I asked Bit.ac owner and It seems like they are going to implement both MaidSafeCoins & ICONOMI TOKENS , see here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1451453.msg16559694#msg16559694 soon.
9022  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Who wants to open own Bitcoin Bank? )) on: October 14, 2016, 10:04:19 AM
"Banking" and "Bitcoin" will never get along. Bitcoin is all about being your own bank and having control over your money (private keys) , no one is going to use a third part website to store his coins . If your website become successful ,that will make it the first target for hacking ... so yeah.. probably not a good idea.
9023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: October 14, 2016, 09:18:52 AM
I'm struggling with downloading the blockchain (using Ethereum wallet) and only a few blocks left (I have the latest version yes) , If the Ethereum hard fork happens like stated above , should we re-download the blockchain or change the wallet ? or everything would be the same ?

Man you're persistent! A week ago you were downloading it already  Wink why don't you switch to parity or jaxx?

I prefer using the official wallet (It's the case for every crypto currency out there) , I feel that my coins are more secure . Besides , I don't like secondary solutions. So , any idea If we should redownload after the hard fork ?

9025  Economy / Exchanges / Re: best and most cheap VCC for verifying my paypal? on: October 14, 2016, 06:38:17 AM
I want to verify my paypal account and for that I want to have a best option for a best and cheap virtual credit card. And please provide me the info that for which country I have to order my VCC in order to be acceptable easily when verifying my paypal account?

I'm using E-coin.io (also known as Wirexapp) Virtual credit card (It's a Visa card) , I got mine few months/one year ago and I can say I'm very satisfied about the results , It works just fine and It only costs 3$ (It's available in EURO , USD and GBP) . I'm using E-coin.io while they don't accept my country (Algeria) and my PayPal is from Algeria too , so I don't think countries should match , It should work worldwide.
9026  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me a secret: any way to earn 0.1 BTC per week? on: October 13, 2016, 08:24:09 PM
I would like to know if anyone of you earns 0.1 BTC per week or even more? Is this possible and what is best way to earn it? Your experiences, suggestions and advices are very welcomed.

Since you are already on a signature campaign that pays good , I assume you should earn 0.04 BTC easily If you reach the maximum posts. In addiction to that (to earn another 0.06 BTC) , you could offer some services (If you have any skills) like Design , programming etc... If you don't have any then selling goods (mostly digital ones since It's faster) is probably your last choice.
9027  Other / New forum software / Re: Deleting/Disable accounts ? on: October 13, 2016, 06:51:35 PM
Why do you need that feature? There is another way to bypass this problem. If you want to vanish from this forum, just edit your posts or delete them by one by. As far as i know you can delete/edit your posts anytime without a time limit. It will take enormous time though.

That could take shitload of time , I mean imagine If the user has thousands of posts ? that will take him his whole life. Instead , developers could add like a simple button to remove all posts, that could work too. (by keeping posts where It's impossible to delete for security reasons , like Auctions section)

Since we see from time to time posts where people ask to get their accounts deleted  , I guess It should be useful to implement this feature.
Deleting the account should not only remove it from forum database but also from Search engines (so he don't appear anymore) , and all user posts should be gone with it. (P.Ms shouldn't be touched as removing them could remove them from the other party inbox as well) .

I do not support this feature since there are too many scammers out there you could come in and scam people and can vanish just like that by deleting the account,so i do not think this is a good feature to add here

I agree, it would be much more of a problem than a "feature". It's hard enough as it is when trying to link addresses with user alt accounts.
Not only am i against it, but would also rather see deleting/editing of thrads/posts disabled if they're older than a week or so.

I guess you got a point but still, It's still possible to limit this feature to an amount of users (highly ranked users only) to reduce the abuse of the system.
This feature could also work like Facebook , when you disable account , It will still remain on the database , that way admins could recover it.
Idk really , I'm pretty sure something like this could become useful but probably the design I'm suggesting isn't that good.

people are selling accounts here and scammers can come in any shape or form so it doesnt matter if you are a higher rank member these kind of systems are not possible to implement in a forum, possible solution could be that the admin will allow an admin to review a persons account if he want to delete his account and giving the moderator the necessary privilege

Assuming that deleting posts is irreversible and with taking in consideration that moderators don't moderators scams and don't ban scammers, I don't see what would change If someone delete his posts after scamming someone ? It won't change much.
If It's because whoever got scammed can't proof it , then we could simply make Marketplace section posts impossible to delete. (but most of the deals are made in PMs so It's not an issue)

Look at the bottom right of your thread , you should see something like this :

Quote
Reply  |  Unwatch  |  Notify  |  Add poll  |  Print

Click the add poll option and you should be good to go.
9029  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Looking for Worldwide Virtual bitcoin debit card ... on: October 13, 2016, 01:23:32 PM
Hi, I am from Algeria. i am looking for a trusted website that provide Virtual Bitcoin debit card for my country. I did a lot of research without success... Does anyone have an idea ?

