9161  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have stopped introducing bitcoin to others! on: February 24, 2017, 02:06:49 PM
First of all you deserve a big round of claps, 3 years is a long time and it's takes some efforts to continue that long. I do understand why you want to quit but I would suggest you to refrain from it. You have already got 100 people in it and I feel you could do greater stuff and for Bitcoins. I would say you can just upgrade your approach. Just I feel it requires is a bit of tweaking and it's done. You already know why people want to stay away now you can use it for your own advantage. Just keep on doing the right stuff.
9162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: payment bitcoin on: February 24, 2017, 11:37:16 AM
Had some difficulty understanding your language, but I think I finally have understood it. You wanted to make a anonymous transactions so you decided to use Bitcoins. Now you were given a address and you send money to it. But now you are not sure as to who or where did it go. So the most logical explanation is it is unconfirmed, that's why your transaction never took place, which got you worried since the other side did not confirm the amount received and which then brought you here. Unconfirmed transactions happens, means sometimes it will take a while but you transactions will be complete. As soon as you log in you will be able to see it. What I would also say is you can post the transaction ID here to let us all verify it and help you further.
9163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Asia on: February 24, 2017, 09:04:42 AM
All countries except Bitcoins as far I know, maybe 1-2 don't but that's OK. If you would have bothered to Google you would have found out that China has the highest share of Bitcoin hash and all activities it's high there compared to all. Las time I checked China was in Asia. There was also a thread here saying about price in India Bitcoin was around 1000$ again a Asian countries. So yes Bitcoin is accepted by the Asian countries and worldwide. There are local countries board you can check them to see more and specially which country you are referring to. Hope it shall help you.
9164  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1200 on: February 24, 2017, 06:02:56 AM
I would advise you to always use Preev, as their rates are always perfect. Secondly most of the trades here are done on the basis of preev rates only. So stick with preev rates, as it will be more helpful. Now coming to the price 1200$+ it's just amazing to see this run of Bitcoins. Last year it touched 1000$ plus and we all were like it will cross 1500$ this year. And it's already 1200$+ and with global uncertainty growing and growing thanks to trump policies and brexit looming. I feel 1500$ should be a reality soon, let's hope very soon.
9165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BIT.AC :: MULTICURRENCY WALLET :: BUILT-IN INSTANT EXCHANGE :: Affiliate Program on: February 24, 2017, 04:04:35 AM
HI
Collecting some infos from this thread for writting a blog article, I would like to ask. Are you planning to add others altcoins in a near future ? If Yes, what is the main criteria that will make you decide to add it ?
I find the project very interesting, and the mobil app is a real +... I will have some others questions surely

