921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: March 29, 2016, 04:33:10 PM
I think it's more about the encouraging thing to use bitcoin rather than what is stopping people from using it, Plenty of people did not even start to use bitcoin because they lacked the sufficient motivation to do so.. If there is sufficient motivation "i.e giveaways, discounts" etc... I think the typical non-bitcoin-users would be encouraged to give it a try.
922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Suggest me Safest bitcoin wallet on: March 29, 2016, 04:28:57 PM
The safest bitcoin wallet would be a fully-offline non-PC based paper wallet generated with an offline armory in a PC that has not and won't be connected to the internet, Then keeping few copies of it in a bank vault or your personal vault IMO, I don't like hardware wallets that much and still see them as relatively vulnerable compared to offline paper wallet IMO.
923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet with lowest transcation fee on: March 29, 2016, 04:25:52 PM
In most wallets, You can set up your own fees i.e you can use a 0 BTC fee, But that is not recommended at all, You would end up having transactions stuck for hours or even days if you do that, Some websites cover the fees for the users but the only ones I came across where gambling sites (And I don't recommend holding your bitcoin in those).
924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: March 29, 2016, 04:24:00 PM
I am one of the "holders" If I may say, I see it has a potential to rise much more than it already did and with that gaining mainstream use and further increase in price subsequently, The halving incoming soon and I see it improving the price as well, A good time to be holding coins IMO.
925  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: March 29, 2016, 04:22:31 PM
I did in 2013 when I first came in and joined the crow and I still do, Bitcoin went through so many up's and down's but is still existing, usable and accepted by many people, I think it has grown so much from when I first joined in.
926  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: March 29, 2016, 04:21:00 PM
I don't see why anyone related and already knows about bitcoin would choose to use a bank with it, Bitcoin is based on the decentralization concept IMO and it being centralized with a bank would take the purpose away, Also you are your own bank with bitcoin, You don't get an interest but you can keep your own coins in your own possession.
927  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: March 29, 2016, 04:19:22 PM
Personally I prefer bitcoin, but probably this is due to me being one of the high-five bitcoin fans, In reality the range of selection would be really narrow if you are using bitcoin, You would need to choose from 3-4 Merchant websites rather than a list of websites and top stores which is the case with PayPal, For merchants however I think bitcoin has more advantages "with it's disadvantage being it is only used by few customers".
928  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the Future of Bitcoin ? on: March 29, 2016, 04:11:40 PM
I think it has a relatively good possibilities for success, With the increased mass adoption and getting increased media coverage bitcoin should get the opportunity to show it's true worth. I think it has the potential to be a top currency worldwide overtime.
929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: March 29, 2016, 03:58:25 PM
IMHO I don't see England as a good bet considering there overall performance in important matches and them dropping in a match they should have won is relatively common, They almost even blown away the easy win they should have had in there last group match and had to play to the last balls to win...
NZ is different from the previous team but I think it's a good one overall, I doubt England can knock them out with a half-hearted performance.
930  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Enormous ways to earning Bitcoin on: March 29, 2016, 03:54:13 PM
You would need to invest some money into bitcoin if you are aiming to earn big from it, There are no free big earning methods at the current time with bitcoin, Even if you invest, The risk of losing the invested money is still as high as the chance of making big profit from it.
931  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities on: March 29, 2016, 03:53:06 PM
Just by common sense, There is. If you look at every currency in the current world you see it being used by criminals, The more successful the higher and larger the adoption is.. USD is being used by some of the biggest criminals and almost all of them but that is not the fault of the tool but of the criminal.
932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: March 29, 2016, 03:51:15 PM
I think it has a very good future overall, I see it being used more widely than it is being used currently, Getting more mainstream and top market adoption and becoming bigger and better overtime. if everything goes as it's moving now it will be a top digital currency.
933  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what happens to Bitcoin if internet goes down? on: March 29, 2016, 03:49:27 PM
I doubt bitcoin could maintain it's usability if the internet is to go down in someway, Bitcoin is currently so internet based that it's hard to see it being used in any other way, Bitcoin in general is an electronical online currency, I don't see it being any other way.
934  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: March 29, 2016, 03:46:16 PM
I am not doing so at the time but I think it is possible to do it overall, You would either need a very big overall investment into the bitcoin industry to get started with it or you would require to be employed by an already-running bitcoin project, Not easy considering the size of the competition.
935  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: March 29, 2016, 03:44:29 PM
I would have spent some of them in a physical bitcoin shop if there is any in my area but there aren't, I practically almost traveled to visit a bitcoin ATM that opened close to my area but couldn't find a cafe or anything like it accepting bitcoin till now.

Extremely bad experience here and one of the worst customer support services I seen in the recent time//
I registered few days ago for the lottery they were running, giving a lottery ticket for finding eggs, I found 2-3 eggs and checked the results 2 days after that, I found my name within the winners here

Bar***   50 mBTC
Not sure about it exactly but the name seems to fit, Then I proceeded to login and my problem with them began...

I was told my password was wrong then I tried resetting it and was told user is not active, Till this point I still though it was some kind of mistake.

Then I was told to wait and was hanged up on! Yes hanged up, that's the first time a support agent does that to me and I was more shocked than annoyed because it was so unexpected and the conversation was joining on normally.

I tried sending them an email and few messages but all were ignored..
937  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to mine?? on: March 27, 2016, 03:55:32 PM
You can use sites like Betarigs but that's only if you mine coins which you know are going to give you profit else it's costly...
