Pascal is rising fast due to incoming privacy and other features.
Are there some plans to improve the usage pf pascallite?

Yes there are big plans coming.

Last week we got another dev to join our team.

So there will be improvements forthcoming.

9002  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚖️ Crypto Gambling Foundation ⚖️ - Fair Gambling For All on: January 03, 2018, 01:07:17 AM
For me, the most important thing when it comes to online casinos is that I can verify my bets, to make sure that casino is not cheating in some way. I support you guys 100% and I really looking forward to it.

P.S.
A lot of players don't really know what "provably fair" really means. Your articles are more than helpful.

Good Luck!

These days verifying bets is standard practice. Almost every site has some form of provably fair technology for verifying bets.

I think what sites need to do however is have some form of similiar provably fair software. Because some sites do it differently than others. For example some sites always give you a new client seed for every roll, some sites only do it per session.

This is fine however but it makes it very difficult for a new person to verify the bets if they aren't used to the basic standard.

For example look at www.megadice.com, they give you a provably fair seed, but we have no idea how to verify it

Search the ethereum forum, there is a way how to short 2 pins and it will let you flash the BIOS in MSDOS. Should help revive it.

i can't understand it . how can i get a wallet address and mine on the wallet adddress Huh i have just joined  web wallet address on https://wallet.pascallite.com and i have a key like something but i couldnt get a wallet address.

There are no wallet addresses.

Only accounts like 12345-56 and PUBLIC keys like 3Gh.......6oX9Y

Both can be used on the pool.

If you mine to your PUBLIC key you will get accounts sent to you, if you mine with your account #, you will only get PASL sent to you.

thank you for respond

so i want to mine on fairpool and use sgminer. when i start sgminer it wants an url an a username

should url be "mine.pasl.fairpool.xyz:4009" ?
and what is the user name ? is that public key ?
and how can i register for an account
i have confusied  Huh

What GPU do you have exactly? Generally its not a good idea to mine this coin with most GPUs since most people dual mine it these days.

Like mining ETH together with PASL without slowing down the ETH speed.

i have 5 amd gpus. 2x rx 570 and 3x rx 460. i usually mine music, ella, pirl (ethash) sometimes etn and bytecoin (cryptonight)

Then you should use the Claymore miner to mine ethash coins and dual mine PASL on the side.

You should get speeds like 28.5MHs/250MHs (ETH/PASL)

No. Don't mine with a laptop ever.

Especially one with a non-removeable battery which can explode due to high heat

It is possible, all you need to do is to find the underestimated cryptos, and hold them.Good luck bro.

These days they are very difficult to pick.

It seems that unless you are really lucky you aren't going to easily find a 100x coin but most likely a coin that will go bust or make very little profit.

Seems the only ones that make decent gains are only in the 2-25 of CMP range and those are already expensive to buy
9009  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice - One of the largest casinos in the world? on: January 02, 2018, 10:15:36 AM
They don't take US or UK customers which must make them very hard to be up there honestly.

But if still want to access these sites where these sites are blocked can access by using a proxy or vpn. I think still many people may be gambling from these two countries even though it is banned. Primedice is one of best dice site but they need to add many other games if you want them to call it as a casino.

You gotta realize that using a VPN to access and gamble with is very different than using VPN to access porn behind some university hub.

If you want a good example, look at what Bitfinex is doing to people who are caught accessing their Bitfinex account pretending to be non-USA.

They are getting their accounts frozen and support is not replying. And in that scenario its very risky and might lead to loss of funds.
9010  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PASL]-[PASCAL Lite]-[PascalLite just hit $1 million market cap milestone!] on: January 01, 2018, 07:56:52 PM
Thank you for the reply.

So in terms of priority, where do we stand in terms of the release of our coins sitting in cryptopia which we currently have no access to.

Do you have a target date for having this particular issue sorted out. Clearly from what you have outlined there are a number of issues which is somewhat concerning mainly because they are problems that no one is prepared or able to state an approx fix date. This is certainly never a good sign but I shall standby for further updates which I hope will be forthcoming.

Thanks again

We contacted Crytopia numerous times that their wallet is down. They haven't relaunched it or even got back to us.