What alt coins are you referring as, if you have checked the wallet it already has monore and etherem those are the two best alt coins after Bitcoins. If you ask the criteria I think they would go on the view with the public demand and need for it. Currently these three are only the most desired ones. And if you have used it you will realize it's so easy and nice to use, with its potential to to be in top 3 wallets very soon. If you do publish your research paper do post here, we all could learn more. I would also advise you to use it more so more the helpful for your article.
9166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and betting?? on: February 23, 2017, 02:43:51 AM
If you plan to continue this then I would say stick to a sport study it and make money out of it. For eg you could check football or cricket. See the different leagues and all to make a choice. There more to it, then just blindly playing on it. You should firstly invest time in all this and then make merry once you win. Or you can start learning poker in advance level, a good knowledge can help you a lot of victory in casinos, but be careful not to over do it. Once in a while it's good, though you are not addicted you may just get addicted if you loose your focus so make a wise call.
9167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: February 22, 2017, 12:21:40 PM
Depends on which view point do you consider it from. Look at the end of its just gambling even the most experienced will loose on a given day and the newbie will win on his lucky day. Yes experience does count when you are making a move in games like poker, but it won't guarantee you sure shot victory. One should always observe and pray for luck. Experience only teaches you to help into the big games but sometimes it may also blind you as you would like to do the tried and tested. So it's not always nice to bank on experience, I would say keep a open mind and don't always go after experience sometimes going after gut is also nice.
9168  Economy / Speculation / Re: How Will It Affect The Bitcoin Price, If Satoshi Tell The Truth ? on: February 22, 2017, 10:22:03 AM
What truth do you want him to say op. There is no truth left for people to find except his identity may create a wave for the Bitcoin but apart from that there nothing for him to say, or except if he decides to make his coins private. What exactly do you want him to say that changes the fate if Bitcoins. I really don't think you really have a clue about Bitcoins do you, and of all threads targeting his identity now you want to target his words. Research more about Bitcoins, there more to it then satoshi word. Look at the current price, research on it. And since you are speculating, it belongs in speculation board. Also if you understand lock this thread
9169  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: eBay / Paypal / Bitcoin Scam!! on: February 22, 2017, 03:15:18 AM
It is really very very sad that this has happened with you. I am sure by now you would have realised that the Bitcoin payment is irreversible and paypal policies are against the seller. What you could do is consult a legal lawyer if it's a big amount. If the person also is of UK file a police complaint under cyber crime or something as Bitcoin complaint is not regocnized. If you have the address of the person you could send him a legal notice. At this stage there is very little you can do, if it's a small amount let it go. If it's a big you need legal help but I doubt even they will be able to help you much. That's why every one on this forum is against paypal transactions. Hope somehow you do recover.
9170  Economy / Economics / Re: where should i invest my 0.5 btc ? on: February 21, 2017, 10:46:50 AM
Hello every one.I have just bought 0.5 btc to do some investement but i am not able to find any good place to invest them.
Should i invest in cloud mining sites like genesis-mining,hashnest or hashflare.Or there are other options as well to invest my 0.5 btc where i can get some profit after some time.I have invested 0.05btc so far in hashflare out of those, now 0.45 btc left. Please tell me any trusted and good place to invest on.

I have brought a car, can I buy another car to drive the earlier car. In your case Bitcoin you have brought and itself is a investment there is no need to do any investment in it. Especially do not invest in hash sites and all they all go bust. Just lock your coins safely and secure your private keys and do not loose your coins. Bitcoin over a time increases it price, and you will have to hold and you have brought it at a very high price. Just keep it hold, don't spend it anywhere. Maybe you could do a giveaway for a site or something but nothing else.
9171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who can tell that when our luck come to us? on: February 21, 2017, 08:52:33 AM
Your question best answer I can give is watch the movie the secret. The thing people don't realize is that thoughts becomes things, and if you feel you have luck you will have luck, but if you feel other wise you won't be lucky. In the end you need to create that lucky vibe. I would suggest you when you choose to play next, keep on saying to yourself, I am going to win. Today is my lucky day, and all things you feel that will make you lucky. Your thoughts will determine how lucky you can get. Try this method before the next bet hope it helps you win.
9172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have found a wallet with 40 BTC on: February 21, 2017, 08:43:29 AM
Does no one thinks this is a trool post? Like not even a single user I think has raised this question. Look at the facts, the Op finds a wallet of 40 btc and then decides to come here to ask in the forum for help to decide it's right or wrong. Which person in the world, would do this, he would have immediately taken out the money and just kept a calm word. Or he's managed to get some one account and now needs some help to get it done. Either way I am not convinced op is telling us the truth. I feel legendary or Sr members should really verify this.
9173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin make the same mistakes as Kodak did? on: February 20, 2017, 05:27:40 PM
There is no comparison first of all between a Kodak and Bitcoin. Secondly look at the time when Kodak was around and when Bitcoin is around. Bitcoin has done enough for people and it owes no one nothing, it's made us have more cash in our wallets but yet we are yet greedy. Which currency could give you more returns than Bitcoin did, which currency can you trade without being in the worry of yourself being caught. As far as the transactions are concerned you can always pay a fee and get it done faster. I don't think Bitcoin is going to meet a fate like Kodak, even surprised one can think of it.
9174  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: February 20, 2017, 07:35:32 AM
Bitcoin is usually used by people interested in technology. I mean, persons with a certain technical knowledge are interested in bitcoin.

My observations are that way. I think Bitcoin needs to reach larger quantities. Can use bitcoin in people who are not interested in technology?
Can people use the bitcoin in the profession group like tradesmen, teachers, housewives, firemen, butchers? Are we going to see the days that these people use bitcoin?

