Monza vs Empoli
the two teams have appeared inconsistent in their last matches and if you look at the history of the matches between the two teams when they meet they will always be superior at their respective home turf and today match will be Monza being the host which provides a more convincing chance of winning. but if you look at the meeting of the two teams in the series B match, the two teams both have the advantage of a draw score.
so I have 2 options between draw or Monza win.

Frosinone vs Atalanta
both teams who had different success in their last matches and Atalanta performance is far superior to Frosinone despite being the host but as long as Frosinone plays against Atalanta this team will have a very hard time beating Atalanta and I only have 1 option to bet on Atalanta with more chances of winning big for me.

Verona vs Roma
Roma will always be an unbeaten opponent for Verona even though in the last game Mourinho didn't have the right strategy and only ended in a draw but playing against Verona today will be an easy opponent for Roma so I still trust Roma in this match.

AC Milan vs Torino
IMO, these two teams also have almost the same ability to compete, its just that in terms of recent performance, AC Milan is superior and if you look at history, when these two teams compete, Torino also has an advantage at home so that if these two teams meet, it will be a tough opponent. draw but will have the upper hand at home and today the game will take place at the San Siro which means Milan have a better chance of winning.

there is always a risk in every analysis or prediction and everything must be done carefully and this is just a quick and simple prediction from me.

I like your bets, even if the Monza vs Empoli match I don't think it will end in a draw, I saw the Inter vs Monza match and despite the initial disadvantage in the first minutes of the game I saw a very organized monza, so I think they will probably bet on the win of the Monza

on the rest of the matches I already had in mind to bet them like you did

When it comes to my favourite team to win the league title this season it is Inter.  Smiley

The current odds by bookmakers for the title are like these:

- Inter : 3.00
- Napoli : 3.75
- Milan : 4.33
- Juventus : 4.33

They are expecting a competitive season seemingly. I must admit that I hope so too. Napoli's dominance was too high last season. The title race finished very early in the season. This time it would be better to see some exciting race until the final weeks. Inter also showed some really positive things so I want to give them a chance for the title this time.

the season will be very hard-fought, Inter are chasing victory in Serie A to get the second star to display on their team crest, but Napoli are strong and will do everything to win the Scudetto again.
I bet Inter will win the Scudetto

Over 1 billion difference in expenses between the Premier and the rest of the EU and Klopp is crying because Saudi Arabia is spending some money.

Hypocritical.

https://www.transfermarkt.com/statistik/transfersalden

well, honestly speaking, Klopp and all the others who declare that it is impossible to make a transfer market if Saudi teams get the players they want with stellar contracts, they should look closely at what happens in the Premier League, even the less famous teams make the transfer market with contracts Quite substantial, the TV rights in the Premier League give all teams the possibility of being able to operate on the market without major problems, and it has been like this for quite a few years! not from today. that's why the Premier League has more than a billion difference with the remaining European and non-European nations
904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ? Lega Serie A ?? (Italian League) Prediction Thread 2023/2024? on: August 25, 2023, 07:35:11 PM
unfortunately inter has no money to invest in the market and works practically with loans, so every year they find themselves having to deal with many players, for example this year they had the problem of expiring contracts where Skriniar D'Ambrosio Handanovic Gagliardini Dzeko and the end of Bellanova Lukaku's loans, so Inter suddenly found themselves having to replace 7 players and not even a cent to be able to make the transfer market and they had to sacrifice Onana Brozovic and Pinamonti to be able to make purchases. That's why Inter turnover a lot of players

Common problem of all teams, since they cant buy them, they rent them for a year with the loan method, only then this loan ends and either it is renewed for more money or the player is bought or the player is changed. It is not nice, but when there is no money.