I am assuming they are growing exponentially and don't have the support staff to get everything done in the same time frame as last year.

Last year when we had an issue it was usually fixed within the week.

Happy New Year

But like others have suggested you really need to either add some other altcoins or make your account be able to hold a balance on your online wallet.

Looking at your last bets, you only had 2 bets in December alone due to the high fees.

Even if someone uses a custom small fee, nobody will want to wait a week for 1 bet. Also you need to send them money if they actually win.

My advice is adding Bitcoin Cash at least.

Is it really worth to add BitcoinCash? I can only find few gambling sites accepts BitcoinCash and I dont see a big wagered amount of it, so I think adding other altcoins such as ETH or LTC would be better choice IMO. AFAIK, only few people willing to use BitcoinCash for gambling purpose because most holder prefer to use it for trading purpose. I could be wrong on this, just stating my opinion.

The reason why I suggested Bitcoin Cash is because its very easy to add because its pretty much exactly like Bitcoin. They just need a bunch of hard drive space for both the blockchains and they are all set.

LTC is also very easy to add.

ETH is much difficult because its a completely different coin and its coded much differently.

So for now, Bitcoin Cash should be added since the confirmations are almost 5-10 mins instead of 5-10 hours and you can send transactions which are 1-2 sats per byte instead of 1000 sats per byte.

What do you want to see on the next version of PD?

Altcoins?
PVP/Multiplayer?
Improved livestats/graphs?

Suggest here

Hey stunna, nice to see you always looking for suggestions from the community.

As if enough people haven't already said, it would be really awesome if you incorporate altcoin gambling. I almost no more gamble on PD because of the high bitcoin transaction fees.
Would be nice to gamble some of my LTCs on my favorite gambling website.

Also, PVP would be nice but i wonder how would you make it provably fair, anyways i expect a good solution from PD.

I think you already have in mind of improving the livestats, so go ahead!

Out of above all, altcoin gambling is what i would appreciate the most.

I agree with the part about adding more alts. I think at least LTC should be added. I don't know how the developers feel about BCash.

Basically after it got listed on Coinbase, it got a bad rap and upset many people.

The Provably fair for PVP would be exactly the same. However you would have 2 hashed seeds and after the bet is done you would be shown the unhashed seeds to verify if the bet was correct.
9013  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC vs Bittrex on: January 01, 2018, 09:20:29 AM
I've used both. They are both good.

Issue with HitBTC is sometimes it takes forever to get a confirmation email from them to confirm the withdraws or if you add 2FA. And the link usually ends up expiring before you get it. Speed is also slow from time to time.

Bittrex is better, but you need to be verified to be able to use them currently. The backlog is very full if you don't have a verified account.

Is this coin a dead coin or is there still some kind of communication going on somewhere. Seems little or no mention of broken wallet on your the only exchange carrying this coin?

Also seems only slack, no telegram or discord. What a shame thought this project had some legs, now starting to wonder.

Happy New Year.

There is communication going on but its mostly between the developers.

Currently we are discussing a variety of issues and how to deal with them in a timely manner.

There are stability issues with the daemon which leads to Crytopia downtime; we are working ways around to fix the code.

There are other issues to deal with such as the upcoming Pascal ASICs, other pools, fixing slack bot, etc.

I don't want to promise anything without a definite outcome and also without a definite timeframe. I don't want to mislead people.

But for now... I will say this... the coin is certainly not dead.
9015  Economy / Gambling / Re: Nitrogen $20 withdrawal fee on: December 31, 2017, 11:39:17 PM
Nitrogen withdrawal fees are going to be a major killer to the gambling industry.  The major selling point for using this sportsbook is no more.

Nothing will happen to the gambling industry as a result of this.

The only sites I see suffering are the ones which are totally anonymous and have all their bets done on the block chain. Basically the ones where you send an amount to a BTC address and your bet is based on the hash of a mined like, like that oddevenbets.com

Those sites unless they switch to a different alt like LTC or Bitcoin Cash they will suffer. Because nobody will pay $25 per bet and have to wait a few hours for the bet to get activated.

