Bitcoin, what a phenomenon. Crypto is an escape out for many of us, including me. But we've to be realistic. Atm we got MANY things going on in the world that will have an impact on the cryptocurrency world. We got Covid19, Evergrande, politics, taxing, housing market, etc. etc. In the end run we've got companies buying BTC: Tesla, Microstrategy, etc. etc. Many companies have bought, some are still buying. I mean that's all nice and good but the negative parts of impacing BTC/crypto haven't even started yet. We've only got covid19 right now and it's causing us to dip for 20-30%. Crypto is the future. We all know this. But I believe we will see some hard crashes to the downside before launching up. I've been in Crypto since 2014. I never sold and kepy buying more and more BTC. Even when we dropped from 20k to 3k. I kept buying. Untill 8 weeks ago. I started selling and actually buying gold/silver with my crypto investments. I believe 8 weeks we had our last big pump to the upside. I see us falling from now on.
I am not active on this forum but I will check out this thread once in a while. For fun, and see if this dumb idiot actually knew what was coming.
You are certainly right that BTC and cryptocurrencies in general is a phenomenon for many of us, since it has already allowed us to make good money, as well as create a new industry. No one can 100% know what the future holds for BTC and cryptocurrencies. As for the fall in the price of BTC, this happens regularly, since BTC is in one way or another connected with many processes in the world. But no matter how the price of BTC falls, in the end it always becomes more than it was before. This is probably the phenomenon, but how long it will last no one can say. Therefore, I believe that you always need to be able to seize the moment in order to have time to make money.
