9121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: March 09, 2017, 05:44:44 AM
I don't know about others, but I save it for specific goals. By goals I mean buying the gadgets I never could buy before. I don't think anyone would spend it right away, I am sure they would have something specific in mind, like some would treat it like a investment and others like me would plan to buy something with it. Since you are planning a traveling trip I think some European country Italy or Rome or some other accept bitcoins for everything you should check that, also many people offer amazing discounts for hotel and travel booking. Bitcoin can do wonders, only if you know how to use it well.
9122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which one will you used? on: March 08, 2017, 06:28:49 AM
Interesting question even I had met a guy who had similar questions regarding using Bitcoins over Fiat. His query was if he accepts the coins and it rises fair and good but what if the value drops, here he shall be a sure shot loos. While if he sticks to Fiat he won't suffer a loss atleast. After having forth and on arguments, I finally convinced him to give it a try, as the price always shoots up and even if it comes down it will shoot up. I wouldnt mind using Bitcoins in the shops saves my Fiat, I am totally in for Bitcoins being used instead of Fiat in shops. I would take two apples for 0.0008 op.
9123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are all bitcoins considered equal? on: March 08, 2017, 06:23:57 AM
Hundreds of millions or billions of dollars in bitcoin has been stolen. Are these considered less valuable than untainted bitcoin? For example, let's say someone makes a large purchase (unknowingly) of previously stolen bitcoin. They deposit it into an exchange. Will the exchange balk?

No that's the answer to this question. First of all there is no mechanism to segerate the stolen coins from the unstolen coins. The coins will not come with a statutory warning that this coins are stolen. So how will exchange even realize that they were stolen in the first place. Maybe if someone complaints against the user and has proof, but then again where will he complain, the coins could have gone to any exchange and it may not even be used from the same account, different account different user. So I don't see any chance of that person coin being caught. I do hope you are not planning to do something like this, and I hope you have asked in good faith and for knowledge purposes only.
9124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is offering or receiving Bitcoin a practice of commercial bribery? on: March 07, 2017, 03:57:12 PM
Bitcoins can be used as stocks, or can be used as a long time investment. It is the best gift one can give to anyone. I don't understand why will it be a bribery if you give it in good faith. Unless you are planning to do some shady deal and then pay it of in Bitcoins and claim it's not a bribe that sadly will be a bribe only. You cannot change that. I would advise you not to use Bitcoins for any kind of bribe. Use if the good purposes, like gifting someone or making a investment for self. Try and avoid getting Bitcoin a bad name.
9125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will storing bitcoin kill it? on: March 07, 2017, 12:11:22 PM
There is a possibility that it may happen in the near future and it's a sad possibility cause without people realising them it will put a end to the price, the miners shall go out of the business, so I don't feel people should ever hoard it, the more in the circulation, the better it is for everyone. Will this happen any time now, I do not see why it should happen now, cause people are happy to trade it and pay the fees and transactions are happening slow but yes. What happens in the future depends on how we make the present scenario so let's hope for the best.
9126  Economy / Speculation / Re: Jihan Wu crashes the Bitcoin price on: March 07, 2017, 12:01:00 PM
I am glad he's done with Bitcoins, his ideology is really messed up and I don't think Bitcoin will have a great impact because of him, look at his tweet and then he says he will continue to mine empty blocks. Like what in the world would a sane person do it, I agree him supporting the bu is a setback but I feel Bitcoin is strong enough to move on and I am sure the community will find some solution to this, but I feel overall it's a good riddance, such people with such ideologies do not deserve a part of the Bitcoin community.
9127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know if a gambling site is scam or not? on: March 07, 2017, 11:48:43 AM
First use the Google search if you are not satisfied with the Google search then look for. Forums like this. And you should avoid the paid ranking agencies that give it a high rating cause they are paid for it. I would suggest you to post topics in forums or search for the site thread look for the reviews. Always go with the highest ranked by users and even then don't gamble way to much. There are many reputed sites here but again and again they keep getting into some allegations. So choose your own research.
