To avoid regulatory things... soon enough we will perhaps have to also rename this thing to something like Credit-o-Coin, CoinRebater, +Wallet, Inputs+ etc. just incase some damn government would like to arise the Bitcoin in order to close things down by agreeing that Bitcoin or _ _ _ is an official regulatory currency (HoooooRRAYyyyyy!) Hi addi ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Thanks again for the giveaway! I had tons fun at SatoshiBet, even though my starting balance was the free 0.01 BTC! If i recall correctly I got the 10 m BTC up to at least 35m BTC. Can I ask who the 2nd person on the Leaderboard is? I had deposited several times with exactly 0.01 BTC as soon as I'd lose all my balance (that wouldn't disqualify me would it?) My last deposit of 10 m BTC got me to be stuck with 0.5 m BTC. To remain qualified, I shouldn't deposit any longer until the contest is over, correct? Since there isn't a way to get my 0.5 m BTC to 0 m BTC..just wanted to clarify if I understood the rules correctly. Thanks so much. Kindest regards, Charlene to stay qualify, you can deposit only 0.01 when your balance is 0

Quick leaderboard update: the current leader has only 0.036 BTC ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I kinda think that having more "mysterious" could make people even go further

Competition matters.
If our competitors have the same edge but an incredibly lower max payout, we should just increase the edge for bets with a higher payout.
Say 1% edge until 8 BTC payout, 2% edge if you go above that.
2) I'd rather keep 1% edge and have huge turnover from whales, then 2% edge and have no whales. 1% of 30,000 is better than 2% of 4,000. This is the opposite of what I suggested. As I said, if whales have no other place to go, due to max payout sizes, they will come to us anyway: it's not like they have any choice, there's no competition. So, it makes perfect sense to increase the edge in case the max payout goes beyond a certain threshold. Sum it all up with "Progressive Rake", balance the house risk with more rake while being ahead of other gambling sites.
