9041  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoins is now same as paypal(and worst) on: March 09, 2017, 08:41:42 AM
Yes it took me 3 days to get my 3 million satoshis because I paid lesser.
This is really not going well. They are requiring bitcoin users to pay more for a better service.
I hope this just happens for now because of too much transactions that are pending.
Question is will it be fixed like it was before.
9042  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: March 08, 2017, 02:04:07 PM
Well I think that it is really hard to get the Bitcoin price that high,
I mean if that ever happens 1 Bitcoin would be worth $100,000,000 it seems pretty impossible,
But I also want it to happen.

That is a wish which is impossible to be granted.
USD will have not much value if that happens. Then we will be pricing our bitcoin in a different currency.
America wont let that happen, they will use their power to bring back their currency to the top. Maybe they wont even legalize bitcoin in their country or maybe ban it forever if they see just a little bit of a hole that it might happen.
9043  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: March 08, 2017, 08:23:52 AM
Everytime a new technology that involves money comes out, talk of gradual death of paper money arises. When the credit card was introduced, people said that is the beginning of a cashless society. We can almost say the same about bitcoin. But it seems that the paper money isn’t just about to go away that easily. Statistics even show that the paper money in circulation even grew by some percentages over the last few years. Cash still proves handy especially when e-payment systems go offline.

Yes and I have been a victim for many times by an offline electronic payment or a maintenance at their end.
There is no solution to that but just wait.
Even ATM machines do require some maintaining or it will be left cashless.
This things that use electricity will go off sometimes and where would we run without fiat on our wallets?
That says it all.
9044  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: March 08, 2017, 02:42:34 AM
In my point of view Bitcoin is can be consider as money already, base on my experience now all my expenses honestly speaking was came all into bitcoin, even my savings, and I also used as mode of payments in terms of my billings every month. And we had also here several merchants who accepted bitcoin as payment whether restaurant, coffee shop, convenient store outlet, and travel tour online and shopping online too. Smiley

That is what we want and that is what we need.
Merchants opening businesses that accepts bitcoin as payment.
With that, maybe our countries government can somehow see that it can be used like a real money for the convenience of the people.
Making it legal would do really good for bitcoin and lucky for us we adapted first.
But first the problem with the slow transactions should be fixed.
9045  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will BTC overtake gold this month ? on: March 07, 2017, 10:11:57 AM
Update as of March 7 10:00
BTC at 1255
Gold at 1229 per ounce

The 2000 mark will probably happen once before halving and stay at that level after halving, just like the 1200 mark
$2000 is something to be achieved in a short than the expected schedule. Gold price has been overtaken by bitcoin few days back. It is the longest rally of bitcoin to stand above $1200. Before next halving several other incidents would take place.

Is bitcoin shaking the world now?
I don't think there is much to it.
Looks like we are just the one who cares about bitcoin overpricing gold.
But recently, there have been much problem with the transaction time. Will this be the one who will take bitcoin down? I have a one day pending now and I dont think I will get confirmation this day again.
9046  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How can I increase my limit of Trading on Poloniex?? on: March 07, 2017, 06:14:47 AM
If I were you I would rather stay at that position.
You will be risking your identity in making it larger and that you will not like.
I guess this is the trend for every website wallets and trading sites.
Question is are you willing to give that kind of information? Better stay at the gray side if anything ever happens you will be safe.
9047  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: March 06, 2017, 02:30:31 PM
I am not spending them unless if there is urgent need of hard cash and if that situation arises then I sell few bitcoins and convert it to my local currency but most of them I am saving for future as price will go very much higher in future which will give me higher profits.

Yeah that is the best decision for now, looking at the consecutive price hikes it will be regretful if we just spend it that easily using it to none important things.
If ever there will be an emergency I think that is when I would really spend it.
Bitcoin is getting more precious as days go by so we don't want to just lose it specially this time.
9048  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: March 06, 2017, 01:37:53 PM
If I am really desperate then I might sell my bitcoin. Well, good thing its really valuable now.
I have a little savings in cash but that might not be enough if an emergency happen. Dont have a bank account too if ever I want to apply for a loan in a bank. Dont have any golds or silvers. I just have bitcoin to rely to in case of emergencies.  Grin
9049  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price will not crash if the ETF is rejected on: March 06, 2017, 10:28:35 AM
There is no ETF when this price grow way high.
I think it will not affect that too even if accepted or not.
This is a good thread to open up the minds of those who think there will be a big change like the one posted way up there saying it will go down to $900. Pfft.
Even if it gets accepted there wont be much of a change.
9050  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Will Kill The Income Tax on: March 06, 2017, 09:50:57 AM
At present scenario, its not going to kill income tax. But it will definitely kill sales tax in my opinion. Because government always deducts income tax before paying the salary and at present  I think everybody gets paid in their fiat currencies. Since most of the people uses bitcoin for buying goods, it will affect the sales tax .

