don't be demotivated if things don't pick up as fast as you would like them to. Alts are not doing well in general right now.

Last dump was really a pain because it took out some buysupport that built up for days. If there is more dumping price will rebound to 0.003 at least pretty quick. As soon the dumping stops and buysupport can build up for a few days or maybe a week buying will start at a point after that. When buying starts we will see very fast appreciation. I think it also depends on general altcoinmarket.
Probably very good entry here.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if this market would turn to the upside very fast. At one point it surely will. When it turns it will be fast and who is not in will be left behind.

i have a feeling cryptsy-market is dragging us down. Is there some manipulation going on at cryptsy? All those 0.01000000 sells are still with us. What is going on with that?  He's spreading out 1 uno over 100 orders. he sells all day long 0.01 at a time since weeks and months.
Look at it. The bot is always active whenever uno is bought. It then sells for 5 minutes pieces of around 0.01uno and becomes inactive again until someone buys again. Is that observation right?

well, that bot gives us cheap coins, i guess? I would bet it disappears whenever uno rises 30% or more. Smells like a whale ... maybe another tactic to get around those fake sellwalls. His problem probably was that his fake walls were bought out too often so he had to use that bot to keep prices as low as possible?

I start feeling sorry for all those people that dumped uno in the last weeks to those measly prices. lol.

it is because there are only 250k - so big spread happens often. maybe we should start closing spread many times a day with small orders? A friendly bot would be good that plays spread on both sides with around 5 uno.
That's some buisiness right there for someone who knows how to do it. If no bot comes in we have to look after that manually.
cryptsymarket has such a bot it seems. only mintpal missing it.

i don't see how a huge spread turns off people. Maybe bigger players that want a lot, yes. But that spread is like an invitation for smaller players to trade their position up. In that spread is still room for some smaller fries  

maybe just put a bot on it to close it? I don't have one. I am sure bots will come with higher price and more volume will  close the spread.

but on the other hand: uno is so rare that the big spread is warranted - price can shoot up real fast.
it's not doge where there are billions of coins traded for single satoshi - quite the opposite

i think that big spread comes from two things
1) dumpers that didn't see the value in the coin (should be out of ammo soon) and smart buyers that want to buy as cheap as possible from those people
2) coin is oversold and most sellers know it so the sellorders don't come down

i would recommend build strong support on this level and lower and then move only small buyorders up to test hights. If dumpers are out of ammo we will surely gain ground some in price. That's how it works. Price stays low until all the dumpers are done with it. Then, when uno is in strong hands and the dumpers are out and didn't get a chance to rebuy back lower we move up.
There is one nasty breed of trader 'the evil shortseller'. We don't want him. We bought him out i think.

Uno has been steady between 0.003 and 0.006 for months now. This is the bottom from which we will very likely rise.


what about bittrex-market btw? Is that still on the table?

i informed https://www.litebit.eu about uno just yesterday. They look at it. That platform gives people the option to buy crypto directly with fiat very fast and easy. Maybe they will add uno. They are looking into it right now. They are based in the netherlands and are aimed at Europe but working on handling usd too as far as i can see. Right now it's only Euro though.

well that guy will have problems rebuying lower.

everybody seems to feel btc will rise a lot now (but it actually doesn't so much right now) and fears the water going back before the zunami. I think uno will be one of the coins where the water doesn't go back all that much just because people will hold it strong for that short timeperiod when alts (maybe) fall against btc. If the water draws back you can actually buy more cheap. keep some btc to the side to be ready for it if it happens. it maybe doesn't even happen to uno because we are actually shedueled for a rise which is a little delayed apparently because people anticipate that water-zunami-effect. So maybe uno actually holds much stronger than most other alts during a strong btc-rise (if it happens). What if btc-market plays out different this time and btc rises for a longer period but doesn't get all that crazy like in november? Either way: i am not selling uno below 0.02 and when the zunami for altcoins comes uno will probably see new alltime-high. Maybe much higher. Last rally was during a depressed market so 0.05 should be the minimum we see.  We'll see how btc plays out this time. BTC was frontrun in the price this time and maybe has a harder time to rise quick because of that. It is quite possible alts rise in a different way if btc doesn't go crazy. I personally would expect uno to rise against usd and hold pretty strong against btc coming weeks.

I like the idea of sponsoring OS-projects btw.

For getting uno more accessible without the need for newcomers to buy btc first we should look out for an exchange trading in fiat like btc-e, kraken or cryptsy soon. Or maybe another newcomer-exchange can offer that? If people could deposit money with master/visacard and buy uno directly for fiat that would be great progress.
