Are you also sure you have the private keys for these addresses, and not just the public keys? If you do have the private keys, you can just import them in to a better wallet (one that is open source) and make the transaction from there.
A quick check on BitWallet shows that it a custodial wallet so the use if private keys importation is out of the picture. Do you guys have any idea what's going on?