Luckily , I'm from Algeria as well and I know how things could be in our country . I'm using E-coin.io (also known as Wirex now) , It's possible to link it with PayPal and withdraw funds from it , It only costs 3$ and the fees are low (you can load it using BTC too) . If you searched little bit in Djelfa.info/vb/ you could've find a lot of options.

I contacted Wirex via email a week ago, they don't issue cards to Algeria.

You asked for "virtual" card (you receive card info in email and not shipped to your house) , they generated random information's for me and you could do the same . As long as you don't reach the card limits , you won't need to verify it using your real information's (ID or passport) .

9031  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Config File on: October 13, 2016, 11:55:57 AM
I need a basic, solid config file. I know that there are all kinds of tweeks that can be used but I have less than .02 btc and I use it seldom.
In the past all of my outgoing transactions have been 0 confirmations. I suppose I need to manually connect to nodes through the config, but which and who to trust??

Thanks in advance for anyone that can help.

 Huh

I'm not sure If It's just me but I didn't get much of what you said , you may want to speak with your native language instead. Which wallet are you using and what is your problem exactly ?

All of my outgoing transactions are 0 confirmed. I just ran some commands through the command line and have been able to retrieve the btc that has been hanging out there since June.
I am able to receive, but not make outgoing payments.
I now assume that I need to manually connect to nodes so that the transactions are broadcasted.

Config file!

Sorry, fairly new and haven't given the process the attention that it needs.

You still didn't tell me what wallet are you using but having transactions unconfirmed from June only mean one thing , which is you are not sync'ed with the network , so your Bitcoin Core (If it's the case) is downloading the whole blockchain. You should be able to send as should be once the wallet is fully sync'ed . In the meantime , you should check your transaction in the Blockchain.info by putting the TXID there , It should show confirmed

he didn't refund me. so he 100% Scammer. please ban if from this forum.

Moderators/administrators don't ban scammers . Instead , post his profile link (you didn't follow the format as  suggested in the sticky thread) so DefaultTrust users leave him a negative trust (and his profile become red)
9034  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Integrate Bitcoin payment in Facebook on: October 13, 2016, 06:23:55 AM
What are the options for Bitcoin to make such a deal? I meen, does anyone own the bitcoin system, and thereby would make them able to accept such a deal?

Bitcoin is not a company to make "deal" with other companies , Bitcoin is decentralized and no one controls it. Biggest payment gateway (a third party) that Steam and other big companies uses now days is Bitpay so If Facebook decide to integrate that , they will use them for sure.
9035  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is there a kind of Bank for bitcoins ?? on: October 13, 2016, 06:06:42 AM
so i wanna know from all the bitcoiners here is there a some kind of bank where i can deposit my bitcoins and get safe transactions and not worry about theft or lost of wallet ??

Bitcoin is all about "being your own bank" . Banks are far from being secure and safe anyway , they could get hacked while when you have bitcoins in your PC , It won't be that easy unless the hacker targets you personally . On banks case , everyone targets it (as It contains millions of dollars).
If you really want to stay safe and have much to store , I'd recommend buying a Trezor (Hardware wallet).

9037  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BIT.AC :: Multi Currency Wallet :: built-in Instant Exchange : Affiliate Program on: October 12, 2016, 02:42:44 PM
Do you guys have any plans to support both MaidSafeCoins (Bitcoin blockchain-based token) and ICONOMI Tokens (ICNs) (Ethereum blockchain based) ? ICN users (and I'm one of them) are having hard time sync with the network as ETH is being ddosed lately so an alternative (without downloading the blockchain) would be awesome.
9038  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain down? on: October 12, 2016, 10:36:35 AM
who said that blockchain is offline . it is official bitcoin wallet . amd there are no such chance to down the site .
it site goes down then they will inform from tweater . but still we have not seen any type of offline information .
i think you are at slow net . imporve your net speed .

It's not an official bitcoin wallet , the only wallet that could be considered as an official wallet is "Bitcoin Core" which got created by Satoshi Nakamoto and now maintained by the developers. It's possible to take down the website by both hacking & DDOS attacks and It happened before.

edit.. i can't access the wallet.. maybe turkey banned blockchain. god. never had any problems before. i have more than 4 btc  in my wallet.

Relax , It seems like they indeed have somes issues , I just checked their twitter account (tweeted 8 minutes ago) : https://twitter.com/blockchain/status/786151063955136512 , It shouldn't take long till It's back to work.

Anyone know why blockchain is offline?

I assume you are speaking about the service Blockchain.info ? If it's the case then It works just fine for me personally , however this website says It's down for everyone : http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/blockchain.info.html (I'm not sure how come I can access it)