Well, since things got worse with the pandemic, the Italian teams after this were the most affected and I don't know why, because in the League things did get a little worse, but nevertheless it has moved on in a very short time, So these types of things are the ones that have not yet fully recovered, so when we start to review the Italian teams they have always had this problem, in the case of Inter with the loans, with the player rentals because time passes quickly and that's when they have these kinds of problems, now Inter is affected, that's why the Italian teams need to win all kinds of competition, besides, the player market is very expensive to acquire famous players, now with the entry It is very difficult for the Suadies teams to compete against them in monetary terms, for that reason things are like this now, it is unfortunate, but that is why I say in these games, in this competition things must be done according to what they have to spend , to buy, the best option they have is to be able to sell a player to a Saudi team so that they can capitalize.

Bayern Munich Coach On Inter Milan Linked Star: “He Asked To Leave But It’s Too Late, I’ll Be Relying On Him”

Quote
This rapidly-developing saga has been taking several twists and turns in recent hours. The Nerazzurri already have an agreement in principle with the German club over the transfer.

Yet, Bayern boss Tuchel is refusing to let the French defender leave unless a capable replacement lands in Bavaria.

The tactician confirmed as much in Friday’s pre-match press conference. The former Chelsea manager reveals that the 27-year-old defender has made a transfer request, but the timing doesn’t suit the Bundesliga giants.

“Pavard asked to leave, but the request came very late,” revealed the Bayern coach in his press conference (via FcInterNews) ahead of Sunday’s encounter against Augsburg.

“Moreover, the contractual situation must be considered. This request surprised me a little, but we have to think about the interests of our club.

“Thus, the right offer must arrive, but we must also have enough time to find a replacement. For now I will continue to rely on Benjamin.”

Source: https://sempreinter.com/2023/08/25/bayern-munich-tuchel-inter-target-pavard-asked-to-leave-too-late/

Well here things when it comes to the players are quite fast, as far as I'm concerned I think that things can happen according to what the technical director wants and as the other technical director says, that the request arrived very late and that's something that can be quite significant, because they have had enough opportunity to do things so that they incorporate new players and it is something that they need to complete their strategy, so things when it comes to teams are quite diverse, personally I would do many things to quickly accommodate my strategy throughout the competition, these last-minute requests are due to indecision, and now I hope that this does not affect Inter, although of all the Italian teams, Inter is one of the teams that is best in Serie A and apart from all I also did good things in the UCL, unfortunately they let go of a Lukaku who for me was not doing badly, but each team, each player knows what they are doing.

I agree! the Italian teams are navigating bad waters and only winning the European trophies could improve the fortunes of these teams, but the big European teams are much better equipped than the Italian teams and it will be very difficult for them to compete.
TV rights in Italy are also much, much lower compared to the Premier League or the Bundesliga, and therefore Italian teams can count on much less capital to invest.

In my opinion, Pavard will eventually move to Inter, because Inter reached an agreement with Bayern Munich on the transfer of the player, there is also an agreement that if Bayern don't find a replacement first, they won't let Pavard leave. Tuchel can declare what he wants but in fact the decisions are taken by the managers

Napoli gonna find it hard this season, Inter Milan and Ac Milan are very strong now with their new signing they made this transfer. But with Osihmen Napoli will fight to the end, but they can't defend the title again. Its between Juventus and Inter Milan. Both are my favorite for the title this season.

this year the scudetto fight will be very fierce, Napoli Inter Juventus Milan they are all at the same level and I think they will fight to the end, Juventus not playing the European cups could have an advantage, we will see what happens during the direct clashes between Inter Juventus Napoli and milan. these are the matches that decide the fate of the championship

Ah I understand, practically all his loans have expired and he hasn't renewed, now I understand why he has changed so many players. Thanks for telling me I was just thinking wrong (the usual inter I was just saying)

and I'm sure the problem will reoccur next year, almost all the new purchases have been made with the loan formula with the right or obligation to purchase

therefore Frattesi, Carlos Augusto, Arnautovic and Cuadrado are not certain of staying next year

Napoli seems to have not lost the habit of winning and Victor played a really top player game, I hope for them they don't sell him now, he could by himself bring them back to winning the Scudetto

Napoli did very well not to sell Victor Osimhen: this boy is a true champion, really strong and never fails to score, he has an instinct and a flair for scoring goals that remind me of champions of yesteryear. Be careful not to underestimate Napoli.