Largely if only a lot of employers will use it.
But this could become a crime that might end up in jail time.
It will be the CEO first if he is the one who will be implementing payment through bitcoin to his employees.
Maybe looking for someone to work online for the company will be the deal. This will not be questioned especially when there is no facility that you are using.
9051  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could bitcoin prevent crime? on: March 05, 2017, 12:53:19 PM
Actually in my opinion it is the other way around.
The bitcoin thing could actually lift up the crime. I am not giving a good opinion but it is the truth.
I have seen so much in the deep web and been offered a lot to sell my bitcoins to them.
This things should be avoided to prevent more crime.
It is just hard though. When they say they will double the price to how much you would sell them you could not just resist it easily.
9052  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen? on: March 05, 2017, 11:26:40 AM
Bitcoin will die. Same with any other currency, if there's no one using it, there's no reason for it to exist.

With no one spending Bitcoins, there wouldn't be any transaction volume. With the no one trading on the market, Bitcoins will be worthless.

That will be the extreme result or end if no one will spend their bitcoin and just hold it. If there were no sellers there will be no market. Seller and buyers are necessary to create a market that is founded on supply and demand. Bitcoin though it is a currency it is still considered to be a commodity. But this kind of commodity will not have a value if nobody sells it

This is a short-sighted and narrow-minded approach

It doesn't take into account that Bitcoin can be used for an exchange of real goods when (if) the real economy builds around Bitcoin. That would basically make the market for Bitcoin currency exchange operations largely irrelevant. In that case, no one could be selling as well as buying Bitcoin but it would still prosper since it would be used directly, i.e. as a currency, for the exchange of goods and services

I do agree. Although if the price of bitcoin gets really high then people can spend it anytime.
Thinking just for a thousand satoshis you can buy something online then why not.
But for now, I do think it is better to just hold it than spending it.
Maybe in the future when all bitcoin is mined then we can somehow circulate it with online shopping.
9053  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin 20 Years From Now on: March 05, 2017, 06:32:18 AM
I think in 20 years from now (or even less) bitcoin will be worth a lot and will increase drastically!!!

Actually it is happening now. It is increasing drastically and I dont even expect this happening.
I thought it will go slow and steady upwards but it did not and somehow it is gettig a lot of attention now.
I dont really know if it is a good thing or not. For us, it is good for our investment are getting larger with its value. But what about those who are invested in different cutrency or commodities. What are they thinking now? Are they saying this is absurd?
9054  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: March 04, 2017, 11:46:36 AM
So as of this moment, I'm only earning bitcoin through a signature campaign here on bitcointalk forum.

How are you earning bitcoin?
As a newbie I earned bitcoin just like this basic way,  i've posting in bitcoin forum to earn bitcoin because i like  sharing ideas  to people and i like to give them some information.
This post highlights the problem with signature campaigns  Wink

Correct. It is not just signature campaign in the bitcoin world. There is so much going on outside of it.
Why is it that I find answers always signature campaigns only.
 What about trading?
How about marketing strategies, businesses that is accepting bitcoin for profit. Lending and other stuffs.
9055  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Attraction on: March 04, 2017, 09:42:49 AM
What attracts you towards bitcoin?
I'm asking this because it could be different from person to person. Different people may like different aspects of bitcoin. So what do you like the most about it?

I attract the valid and main reason is that bitcoin give me a source of income and it is easy for me, because whenever i have free time than i could do it. Because in bitcoin, it has no time limit, and also i could do with my bitcoins which i want to do with it, like buying, shopping, bill paying and amount transfer, and the best way do work hard and earn from it.
Bitcoin is slowly getting acceptance in all needs from shopping to investment, but the same is found to limited region around the globe. The main attraction that I found in bitcoin is the varying value which is the best to give users better earning in accordance to time duration.
there are some areas where bitcoin is not yet too much introduce. actually there the number of bitcoin users are limited in number and that is the reason that people there do not accept bitcoin for trading or for investment. they need some good advertisement about bitcoin.

