I have been thinking what would be a suitable project for me to contribute my time and energy towards the success of our community.
What really struck my mind was how fast ideas go to waste in a thread that is growing every minute. So i sat down and developed a plan for ideas to have a home.
There are so many good projects that deserve feedback. Feedback which is lost quickly when other market news appear.
So what would you think about a kickstarter-like Website for blackcoin projects. Project owners get their own space where they can promote their ideas and pitch them to investors. I would integrate coinpayments for it and given the blackcoin foundation is willing, they could act as escrow.
I've already secured blackcoin-ideas.com for this purpose and would like to hear your feedback.
PS: i wont accept donations during the development, since everything i do is for the good of us all(including me :-)) . I will start development at the end of this week and will provide screenshots and updates in this thread.
I like this as well, like I said before already we need a place for people with good projects to help them. but some also have great ideas that do not need funding so you also need to take that into account. For example someone's parent sold awesome airplanes and wanted to make BC available for payment but did not know how to integrate BC as payment etc.. we need to help all of these great initiatives  |

I think this is the crux of it. If nobody can actually use Blackcoin for anything other than trading, what is it good for? The price will just keep wildly fluctuating until trading excitement cools and it dies like all the other altcoins. So if you really want blackcoin to succeed, you need to stop screaming "BUY NOW, YOU FOOLS!" and "HOOOOOLD!" and instead start looking for ways to use blackcoin in commerce. The wallet card and blackcoinstore.com are a fine start, and of course I sell my novels for BC, but there's no way blackcoin will get permanent value until not only vendors accept BC, but people actually start buying stuff from those vendors. this is going to happen as coinkite has accepted BC so now merchants can start using BC I've recently bought gold at http://www.coaex.com/ they also accept BC |

The thing people need to realize is as holders of this coin you determine the value. There is no great new supply of coins coming in so as you hold the scarcity of coins on the market rise and as that rises prices go along with it, as long as there is demand. I believe a lot of new investors don't see this or the scared that panic sell don't realize they have a lot more control of this market as a whole than POW coins that are just getting mined and dumped for profit.
Exactly, people have been so much focused on POW dump coins that they do not understand this coin. there is X amount of coins here and there is no other coins generated other than the few with staking. So if no one would sell there would be almost nothing for sale = scarcity = rare = high value |