9128  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing money on bitcoin..! on: March 07, 2017, 11:08:44 AM
Nowadays many people are starting to invest money on bitcoin or the buy bitcoin..is this a good approach?
How this will influence us in future?

Improving your words will help you get a better answer, cause I really had a hard time trying to figure out your question. The only way to make money through Bitcoin is to buy it or earn it. People buy Bitcoins and then sell it at a high price or as per their needs. What you are trying to say how it will effect the demand and supply. I feel till the time people do not hoard the coins, it shall not but if people just started to then maybe it could lead to disaster just saying it won't happen though.
9129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to Bitcoin if IMF & World bank create ON WORLD Currency? on: March 07, 2017, 10:21:54 AM
This will never happen as no single country will allow a different country to work in his home at the cost of its own currency. For eg trump has said he wants to make $ strong and that's what each and every country tries to do. With the brexit looming do you think they would opt for it. Each and country has different currency and to find a common coin for them is very difficult. They earn in currency exchange, so they won't ever agree on the same coin, their earnings will be limited and the country that has all the coins can devastate the entire world economy. Sadly the one coin logic won't ever fit in
9130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Society’s Curse or Boon? on: March 06, 2017, 04:23:45 PM
Definitely it's a boon not boob op lol, Bitcoin has helped each of us to save lot of money and also freed us up from centralized culture, by giving us the decentralised features that got us rid of the tax and government agencies always trying to feed on our money. It has personally helped me achieve so many of my life goals which would have been literally impossible had Bitcoins not had not come. Now that paypal, is messing up Bitcoin is literally a boon in all the aspects of life. It's the best thing that has happened to humanity.
9131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is treated a stock on: March 06, 2017, 09:20:23 AM
I thought at first that Bitcoin will be a currency to be used in the future. But from what I am seeing here is that it will be treated as a stock, it is even compared to gold. What do you guys think?

Does no one think that it doesn't matter how Bitcoin is used or thought off? Each and every person will think differently. Each and every person will argue over it concept, do we really need to say hey you can't think of this, no you can't do this. I feel there no need for this question as it's purely to the individual mind as to how he shall see it and interpret it. It will also depend on peer pressure ans his local knowledge. Each one is free to decide how and what ways should he choose to understand or compare Bitcoin with, you can't force some one to change. However gold and btc have no comparison one is a currency other is a metal. Maybe it's compared to show one could make more money in the investment of it as a asset, however that would be wrong as both are different asset class.
9132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Satoshi advertise about bitcoin like alt devs doing now? on: March 06, 2017, 07:03:09 AM
Satoshi never advertised op, a simple Google search would have found it for you. He was never into advertising and he made a currency which he could use and people could use without being under the lens, which was centralized, if he wanted the lime light, he would never have disappeared as simple as that. He never begged for attention or asked people to use Bitcoins and in the ultimate sacrifice he gave up his identity, so it's out of question that he ever advertised. He was a visionary and it's thanks to him we are making the extra money.
9133  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price after ETF 2500$? on: March 05, 2017, 01:17:01 PM
Don't understand how they have really reached such a conclusion, this is kind of price rigging going on here and this is not what btc was made for, as far the etf is concerned it had yet to get the approval and for all we know this may or may not happen. It could be the work of many factors to get people in buying Bitcoin at ridiculously high prices. And the price is sheer speculations, what if the etf brings loads of restrictions on the Bitcoins. And they start cracking on exchanges, and if we buy the etf don't we loose anomoyous factor and decentralised features will it yet be active? Lots to consider.
9134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: let's push the btc etf on: March 05, 2017, 12:07:07 PM
This post is hilarious, the Op wants to write to the SEC, and I hope he knows SEC is not the admin of this forum that he will even bother reading his email or letter. Now coming to op there a way to get into SEC eyes is a) a Facebook page and twitter campaign asking them to give approval for a Bitcoin etc. Secondly use a online petition and get maximum people go sign it. But the best alternative is to let them do their work, rather than mess around and they get pissed and totally junk the project. What if SEC gets suspicious of Bitcoins and starts unnecessary investigations. I think we should all tread carefully.
