901  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holding will be a risk or not?? on: February 19, 2018, 04:48:28 PM
As indicated by predictions bitcoin should have achieved 15k$ by end of 2017 and fall in first week of jan 2018
In any case, shockingly its effectively reached 17k$ in 2017.
Should I purchase or hold my btc?I don't plan to sell at any point in the near future.

Whole crypto market have started to grow. And this is a good sign for everyone. Bitcoin the biggest part of market and it is in good condition. So there is no need to sell Bitcoins or any other famous cryptocurrency.
902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now - should or not? on: February 19, 2018, 04:44:53 PM
I saw the bad news about the bitcoin  Sad , I feel unhappy because I'm going to invest into bitcoin  Roll Eyes . Whether it booms again or continues down to death. Should I start with $450 now? If it's possible, please tell me where to begin.
My colleagues advise me to use ETH, but i just found another name Nextycoin. The Nextyplatform seems to new, i wonder it will lead more oppoturnities, by contrast, ETH's old and likely to more reliable.  Cheesy
Which one should I choose? Anyone gives me some info. about them or other names, pls.
Thanks  Grin

I think that the best time for making investments in Bitcoin had passed. But Bitcoin will grow so it has real sense to buy some satoshies for future profits. It is nice time now for investing at all by the way.
903  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: February 19, 2018, 04:41:06 PM
So Bitcoin is better than Gold? Roll Eyes

Gold or bitcoin could be used for different purposes. If it is necessary to hold the funds for a long time there is no better form than gold. But Bitcoin is more liquid and uncontrolled. Also crypto is less stable of course.
904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in Ethereum on: February 19, 2018, 04:35:48 PM
Hello.

do you think it's a good time to invest in Ethereum?

Watching how Ethereum have been developing it seems that all the times are right to invest in this currency. Because Ethereum is one of the most reliable and stable crypto of modern days. So don’t worry and buy.
905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple seems become a darling of US Federal Reserve. on: February 19, 2018, 04:32:03 PM
The U.S. Federal Reserve seems interested on ripple mode of transaction.
If this would happened this could be catapulted the ripple's price in the market.
Investing in ripple right now will not be wasted.

Ripple developers found its own way. They are developing their currency and technology quite successfully. Maybe it will be useful not only for big companies but also for ordinary people. We’ll see.
906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best altcoins to day trade? on: February 19, 2018, 04:24:18 PM
Can you guys recommend to me some good altcoins to day trade?

It is really hard to predict how altcoins will be developed in a near future. We see how some of coins have started its rise yet. But it is still unclear if it will long term, steady tendency. We must wait for some time more.
907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 💰💰 Mark Zuckerberg says Facebook will look into cryptocurrency on: February 19, 2018, 04:12:19 PM
I am really surprised that Facebook haven’t created its own currency yet. At the time when all who just desire are producing coins, ICOs and such kind of stuff, in such circumstances it is reasonable thing to be in the trend.
908  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: February 14, 2018, 11:30:13 AM
Do you think if BTC had a stable price which could only be altered by $0.01-0.10 it would still be as popular and as used?
No. It will be dead. One of the asset of bitcoin is the rise and fall of the price, when it rise it is possible that the price from its former great position will become more higher. And because of this many are getting interested in bitcoin. Also if the price will become stable it will be like a traditional bank that the money of the investors is sleeping so why would you invest to it if bitcoin and traditional bank is not different.

Yes, its stability would kill its popularity and finally Bitcoin price would go down and even come to zero. Volatiliry arises the people’s interest to the coin and let them trading with a hope to get profit.
909  Economy / Speculation / Re: Its too late to invest in Bitcoin! on: February 14, 2018, 10:55:01 AM
With the high price of Bitcoin, I think its unwise to invest your money in bitcoin at this point in time. Maybe it's better to look for other Altcoins being offered in the Market. What do you think?
No, it is not too late to buy or invest in bitcoin. Everytime is a perfect time for us to explore and try new things like investing to bitcoin. It is very expensive today just wait for a perfect time to invest and be successful.

Investing into Bitcoin is never too late, even when this cryptocurrency costs times more than it used to cost years ago. Today you can buy a BTC, trade it or hold for awhile and got the same good profit.
910  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Money or Currency on: February 14, 2018, 10:51:00 AM
I would consider it to be money right now. As more and more people use it it will be a currency. It is more than either option though. It is a technology that can and will change everything from elections to contract law.

Bitcoin can be considered to be money, when it is converted to fiat. I suppose that BTC is a currency, the stuff that can connect even people globally! Bitcoin is sure a protocol, but many of us still call it money.
911  Economy / Economics / Re: Do we need regulations? on: February 14, 2018, 10:48:54 AM
How do you guys think? Do we need regulations in the crypto world? Should only ICO be regulated or legit coins (not "security tokens") too? Can we implement regulations mechanisms in code so that corrupted governmental institutions couldn't manipulate the industry? Can we still have free market with governments' regulations across the world?

