As for investing, he did say "people need place to invest in" meaning he is not so happy coz JD is down, coz now people need new places to invest in and most of them will scam just like Every dice. Witch is no good. And no, PD3 wont take investments. That is like 99.99% sure. So if he thinks like that, why don't he start accepting investments? It would prevent scamming and make users happy... Coz he cant and doesn't want to insure all that btc. Also doesn't need all the risks that will bring in. And also he has pretty big bankroll so why would take investments ?