Most people just leave their BTC on the bitcoin sites hot wallet and just play like that.

They can also just use different sites which feature different alt coins like XMR or LTC.
9016  Economy / Gambling / Re: KINGDICE.COM - Bitcoin Dice & Invest in bankroll on: December 31, 2017, 11:33:12 PM
I might be interested in investing some BTC to your bankroll. I tried several other ones, but return only were moderate. I know it depends on how lucky the gamblers are, but may you provide some kind of statistics on how much profit your current investors made?

I don't think kingdice is on there, but have you heard of dicesites? They are a website that has a bunch of info about most big btc site sites on the web. Look for "Profit/EV" for each site. The higher that number is, the more investors have made in the bankroll.
No i didn't! Thank you very much, it's definately a helpful site.

You can look up for stats here(https://kingdice.com/api/stats/).  api stats shows kingdice has made 32.66 BTC profit(if stats is correct/accurate!). you wouldn't make any profit, if the site is deserted(i hope this changes, wetsuit should start promoting kingdice), better find a site that has daily gamblers and invest in it. Wink
Thanks man! The profit seems okay for the time the casino is running. Though you're right; other casinos already generated more profit.
Do you have any advice on how to calculate which is the most suiting leverage option for me?

Well unless you have sold your BTC for USD and lent that USD on Bitfinex you won't get a higher percentage in BTC anyways.

Lately the BTC lending fees have been lower than average because people don't short BTC as much and alt coins are starting to lose momentum.

In the last month or so, if you had some form of USD or USDT you could of made like 0.20% daily at least lending it on Bitfinex. I think my average was like 9% or so in the last month.

There was a week when you could of lent it for half a percent 0.5% daily when BTC was around $19K. And this is guaranteed, you don't need to worry about the casino losing money.

Is there any actual Support on this site?
I've been waiting on a stuck deposit for a LOOONG time!
I've given the benefit of the doubt already. Tried to talk to any support on site chat. Tried e-mailing. Not a single response. Nothing.
 Angry

Are you sure the reason why your deposit is stuck isn't because you have sent it with a small fee and there have been huge bitcoin fees since the start of December.

What is your tx ID, post it here and we will check if it confirmed already on the network. You can also try and use the free Viabtc tx confirmer or pay Bitmain a fee to get it confirmed when they mine the next block.
9018  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice - One of the largest casinos in the world? on: December 31, 2017, 11:28:42 PM
In cryptocurrency there is no doubt that Primedice is number 1 casino and one more thing, they don't need any investment from their users to fill their bankroll. Now I wonder how much BTC they have in their pockets? Cheesy

Anway, 2.5k BTC wagered weekly is really insane, with the house edge alone they are making 25btc per week Shocked

its enough amount they can cover their staff salary 100 Btc a month approx as per your judgement
They Are already earning very big amount why they require investment from users which is Chiller as compare to their weekly turnover,

Primedice is the one of the oldest website which hold large amount of bitcoin may 2013.Primedice allows players to place bets on the outcome of a random number generator

its not largest casinos of world. Some offline casinos are there also

Well the proof is that they are't looking for any type of ICO or any type of additional bank-roll funding.

Why split your profits when you have enough money in your cold storage to just get all the revenue yourself.

Only issue with Primedice that I forsee in the future is more regulation towards online gambling which might lead to more countries forbidding it. Governments will realize that they aren't getting a decent cut of the revenue and they will make people gamble at the local physical casinos where they do get a cut.
9019  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best time to day trade? How to create a trading schedule in a 24/7 crypto market on: December 31, 2017, 09:25:39 AM

Does the cryptocurrency market mimic forex trading sessions? (In terms of participant in markets) ie. What are the best times to day trade crypto? Or how do I develop a schedule around a 24 hour market place?

You might not realize this but the best time to trade forex is not when its most liquid.

They did a trading summary analysis of retail investors and it seems that the ones who traded during the London-NY most liquid hours, made less money.

Bitcoin is completely different since the exchanges are open 24h/7 days a week (except the futures)  so you should just trade whenever there is action.

Probably not a good idea to trade on New Years Eve and New Years Day however since most traders are taking the day off.
