 Weeks ago I suggested in IRC that we make crop circles all over the world to promote Blackcoin. We tossed around how we could make it work, how much media coverage it could get, if we could even get farmers to let us destroy their crops in the name of Blackcoin... well, community. Crop Circle ProjectThough mysterious and apparently other-worldly, crop circles can be created very easily. A simple crop circle such as the BlackCoin logo could be created by 2-3 people in a matter of hours. Don't believe me? Watch this YouTube video:

The only tools required are a large rope, wooden planks, and a surveyor's tape. These items can be secured at Home Depot or likely any hardware store for ~$30 or less.These are the steps we need to take to make this happen:1) Find locations. My idea is to choose farms near helicopter coverage - IE: where news helicopters already fly every day for weather/traffic.
2) Contact farmers and ask them if we can create the greatest image ever to grace their land. We may be able to raise a small BlackCoin bounty for their trouble.
3) Contact media publications and see if we can get them to run a story about this.
4) Get teams together to actually make the crop circles. Teams of 2 would work, 3 or more is preferable.
5) Choose a Black night, and make as many simultaneous crop circles all over the world as possible! I WANT AT LEAST ONE ON EVERY CONTINENT.These are the things we need:1) Supplies for every crop circle team. $30 x number of crop circles.
2) If we have extra funding, we can sweeten the deal for the farmers and add a bounty to use their land. Join in!lol. this is new Ok for this one, I'm a farmer first of all, and BC holder since march 2014. What I can say about this project, is that I can be made MUCH easier than than with AG technology/GPS. I'M a corn grower and with my equipements, when I plant my corn, I can load a pre-seeding map on my monitor, that will shut the corn seeding row preciselely via GPS, so doing images like that is kinda easy now. SO less work, less plant wasted (ne destruction because was not seeded first time.) BUT: this project will be viewable only in july-august, because crops arent seeded as yet. |

When I sold my 10 s1 last month I advertised them as thoroughly tested. As new.
I sold mine as used, but already overclocked and optimized with latest firmware and cgminer  yes I manually upgraded all the units to the latest firmware also. Did it improve something for the S1? |

I have an idea, that if many people join and do the same, would help new people discover BC. Let's say I want to sell some things I do not need anymore, here in Canada we have a good online classifieds (free ads) and it's Kijiji. So let's say I'm selling some PS3 Titles for example at a very good and attractive price, but in Black Coins only. I think I will try it, nothing too loose, maybe more BC for me if it sells the new people already 'discovered' BC - thats why the old people are selling out and the price crashes lol. You must be new to Blackcoin. The last two times that happened BC was at 9500 and 4800 and both times it meant the sellers were running out of Blackcoins to sell and a pump followed. lol ^^ and what was this yesterday? a drop from 54000 to 38000 ? this was a massive panic sell on high volume ...aaand? Within TWO hours, we were back to 48k, after maybe forty minutes above 52k, testing the ceiling at the time. None of these other coins have that kind of support and responsiveness. Do your research - or just keep feeling feelings in place of thinking... It probably even looked more like a panic selling more than actually being one. Friend of mine "watched it" and said, most of the time it looked as if single persons were throwing out masive amounts of coins for up to 5k below the highest buy offer at once in order to somehow get it below 40k. And no one followed after all the cheap coins had been sucked in. He will get his lesson LOL ? who and what lesson? or do you just mean my bad English No it wasn't related to bad english (my english is bad too LOL) it was related to if it's was one person that tries to scare the market by selling below the highest buy offer, it did not work and he must have lost a couples of BC |

I still mine with official blackcoinpool. It's not just about profitability, it's because it shows up how big (and bigger) our community can be. And I'm sure Blackcoinpool will have better days beating other profitability too. |

Go look at the history of bitcoin more specifically 2011 and 2012 so much parity with BC right now. I think this coin will be huge. Wont make me rich but will give me some nice play money. Why it will not make you rich? If it follow BTC, everybody that have some BC now will be rich  |

Guys, Where can I find some market charts for BC ? Buy/Sell, Volume, etc... Something like Bitcoin Wisdom could be great  Thx ! best to wait for the BC Mega Dump that is clearly in the pipeline. How do you see a mega dump in the pipelines? lol I see about 25 BTC in buys over 49000 I know many bought in last week higher and may want to get some of it back,,,but a mega dump because everyone is saying buy now its a sure thing and what a great investment it is usually price doesnt do what all the new buyers expect lol. and check how many people sold when it went up the other day... You have a point , many shitcoin they are always saying buy now buy now, in hope to pump the price. BC is the exception, (and of course is not a shitcoin) these ADVICES are not new, and when BC was 1500-2000 sats, a month ago, thoses advices were saying too, so do some reading on this thread, go back a month ago, you will see. Progress Report
Potential investors often read this thread to determine if BlackCoin is a good investment or not. It is time consuming to weed through the FUD and troll activity. I will be launching a new site soon that will be everything BlackCoin. Until then I decided to create a quick progress report to help anyone still doubting BlackCoin.
1. BlackCoin has increased 9820% in value since launching in February.
2. From April 1st to April 21st BlackCoin has increased in value 892%.
3. In the past week BlackCoin value increased 451.11%. (After the sell off)
4. BlackCoin has a total of $ 1,839,352 in daily trade volume.
5. BlackCoin is currently #3 in trade volume only beaten by Bitcoin and Litecoin.
6. BlackCoin market cap is currently $18,360,767 which puts BlackCoin in 9th place and quickly approaching 8th place.
If we have another week of 451% gains..we could easily be trading well above 200000 sat. Obviously 200000 sat in one week is very optimistic after having a sell off, and past performance does not guarantee future performance. However, if BlackCoin value only increase by 200% this week, we will be trading near 100,000 sat.
So if you are on the sidelines waiting to buy low, forget it! Now is the time to buy BlackCoins. The mid 45,000 sat floor will increase to at least 70,000 - 80,000 sat by the end of the week.
I think that too, because now it feels like april 8-9-10th, price was about 9000 sats (I was under the impression that it was doing nothing) then BAM, you know the story |

I have to tell you guys that i got into a panic sell today and lost some more BC and BTC...  NOW I'M HOLDING. NO WHALES WON'T PLAY WITH ME LIKE THIS. I MUST CONTROL MY EMOTIONS WHEN THE COIN IS DUMPING. panic selling is not an investment strategy bro I know even though I still have more BTC than the 1st day I got into the BC. I need to calm down and keep holding even when the coin seems to crash like a plane without gas.  I am not a good trader, just holding BC a couple of years i think =P I'm sure you will earn A LOT more than someone daytrading it |

get your popcorn ready just saw a 70 btc sell wall  Can somebody explain to me what a sell wall is? A sell wall means a big sell order, ex: 40 BTC worth of blackcoin @ 40 000 , so that mean that it will be long before it go up further than 40 000... A buy wall is just the opposite on the buy orders. |

BC shows all the right technicals for a double arch breakout. Looks like we could be seeing a big move any moment.  I don't think the whales are done playing 36-31-36 yet. I prefer 36-24-36 LOL |