No, for me, Napoli is the first candidate to win the Scudetto again this year, and having Victor Osimhen in the team gives a higher percentage in the success of the final victory
911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ? Lega Serie A ?? (Italian League) Prediction Thread 2023/2024? on: August 24, 2023, 03:56:37 PM

There are 11 purchases and the only problem remains the attack which has weakened a lot with the farewell of Dzeko and Lukaku

as usual, inter is inter, what need did he have to buy 1000 players when he only needed a good striker?
we change the whole team even for no reason (second in the champions league)

I don't understand certain reasoning, I can't

unfortunately inter has no money to invest in the market and works practically with loans, so every year they find themselves having to deal with many players, for example this year they had the problem of expiring contracts where Skriniar D'Ambrosio Handanovic Gagliardini Dzeko and the end of Bellanova Lukaku's loans, so Inter suddenly found themselves having to replace 7 players and not even a cent to be able to make the transfer market and they had to sacrifice Onana Brozovic and Pinamonti to be able to make purchases. ....cut....

Fiorentina, as I told you, is much stronger than Genoa, I bet on a draw and if so, I'll see if I can correct my bet during the live match.

Let's hope luck is on our side today Smiley

Well but it was obvious, didnt Genoa come from Serie B? While Fiorentina are solid in this series and are also playing quite well I must say
I dont expect much, but they remain a formidable team in my opinion, never to be underestimated - for all teams

it wasn't entirely obvious, it's true, Fiorentina are much stronger, but I took into consideration other aspects (which turned out to be wrong! it happens) such as the signings made by Genoa, the pre-season, and the home factor. I didn't expect that in the first game Genoa could lose with such a large result, even the bookmakers did not give Fiorentina as favorites and in fact their victory was given at 2.30, but it turned out to be a trap for me Grin it will be for the next one wager

Alexis Sanchez is said to be returning to Inter. What do you think? Can he perform nicely?

Honestly I think it is even doubtful if he can find so many chances in the starting eleven. Because there are going to be so many alternatives who can play in the same position. Players like Thuram, Arnautovic and Correa are also players who can be preferred there. Sanchez's performance with Marseille was nice last season and I think he should have continued with them instead.

Inter don't need anyone for the forward position anymore. It would be better to sign a player to a different position instead.

Alexis Sanchez is an excellent player but now getting on in age, he had an excellent year at Marseille and scored 18 goals in all competitions played by Marseille.
Now he's free and can return to Inter but he won't be a starting striker, but Inter need an attacking graft because Inter want to sell Correa who was a little disappointed with the expectations that the club placed in him, perhaps he will be sold in loan to Marseille who are looking for a striker. In any case, in addition to Sanchez and by now they have also taken Pavard, Inter will certainly look for another striker or perhaps they will keep Esposito who in my opinion is a pure talent.

Furthermore, I think Inter were the only team in Serie A to change so many players

Sommer
Audero
Di Gennaro
Carlos Augusto
Bisseck
Pavard
Cuadrado
Frattesi
Thuram
Arnautovic
sanchez(?)

There are 11 purchases and the only problem remains the attack which has weakened a lot with the farewell of Dzeko and Lukaku

Milan still seems half dead and half alive to me
Signs of recovery from Juventus
I see Lazio a bit KO
Napoli have a spectacular striker, Victor is really good, he is worth all the money they ask for in my opinion

Milan won but struggled a lot against Bologna who will most likely fight against relegation to Serie B this year

Juventus started very strong against Udinese, I didn't expect them to be so fit from the first match

Napoli seems to have not lost the habit of winning and Victor played a really top player game, I hope for them they don't sell him now, he could by himself bring them back to winning the Scudetto

Roma, as usual, exhibit an anti-football performance, but Mourinho is like that! he made a fortune with this kind of tactic and I don't understand how he can still do it, but Antonio Candreva apparently wasn't predisposed to lose the other night; D

I really like Napoli a lot and I also like Victor, a true champion. As soon as he started, he immediately started scoring. Milan, on the other hand, seems tired to me right now, they don't seem fit either physically or psychologically. Let's hope he recovers.

