If you cant enter reputable gambling sites when you try to access them , then maybe your ISP do restrict and put limitations on accessing these sites. Well, you could definitely access these sites by using VPN just be sure that your ISP dont trace you up if you try to use vpn i dont know which one is good and not traceable by them. Goodluck |

It is not clear how small amount you actually are holding or consider it small. As long as you meet the minimum bet requirement you are good to go wherever is possible. If this small amount is in BTC's then trading other alternative coins or letting your money sit in bankroll of some casino can be more profitable than gambling.

Actually this kind of question do really have different answers because people are different regarding on their betting style and their decisions. Some may directly bet for big amounts or shall we say they go all in on a certain bet, if they won they proceed still if they loss then completely stop. Some people would start on low bets and gradually increasing as they play for longer runs because some times they feel they are lucky thats why bets are increasing or they are chasing up their loss.