9135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 04, 2017, 03:45:57 PM
That was one bad match Manchester United had, you have your manager say we will play for top 2 and this is the kind of display you give. Herrera their best player did not even feature. This will prove a very costly draw and if this isn't worst, Zlatan will be suspended for many matches, as part of retrospective action, boom who will play as a striker? I think Mourinho really needs to drop Pogba, he's a great player but he needs that extra motivation to play, and he definitely should get over his obsession to play fellaimi and rooney. Shaw was a welcome change, though kind of rusty tonight. Mkhitaryan was badly missed tonight, with Zlatan facing ban, this match just got bad.
9136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: March 04, 2017, 03:40:35 PM
Guys, I am backing India deep...
can india comeback from this situation or I should opt  for cashout?

If you can get out without cutting looses I definitely would advise you to do it without any further delay, I think team India has suffered a confidence loss and they will be beaten and beaten really badly that's evident. The ever dependent Kohli is not performing, except Rahul no one stood up. Australia is exploiting the situation very well, and my money is on Australia to go for a clean sweep, they are dearly missing their ex Captain. I think some players will be facing the ex, and it's about time some are dropped. Any one playing on India move your bet on Australia.
9137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Public Court of Justice ( Blockchain ) on: March 04, 2017, 12:22:58 PM
A public court for Bitcoin cases well the idea is nice but under which law would you like to charge the criminals and who would even accept the validity. Who would believe that the people who decide are actually not biased or will give the right decision. Again the evidence could be fabricated, and let's say you find a scammer which prison do you intend to send him, as a) his identity would not be known, b) no legal ⚖ law to upheld your decision. Maybe satoshi could have planned this but now without any foundation it's really difficult to sell this idea.
9138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has Anyone Ever Tried Selling Bitcoin on a Market Stall? on: March 04, 2017, 09:28:33 AM
Do not do this kind of stuff, I understand you are enthusiastic about Bitcoins but this idea is not good at all. Firstly do you realize transactions take lots of time to happen. Secondly Bitcoin is not a good that you can sell on a stall, it's a currency. Bitcoins is supposed to be done anonymously not publicly, and it will have you in serious trouble as Bitcoin is not a recognised currency, secondly you do not have the licence or permission to indulge in this kind of activity. If you want to sell, you can do here but considering your Rank you will have to use a escrow. Or try out localbitoins, you could set up a stall to give knowledge on Bitcoins that's fine but definitely not what you trying to do.
9139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Well, I've officially found the house that I want... on: March 03, 2017, 05:47:22 PM
Did I just read your want one btc to be worth 250k are you all right op? Do you even know current price of btc may be it could be 5k or 10k someday but 250k is a very very big assumption. What I would instead suggest you is to focus on taking a loan and try and paying it off from the profits of Bitcoins. Or work your way up through it and depending total on Bitcoins is not such a good idea, it's to risky and what's the guarantee it will not be sold to someone. I think you should just take a loan and work through pay it. That's the only way, unless someone can suggest op a better idea.
9140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin less evil than PayPal? on: March 03, 2017, 09:58:41 AM
Paypal is irritating, though this is Bitcoins forums if you are aware of ptc sites, then you would know of Clicksense the no one site and thier paypal ac was closed, and many times the hyip sites get away no for me paypal is no good. Bitcoins is nice it gives you a clear warning and tricks to deal around. Plus you keep 100 $ in paypal it would yet be 100$ or worst even zero. In my case when paypal was hacked they cleaned my entire ac. Paypal did not even help me. And just look at the number of complaints paypal has. There's just to many problems and Bitcoin is far way better so it's just the best for me, price increases, security wise etc.
