Deleted a few posts for obvious reasons. ice you know you’re not welcome here. There is a troll thread for zpool which I’m sure you would we welcomed with open arms. And this is not an invitation to reply.

We've disabled @StocksExchangeR again as deposits are severely delayed. Affected coins are $PHILS $ALQO $XSH $DSR $BLAS $SPK $RAP $RACE $BHD $EAG $PBS $TIN $ARTX $BWK $EXUS and a few more. This will be 0 value until re-enabled, so please switch to getting paid in something else.

The timer isn't for BTC payouts. BTC payouts I run at different times, manually.

so what the timer for?

the other 200 altcoins.

You probably won't lose all of your earnings by switching before a block is found, but you'll likely lose some if the time to find the next block takes a lot longer than average and the pool use the uses "PPLNS" scheme. I wrote a fairly long post about the potential downsides to PPLNS in another thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2898687.msg30133809#msg30133809 which hasn't been commented on so beware of any potential errors on my part.

don't spread missinformation, check 1st merit @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;u=209640

Where is the misinformation in my reply? No where on the Zpool website does it state what payment scheme is used and other multi-algo, auto-switching pools do use PPLNS so it was reasonable for me to assume that Zpool did to. Nevertheless, I did write "if...the pool uses the 'PPLNS' payment scheme." which indicates I was not sure what payment scheme is used.

BTW - you could have been a bit more diplomatic - not to say courteous - by merely writing, "Zpool uses the proportional scheme, not PPLNS."

the scheme is PROP not PPLNS

edit... as I see was already corrected Smiley thanks

http://zpool.ca/

Hi,
We've added Race (RACE) to http://zpool.ca/ lyra2v2. See below for connection details.

Fee only: 1.15% or less
BTC payouts are processed once a day for balances above 0.0025
Payouts for all other currencies are made automatically every 4 hours for balances above 0.05 and balances more than 0.0125 are included in one of the payouts each day.

- Sample configurations -
To mine and get paid in RACE:
Code:
-a lyra2v2 -o stratum+tcp://lyra2v2.mine.zpool.ca:4533 -u RACE_ADDRESS -p c=RACE,zap=RACE

Exchange to BTC:
Code:
-a lyra2v2 -o stratum+tcp://lyra2v2.mine.zpool.ca:4533 -u BTC_ADDRESS -p c=BTC
Exchange to BTC but mine only RACE:
Code:
-a lyra2v2 -o stratum+tcp://lyra2v2.mine.zpool.ca:4533 -u BTC_ADDRESS -p c=BTC,zap=RACE

All of our ports are NiceHash friendly, no need to specify any extra details

We also provide stratum servers in:
Europe:
Code:
lyra2v2.eu.mine.zpool.ca:4533
South East Asia:
Code:
lyra2v2.sea.mine.zpool.ca:4533
Japan:
Code:
lyra2v2.jp.mine.zpool.ca:4533

Hello Zpool,

Well after almost a day of hashing without miners being kicked to backup pools, it happened again.
Rental - to backuppool, own miners 4 connected, 1 to backuppool.

Dont know what it is, but its frustrating... Hickup or what-so-ever...

18 S9's disconnected. I seriously stratum overload ?
2 L3's stayed connected, with 200 MH/s left ?

http://www.zpool.ca/?address=1Ev698UrUTL52wyrdRfRK25BfjXaA7YDWd

Any one idea? It's not to stable at this time of day (02.20 european time).

Anyway switched back to Zpool.ca ,  hope to keep mining. :-)

DS-M/Sander

I just changed some setting on the sql server and had to restart it. Would have caused the disconnects...

My experience so far with Zpool has been excellent, though I admit I'm only on day 3 of testing.

The first 24 hours I mined Lyra2v2, auto-converting to VTC, and got exactly the amount of VTC my hashrate and average difficulty predicted; yes, I understand that as an auto-convert pool there will be much more variation in payout, but it's nice to see reality match theory anyway.

The next 24 hours I mined Lyra2v2, auto-converting to XVG, and received 51 vs. 53 expected - close enough for me given the above.

Now I am running NemosMiner to test Zpool in multi-algo, auto-convert to BTC mode and will be comparing it to a similar rig running NiceHash for at least 3 days. Even if Zpool doesn't win this competition I will still use it in single algo mode because it has performed far better than similar tests done at HashRefinery, MiningPoolHub, and Zergpool.

thanks for running this benchmark. It nice to know we're keeping up the profitably, it's our main goal.

I noticed that Lyra2z seems to be back from the dead on ZPOOL & even get used on my NEMOs sometimes -- that's a cool development =)

Speaking of that...

This morning looks like C11, Lyra2z, Timetravel, and X11EVO are disabled in NEMOS.

Are they disabled in the API ?

hrmm... they shouldn't be... a bit odd.

They are all back now.

great. I restarted memcache for the api.

there are no issues with payouts, so please move along.

good to see people moving away from zpool for xvg with the payout issues.

not sure what you're talking about, but feel free to move to some other thread with your bs fud.

cheers

Please give me correct diff for S9. I have no idea Sad

should be able to just let the server decide. Then after it runs for a while.. keep an eye on the diff and you can then try setting it yourself to something about average of what the server was setting it as.

Hi I was working with this pool using Claymore 11 extracting XVG as a second currency.

The problem I have is that despite placing a wallet XVG valid and have assigned in the Claymore Bat the currency I wanted to receive as payment-Dcoin blake2s-DPSW c = XVG Zpool I assign Unobtanium (UNO) as the main currency and now I have a balance I can not withdraw R because my wallet is XVG is there any way to change the address of the wallet and assign one of Unobtanium (UNO)?

http://Http://www.zpool.ca/?address=D6mz8XLApBjeHEdrNXoFh8vZ5bjbxrbBmM

fixed.

I thought you were going to implement masternodes with MEC @ 25000 per node... not anymore?

Hi

Is there an issue with Zpool and X14 today? my profit switching rigs  switched to it about an hour ago (awesome miner) and it reports ridiculous predicted profit but no earnings at all on the wallet page  on Zpool? i disabled it and other coins working as normal so not sure its a problem with Awesomeminer?

Many thanks

Same here, I have disabled Zpool for at least the rest of today. Might be a chain split and Zpool has not disabled coin / algo, so all those mining are throwing hash to the wind.

BERN wallet was in a bad state, for some reason, rejecting all the blocks. It's back now. This seems to be a regular occurrence for the BERN wallet which has had very little development upkeep.
920  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN][NEW][EXCHANGE] stocks.exchange new altcoin exchange on: February 09, 2018, 01:03:51 AM
This exchange has my withdraws disabled and are holding over $30,000 worth of my pools BTC and LTC with out so much of an email or notice.

I'd steer clear of them. They've yet to respond to a simple support ticket asking why withdraws are disabled.

There has been no communication from them what so ever.

Next stop for them is the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center.
