I would call this investment and I don't think anyone would be interested in investing in forex , which is close to gambling where you can incur losses as well.
IDK man theres quite a few gamblers in the btc world who might just feel like taking a chance if the circumstances were good. Theres a great possibility to profit in this idea as well as lose |

sorry, from post 1500 only Why is 1500 posts the min requirement? You do realize that even though a user may have 1500 posts that it doesnt mean someone goes back and reads those old posts right? Odds are that user has been here for a long time and has acrued those posts over that time. Most threads(most) started here die within a couple months so old post counts are really totally useless |

This. Let me repeat what I said in the old thread: It doesn't sound right at all. Why would he give away $100 (~440000 bits) after someone has wagered just 1000 bits? And why would he use a free hosting if he has planned to give away $100? he was usuing the 100$ giveaway as a ploy to get gamblers on his site. he never planned on giving away anything IMO unless someone lost really big. then and only then would he have actually gave away something |

No investors complaining lately must be makin bank now. Time for us players to turn variance  TBH, it's been on an uphill trend. My -14% at one point is positive as of a couple days ago,  . nice job getting back into the positives but the players will make a turn around at some point. wish there was a happy medium so players and investors could be happy The issue has never been between investors/players, really. It can't possibly be a zero-sum game. The issue was just between investors and site operators (in that profit could be going up, while investors were still bleeding money due to how the revenue share is split). from my understanding investors are up around 70btc total at this moment. you may or may not have gotten in late but investors should be plenty happy. as far as you guys bleeding money it does state Reminder Never invest more than you are willing to lose, and do not invest unless you clearly understand the risks and rewards. if you guys are unhappy with the current agreement then what are you gonna do when the current invest option goes away? |

The best thing you can do is go post on his trust the situation in full detail and warn other members not to deal with this user. I doubt you can open a scam accusation as he never really took your money.
