Investigation means we goto first prove a scam.  Once deemed illegal, collectors will ensure the funds are returned to us ALL but that's unclear on how I will achieve this.  Collectors fee's are high so its pointless collecting a small amount just from me.

This is still a long way off.  I will discuss collection and how much it costs at a later date.

So to answer your questions.  NO, I have no intention of claiming all the funds for myself or something stupid like that.  That's not legal.  This is a legal approach but not the pussy debt collection avenue.

PS.  I have no obligation to please you guys at all as I have pumped allot into Labcoin and need some back.  That said, its better to claim it all back for all share holders as the costs are reduced and more support is achieved.  We shall discuss this later.

Then this all shareholders can approve of. We'll wait for what your investigation finds.

Looks like someone contacted authorities in Hong Kong.

I didn't realize someone had already done this?  Somone beat me to it?

So I guess your going to ignore our questions like Sam?

Nine,

I guess by debt collection you mean they will convince labcoin to pay back the remaining funds to shareholders?

Because if they keep the funds or you do then thats just stealing and extortion, and is not very legal.  You need to be more clear on what the outcome is.
924  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: October 22, 2013, 05:08:39 PM
It doesn't matter what he wants to do. He has clearly failed. Someone should call fabrizio at work and tell him he has 48hours to return remaining btc or authorities in hong kong will be contacted.
925  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: October 22, 2013, 04:42:33 PM

I don't see any point in sending debt collectors of any type after him. If they could get the money at all that just hurts shareholders and helps the collectors.

^^ we need to have a vote to end the project and refund the BTC.
926  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: October 22, 2013, 02:23:26 PM
It would be hilarious to see a picture with fabrizio in his underwear and black eyes holding up a sign with "I am Sam Noi" lmao
927  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: October 22, 2013, 02:21:45 PM
Will the debt collected go to shareholders or just nine lives and his tough guy friends?
928  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: October 22, 2013, 02:16:45 PM
So the conclusion here is fabrizio steals our bitcoins or tough guys steal them. In effect Nine lives is going to illegally steal the remaining bitcoins with the help of his criminal friends.

Either way shareholders get screwed, you just get to chose the mate that will fuck you.

I've initiated an investigation through some tough contacts of mine.  They understand allot of money is at stake and know they also can collect allot of this from Sam / Fab / Tatt as "compensation and to cover their fees".  This is going to cost me $$$ too but I don't care.  I'm not being taken for a ride.  I will not post my findings until someone is in-front of these thieves (Sam / Fab / Tatti).  I've caught up to fraudsters before and I will do it again.  I've had enough and lost too much to sit back and watch.  I will not be ignored.

Stay tuned.

So they are going to take the remaining btc and screw the shareholders? Lol

Anyone interested in contributing to the committee/reps, join IRC now in #labcoin and pm me.

No because it's dumb.  Sam can't even keep a promise of posting something, and communicating with the swede, you think hes going to collaborate with a board.