Bitcoin does not need a good advertising just like other currency that needs to be push to a person so he would know or understand something about it I think a good knowledge is needed not some kind of advertising! and just like other currency bitcoin would just push his way to a persons heart when he really needs it but if his understanding is very low about it he seen it in some advertisement it is very useless.
How can other people gets knowledge if there is no chance to be able to view some advertisements about bitcoin. We know that most of the people in the world are not like us who just exploring internet but there is some few people who just gets interested when they see it on advertisement. Advertisement can help bitcoin because it can be spread in different sites and the viewers of those sites can get curious and try bitcoin.

I agree wirh you. But the problem is who will pay for it?
It is not just like that to put some advertisement in a billboard.
There is payment to be done. The designs will be easy though.
I do believe it will really invite a lot of people. Putting the price of bitcoin now in it will Wow them.
9056  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 200,000,000 USD is being transfered daily using bitcoin! on: March 03, 2017, 03:11:19 PM
Could be. But its bitcoin to bitcoin so it can happen.
Faucets pay to people who does the clicking and answering the captcha. There are some who pays directly.
Gambling site withdrawals and deposits.
Wallet to wallet transactions.
Scams in social medias.
Investment jokes and those spammers. Ergh!
9057  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as Main Currency on: March 03, 2017, 02:20:27 PM
I don't think many bitcoin users want their currency to become main. As for sure, we can't even dream about it for next nearest 10 years.

Actually that is true. We have our own opinion about this bitcoin as mainstream currency.
I dont agree also with that. I dont want to see bitcoin falling to the officials of the government and just using it to milk money for their own profit.
In some way, I want it to be a currency for the online world, I mean no more other option but just bitcoin.
Better than making it like a physical money.
9058  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fixed income with BTC trading? on: March 03, 2017, 01:22:53 PM

I want to generate a constant monthly gain. Is it possible to do this by bitcoin trading? So, can I just do this by dealing with BTC trading?
Are there any people among us who can make a living by trading in BTC?

There several ways for us to earn bitcoin here. But there is no fix amount of income but there is fixed income that we can get in this field of industry. I think it will depend on you of how are you gonna get it, it can be in the trading, or joining in the signature camapign, mining bitcoin, or bitcoin faucets,..
Yeah stability is not what bitcoins define and hence hard to earn constantly you can though rest assured that you will win at the end in trading if you have patience and ability along with bankroll but constantly nothing happens. In fact if you are trading the price you may earn very quickly like right now the price is touching sky while sometimes you earn slow.
That's why you have to take this opportunity seriously, it does not happen on a normal day, this time the price is skyrocketing and that means we can easily make money buying now and sell in short term. With a good amount of capital, it can give us a great return as well.
Therefore, we cannot expect a fixed income in BTC trading as the trend does not last longer and since timing is everything, make this time a right timing to buy and sell.

I do not agree with the trading way now.
The movement is so slow when going down, most of the time is a price hike.
There is not much profit in it. Maybe doing trades with other crypto currency would work much and just let your bitcoin stay in your wallet for now. It is too risky to sell now.
9059  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: March 03, 2017, 12:26:35 PM
1. You can't get robbed from your Bitcoin
2. You can lose money by dropping it accidentally
3. Bitcoin is safer
4. Bitcoin can't rip like paper money
The most important is because it can be used wherever you are extremely flexible not complicated to use and store. if you have a lot of bitcoin you would not bother to keep it. different when it's in the form of cash
But still a lot of people struggle to know more about bitcoin , the technical explanation on how bitcoin generated make them confused.
And you know in the end they are surrender to get more information about bitcoin and to start to use it.
A lot of advantage but at firstime bitcoin seemslike not commonpeople-friendly.

Yes. At first they are willing to learn when they see a lot of profit.
But in the middle of teaching them they start to get bored and somehow stops.
There is so much wasted time doing it and yet they will still surrender.
That happens to me a lot. I dont know why but I know to myself that I have done all to make it easier to understand and to make it more inviting. I guess there are just people who wants to profit faster but didn't know it doesn't work like that.
9060  Economy / Speculation / Re: What to do? on: March 03, 2017, 09:43:31 AM
So what should one do when the price is at a peak or so high as it is at the moment, $1250+ right now. Is it time to cash in?
It is quite obvious that this is not the right time to buy bitcoin so what should be the plan of action at these times?

That is one my problem now too. What to do?
Kind of getting boring to just wait. Can't trade because just like you said it just keep on going up now.
Can't gamble for I might regret what I will lose then the price suddenly increase again.  Sad
So for now I just read threads here for updates about what is happening.