I don't understand why would you say that only technical people would use Bitcoin, when I was started Bitcoin I had no technical knowledge to use it. However coming to your question I am positive any one can use Bitcoin subject to, that it is explained in a language he or she understands. It's often seen people who use Bitcoin will try to sell the concept of Bitcoin to others and then it doesnt work and people are like omg he did not understand but if the words are changed why not, then will understand. I have personally conviced my fitness builder to get into it, and have got so many of my Senior folks hooked up to it. So yes people only get in if they understand the simplicity not the technicality
.
9175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Soccer Transfer Market 2016/2017 ! on: February 20, 2017, 06:26:11 AM
Currently one of the top rumors I am hearing is Rooney is off to China before 28th February he's a club legend and I really doubt he's keen to go, but both the club and he has a huge offer on their hands. So is any one playing on this to happen? Then also read that Manchester United will swap Smalling for Arsenal Alex. This would be a nice deal considering Smalling doesnt have a future at United. Also what do you think of Luke Shaw what are his chances of staying and starting regularly, and lastly do you all think one should take a high risk call on grizemen coming to Man utd or wait for one more month but then I feel the rates shall be low, has any one placed a bet so far?
9176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin anonymous on: February 20, 2017, 06:13:17 AM
Not a wise move op. Firstly paypal does not allow such transactions. Secondly all payments made to paypal are reversible so it is very risky to do this. Secondly they will be able to track it, let's say Bitcoins address does not reveal your identity you are leaving a trail behind in PayPal account, if the authorities scoop down its very easy for them to link the two. From the post it's look like you are going to buy coins, I would advise you to do it from this forum trusted members, but again seeing your Rank it might be slightly difficult but you can try at least.
9177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: February 19, 2017, 05:19:24 AM
Your title says one thing and your post says something else. So your problem is people who can't afford to loose yet end up loosing and then they get upset which according to you they shouldn't right. Look I agree it's a basic rule that one should not gamble more than he can afford to loose, but then you don't understand gambling is more of. Passion winning and loosing is just a part. And parcel of it. So I really think you need to understand that passion, over a time link it with your finances see what's important to satisfy the urge or to plan for the future. If it helps imagine your family and that will help you make a right decision.
9178  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin Talk Market Place on: February 19, 2017, 05:12:49 AM
Why would you need another site that has a market place option when this site already has it, has high number of members who actively trade, buy and sell. And every time there is a place where people can buy or sell with Bitcoins it is updated on this forum. Have a look around so many sellers are selling their various items and accepting payment in Bitcoins. So I really don't understand why would you want another site, or you just don't even know this site well enough? Instead of posting you should have just browsed this site, and sold your magic mouse 🐭 which I am we all want to know why in the world will it fetch such a high price, do post a picture of it.
9179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Paying with the cryptocurrency on: February 18, 2017, 04:10:14 PM
Some people use bitcoin to buy illegal stuff, the majority of people use bitcoin on legal things.

Some people use paper cash to buy illegal stuff, the majority people use paper cash on legal things.

Bitcoin is just a currency. How it is used is a different story.

In this piece, bitcoin being a currency and it being used to buy illegal stuff seem like the same story:
http://www.dw.com/en/bitcoin-paying-with-the-cryptocurrency/av-37536803

Not even surprise to see a newbie post this, by the way this question has been asked and answered so many times. Op you need to understand all the negativity is being spread around Bitcoin cause it's making big waves that is effecting banks and all. And even Fiat has been used for this, no one blinks a eye. Some idiots use it and suddenly the world looses their mind. No one can force people what to do with their coins and I don't really think news like this really matter. Learn and read Bitcoin news and not just dumb headlines.
9180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to change the name of bitcoin if the developers or satoshi want? on: February 18, 2017, 02:27:20 PM
I am not really sure as to why would you ask this, of course it cannot be changed, it would create caous and confusion all around if it would. I don't think anyone even wants this to happen, Bitcoin is the perfect name and no need to mess up the name, or else people might really be confused and consider it to be alt coin. Plus whats wrong with the name? It's simple, easy to remember and use. That's a advantage to it, cause it's not under any one control so no one can change the name.