I have to be honest, as an Inter fan I really like how Napoli play, I'm sure they will fight until the end to win the championship again. I can't wait for September 2nd when Napoli will have to face the first big match of the season against Lazio, from this match you will be able to guess a lot whether or not they are able to fight for the Scudetto
914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: August 23, 2023, 01:59:29 PM
It is probably too early to draw conclusions about the position of the teams in the standings. There were only two matches. Yes, Sevilla failed to pick up points in these two games and they started this season very badly, but maybe they can improve in the future.
I hope so but let this club try to rebuild the club after it was facing financial trouble. I would not blame sevilla as the club is still in a difficult position right now. Even sevilla was declaring to sell all of players on its main squad to raise at least 81 millions - 100 millions to pay off the debt.
Sevilla needs to start from the bottom again. The club already sold some important players which were affecting the performance of the club. Sevilla deserves more chance to compete with another club in sevilla.
It's so annoying to see the performance from sevilla has been decreasing so hard. I expect sevilla to come back again as soon as possible. Sevilla needs to play in UCL as well.

This is a bad story, I'm very sorry, but hadn't they won the Europa League? How come they got reduced with all these debts? I always say that modern football is too tied to money, that players get too much money and that they are sold for exaggerated prices

Most of the clubs in La Liga are in debt and I believe that this probably is the same for almost any club in any league...

But when you search for the details, their debt seems to be relatively low. It says that they have 90m euros in debt, which I think should still be manageable for them.

Winning trophies doesn't really change that much I think. If you consider the salaries that are being paid to top players, it is almost as if they could pay two or three of their best players with the revenue they made from winning the Europa League. It is a great example that shows how weird everything is when a club can't even ay the players with the money they get from winning trophies.

In recent years, almost in all European leagues, many teams have financial problems and debts. Player salaries have now reached insane figures! stadium revenues don't even cover 1/4 of the wage bill and winning trophies often only serves to reduce debt. See for example in Italy, Inter despite having played the Champions League final and collected more than 100 million from UEFA still has more than 200 million debts which, if not paid by May 2024, will be forced to sell shares to Oakthree. so I'm not surprised that Sevilla sail in the same waters, despite the victory of the Europa League they continue to have their accounts in the red. it's a shame because in any case we are talking about a team that has 7 Europa Leagues on its bulletin board.

Yes but this is what makes financial fair play so incredibly complicated in most of the leagues. As soon as the big clubs have massive debt they can just go and find a huge investor and they are good to go. But there is also another problem when the most renowned clubs have financial issues. When the authorities were to give penalties, it is also possible that they harm their own national leagues when the best clubs aren't participating in European competitions. It is tough to create a level-playing field and make it more fair. But I would like if they all had to compete under the same conditions, though this is a dream that won't come true. The refinancing potential of the clubs that are already big is so much higher than that of other clubs.

The relation between the success of a club and their cost structure should be stronger. As you said they can't even pay off their costs/debt when a club were to win the Champions League, the domestic league and the stadium would be sold out 100% of the time. It is still by far not enough to pay the salaries, which is weird. No other business with real production factors would work like that. It's all a big fat bubble and the players enjoy it of course.

Exactly! you said very well ... it's a big bubble! and this bubble will burst sooner or later, this type of business won't hold up for long, the players for the moment are bathing in the big salaries they receive, and having fun! lucky them. I also want to see the Arabs in about ten years if they continue to give stratospheric salaries to top players without having a financial return that can cover their economic expenditure

Commissioni a parte ovviamente.