Please, share your thoughts. I'm a bit confused about what's happening right now.

I believe that the crypto currency can not be fully controlled. Even if they control the conduct of the ICO, it is still possible for some scammers to raise money.
912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin driving others on: February 14, 2018, 10:46:04 AM
Its simple. Smiley Bitcoin is the father of all coins. Smiley So if it goes down almost all altcoins will follow.

Of course, Bitcoin is a daddy, and altcoins are always ready to fallow their parent. Additionally most people never do not know about alts until they come to cryptomarket and start to learn everything there.
913  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will rise soon.Don't be panic. on: February 14, 2018, 10:39:48 AM
Yeah.but I also think bitcoin will hit over 15k before March.

Maybe not so high, but by this March it must become more expensive. I am sure that those guys, who were not in panic and did not rush selling their Bitcoins are now glad that they were pretty wide.
914  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Today's news: Chinese gov restricts Crypto again... on: February 14, 2018, 10:38:22 AM
Cryptocurrency-related advertisements have stopped appearing on Chinese search engine Baidu and social media platform Weibo, amidst reports of China’s government tightening cryptocurrency and Initial Coin Offering regulations on Sunday, Feb. 4.

The Financial Times of the People’s Bank of China (PBOC) was told today, Feb. 4, that China will further increase regulatory pressure on cryptocurrency exchange sites and Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), Chinese news site Sina reported.

Seems cryptocurrency will not recover so much in a short time...

It's look like worldwide government conspiracy.... Rage Against The Crypto (c) Every day we have news that press down crypto prices
But may be it's just a 'BIG market manipulatng'?

Today we hear about more and more restrictions of cryptocurrency. Most of them are sure connected with Bitcoins and ICOs. I am sure that people will find the ways out. But let's see!
915  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it Ripple buy time? on: February 14, 2018, 10:32:15 AM
What do you think, Is it Ripple buy time?
If your answer is yes, then want to know the target around 2018 (almost one year).
If I invest 2k$ on it, how much I can get back from this?

as a basic principle in investment is to buy at a low price. if you believe that xrp will be good in the future it would be nice to buy at the current price. Just do research, ripple one altcoin is still stable in the top 5, and the increase in the year 2017-2018 is very sesnifikan. price stability when all crypto values are down is also good. I myself still leave xrp 1000, I bought at the price of 0.3 $ and still save until now. maybe if you hesitate to invest all your capital you can share with altcoin like advice other friends above. do research and update information to make an investment.

If you really like Ripple, you had to do it several weeks ago. Today this is not the best time to do it. Although I won’t recommend you ever dealing with XRP and in reality it is not even an altcoin.
916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Girls in the world of crypto currency on: February 14, 2018, 10:26:44 AM
I have been trading crypto-currencies for almost a year now, investing, participating in bounty companies and building my own mining farm.
I wonder how many more girls are in this forum?
Or who of the guys is teaching his girlfriends and wives to invest and trade in crypto-currencies? It is very interesting to me!

I disagree. Beginners are more emotional and rely on intuition, and those who have long traded rely only on their analysis regardless of gender. Since the crypto currency is anonymous, the girls do not want to disclose their gender.
917  Economy / Economics / Re: people face paying taxes on their Bitcoin Sales in India on: February 14, 2018, 10:23:36 AM
In our country, there is no need to pay taxes for the sale of bitcoin, but the government is thinking about it. Perhaps in the future in all countries bitcoin will be taxed.
918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have 12 Bitcoin. What should I do??? on: February 14, 2018, 10:19:58 AM
If you still have 12 Bitcoins, you can exchange them to altcoins you believe in you go on keeping the crypto. Do not hurry up to farewell with the coins, — they will bring you more profit in future if you do it.
919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which alts should i buy now? on: February 14, 2018, 10:15:47 AM
Almost all crypto units are now in a downtrend.I suggest you buy Ethereum or Ethereum soft.Invertors say ethereum soft will be able to solid.

I do not think that investing into an ICO is a great idea, it is too much risky. Better buy Cardano, NEO, ARK, Ethereum, EOS.  I suppose exactly these alternative coins will have the better potential in future.
920  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin even have a future? on: February 14, 2018, 10:12:26 AM
BTC is the future of global commerce that will revolutionize the way payments and transactions are carried out. Or, it’s a total sham. Bitcoin is the Internet before the advent of Web browsers.
So I think bitcoin has a great future in the coming years Cool

I am also a great believer, who is sure that Bitcoin future will be used in various fields of our life, including even medicine and educations. This is the cryptocurrency that is underestimated, although it costs pretty much right now.
