901  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: November 25, 2016, 02:09:59 PM
I believe in not putting your eggs in one basket so in this case, I would save some money let's say in a bank and then allot some portion of my money for investment like Bitcoin, stocks and if I am learned enough maybe even forex and commodities as well as do some trading along the way...in other words be a multi-faceted money manager.
That's basic is investing, every investor should put in mind to not be too confident and will not put that in one basket only.

You have to invest as well as save money. There is no guarantee that your investments will do well, some may fail and others may win and make it big. Savings should be used when you need money badly.
902  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Freedom on: October 25, 2016, 12:42:10 PM
One of the most important thing about Bitcoin is freedom. Freedom from institutions and banking system. That is one of the reasons Bitcoin was made. At least this is how I see it. Now it's only up to Bitcoin users how will they use this freedom it was given to them. We can protect our privacy, make some earnings, make payments easy, send coins easy to other people. But some users are also using this freedom for bad purposes.

Yes, bitcoin is a freedom form taxes. and also it is a freedom from financial companies asking for high service charges in return of credit/ debit transactions like credit card fees etc.

Without forking, side chains, or other methods, there is always going to be that same total of BTC and as time passes, if the price balances after the last of it is mined, then the value  will become unable to withstand inflation. It will be interesting to see.

904  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and the State on: October 02, 2016, 06:45:01 AM
As far as I know Europian union is not planing to ban the Bitcoin. On contrary there are some intentions to make some common regulations to determine Bitcoin status within the EU countries. USA and Canada are also to democratic and open minded states to make such ban. And they don't consider Bitcoin to be a threath to their own currencies.

They are already tracking and watching everything. All that using Bitcoin can do is slow that and maybe prevent
some tracking.

But the PC's that you buy the Bitcoins on are being tracked too, so in the end, it is nothing more than us stepping up our end of the attack against controls and they will step things up and back and forth until the end of time.

905  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: AML/KYC Explained on: October 01, 2016, 09:44:46 AM
If I were the type that needs to launder money I surely have the knowledge and tools to turn a simple ID picture into whatever is needed and things like utility bills, well there are ten electric companies here in Florida and if I cannot download a bill template online I would be amazed.

For some reason I can't edit the former staus.

However, whatever was going on at the colo - all sites are on the way back up.

Also watching for pulled and deleted posts, that is a very bad sign of an overbearing business model.  Whether it is on subject or not, to pull that kind of stuff in Crypto!  Wow is all I can say.
907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin help poor countries? on: October 01, 2016, 09:41:44 AM
While we are not the biggest fans of FIAT, at the same time a small country often depends at the state and government level on the value of their currency and while it may briefly help the local people and communities, a influx of Crypto might even have the power to make a poor country fall to pieces.

For fiat money, "it is backed by government bond" is very simple and easy to understand for everyone, so they never question further.

The grandeur of the bodies that invest in a fiat currency's success (e.g., those of government and government contractors) inspires confidence in third-parties about that success.

Ofcourse the government controls how much is printed and rarely adds to the overall lump sum. Many people ask why we do not print more money and the answer is always that it will devalue the current supply. But, there have been several times when the government has issued fresh supplies.

Two accounts is not something that you get anything other benefit from, other than perhaps keeping things organized.  I did want to add that if you are using the Burst wallet GUI to access most things, then there is a nice feature that stores an encrypted passwrd for the accounts and can make it easier to load more wallets quicker than all that typing.
912  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1BTC = $600USD, now a good time to buy? on: September 28, 2016, 06:23:47 PM
Price is moving up and down everyday creating good profit opputunity if you want to do day trading. Grab few bitcoin and sell them after sometime for small profit per bitcoin and if you can have like 10 bitcoin and more you will be earning good amout daily on every price swing.

If you bought in at $600 and saw $550 and had purchased an entire Bitcoin, that would be a $50 loss.  But, the price goes right back up the next day or week and even higher. That $600, down to $550 will then be back to $650 a few days later and that is a $50 profit.
913  Economy / Economics / Re: Is gold better than Bitcoin? on: September 28, 2016, 06:22:09 PM
Gold is good but I do not consider it better than the bitcoin because it will sometime take so long to make profit with the gold.
Withe the bitcoin you can simply just make money in a short term.

Gold is more stable than Bitcoin. But bitcoin enables greater gains in the short term.

Both of them have equal prons and cons. Which is the best depends on what you want. For me, i would like to have both of them.

914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is the new era of currency? on: September 28, 2016, 06:20:29 PM
Sure have potential for that. Some people already buying food and other things, paying bill's. That already came in some modern countries.
Bitcoin is taking bigger piece of world economy each year. One day bitcoin can become main currency, normally first need to survive many more years.
It's crucial for bitcoin to become more stronger with years, only like that can survive attacks from other currency.

I believe that technology severely Bitcoin is capable of revolutionizing the entire current financial market. It is the future for sure.

916  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Paypal a scam? on: September 28, 2016, 04:58:17 PM
I would also recommend that you stay away from Paypal like all the other people on that website is saying. Paypal freezes your funds for 180 days for unknown reasons. You could always exchange your Paypal funds into Bitcoin funds in the Currency exchange board. So, if you don't want somebody disputing their payments to you, or getting your account frozen for 6 months, then go ahead and convert all your Paypal funds into Bitcoin.
And I have never had a problem with Paypal. I trust them more than a Bitcoin. How many years in the market Paypal and how much is Bitcoin?

Paypal and eBay worked together to make sure that no one got shafted on either end and I even sold a few things back then and Paypal ate the charges on one sale so that both the buyer and myself were happy.
917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re:                                                                             RISE on: September 28, 2016, 04:56:57 PM
Just create some fake volume and use funds from the ICO to pump the coin above 2000 satoshi.

I want to recover my losses  Undecided

and i'm not the only one Sad

Don't cry, move on your life, buy other coins and make profits, i did this, i cut my 8 btc big loss on this shit, and was all-in another ico coin, now I made multiple times.

The dev sells up the coin and the investors agree to go for it.  A new side token asset is created under InvestorToken and $500 is moved there to invest in the coin.  After that, the whole process is automated, like a trading bot.
918  Economy / Services / Re: Earn Money just by reading emails + 10 USD Signup bouns on: September 28, 2016, 04:42:56 PM
Escrow the funds first. there is not any way to earn that much money. I think you are just talking about those GPR(Get Paid to Read) sites. like donkeymail.com etc... all kind of these type of sites are just ponzi scammers. and others who really pay are very low paying...

Well this is not a scam and is not GPR.  Also You can only make money if you are a resident from the following countries: USA, Mexico, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic and Russia.  Other countries not allowed.

I am from Germany and making big bucks from it.  Smiley
