity.
I still don't get it, maybe its just me but I see no results from this. I mean the website lists "hobocoin" as a donation option, this isn't a creative or unique opportunity to spread the word. We don't need this kind of marketing at this point, and your response didn't address my first post at all. I'd like to explain why I chose to back this, which may answer the question. It's basically a way into the mainstream media. This has several advantages, even though it may not be our target audience yet. Mainstream media have a wider audience than the crypto community. I myself came to crypto not by specialised media, but mainstream. It wouldn't have come on my radar as easily without them, even though it fitted my profile, so to say. People who "can use" Nxt, but are afraid to step into something like BCT forum, because it can be daunting, can see there are likeminded people on there and decide to make the step. The more people reached, the greater the chances of that. Sometimes even a small article on the right site can accomplish that goal. This charity run is meant to help us get that kind of coverage, apart from just helping these kids get some support. Songs for Love is good for this, as they also WANT to be paid in crypto. In short, they show the "normal" world that cryptos are valid. This is also good for the perception of cryptos in general, which will help later adoption. I myself have no idea who Blue Cantrell is. I don't need to know even. I can see there is potential here for us, just in the numbers. At least, that is my take. Hope that explains why I think this can be a very good thing, and why I support this as a good marketing tool, as well as a nice charity

Damelon: looking good, +1 Think I've seen some of these guys work before, when I worked with Quince (Samsungs ad agency). It's very clean, very classic. Be interested to see what they come up with...
Haha! This is good to hear! I am glad that you know them. Strangely enough that means you also know my mate who is part owner of that company! The Netherlands are so small, aren't they? I am glad you gave a 3rd party confirmation here that they are known. it was written by a dutch guy and edited by czech guy How cool is this?
