90% of them never do what they promise and crash in price.
Why does everyone fall for these when non ico coins exist?

Good news about Munne Project! Finally, will be an open alpha and anyone may participate. It will open early next week.
Greetings,
Mchrono
You might want to seriously consider making this happen immediately and no more than 24hrs. Agreed. I wanna try this coin, but it's not a feature to be open source, it's a requirement for legitimacy Yes. 1. Release the wallet source. 2. Release alpha game. 3. Provide multipool to mine for Munne All need to be accomplished about an hour ago. Lol, "dev" made his money already

Well, that didn't take long. From the attractive infographics with the little people I thought it would stay up for a while the way Bitswift managed to for a while. Anyway, here I go on my dead coin speal to come over to PandaCoin. Good devs, honesty, real tech not infographics and promises. Check out the thread and make up your own mind: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=568529.0Get out while you can. These ICOs never go back up or if they do it is a dead cat bounce or a quick pump then lights out. None here is too much of bagholder yet but it just gets worse. It always does. Been there done that. Even the master scammers at Bitswift couldn't hold their price longer than a couple of weeks. Don't forget opal

A closed source coin is unacceptable in crypto.
You control our munne, we can't trust you without the source.

We are an upcoming crypto currency and we are looking to hire a professional PR and marketing expert.
If you feel you are qualified, please PM me your resume and services.

Has the winner been decided yet?
We are still judging the entries and coming to a consensus. There are so many quality entries that it's extremely difficult to chose just one. It's been three days after extending the original deadline. Is it so hard to pick a winner from the few entries or is Opal having trouble paying the 0.05BTC prize? Opal Team is running this contest to build community support and awareness
Backfiring. Sorry, this has been handled poorly. We'll announce the winner within the next few hours

I'm going to assume that you would be paid in opal only?
Nice concept, I like it.
That is true, but you will be able to set prices in USD and have your prices auto adjust. Our beta will have no fees, so we can test the platform and support content creators

Giveaways end up lowering the price. the majority won't have enough, and will generally sell it as soon as the price moves. I recommend other methods than a giveaway. To give an extreme example, do you think Google, Microsoft, or Apple would "giveaway free shares" in order to get the stock price higher? When you give something away for free, your are lowering the value. Right now is not the time to do PR on this coin anyway. We have a few more things to build and release, and test out in the community first don't we? If this is a long term project, why are we worried about the price right now anyway? Can't we wait another month or so before we push things? People that are pushing price obviously bought some and they are hoping to sell part of their positionoff. Don't cater to those people who are complaining about the price this early. Their motive is obvious. Opal isn't even on coinmarketcap yet. There is so much to do, let's take care of the early stuff before we have 100 extra people in here complaining about this, that, and the other thing. While it's quiet and we have a tight community this is the best time to finish doing the basics. With regard to hiring PR experts, we really need to have more merchants accepting the coin. A PR can't pull a rabbit out of their butt based on ideas and future possibilities. Any PR person will tell you, give them solid things to promote. Right now, people should be more worried about how much time they have left to buy more coins before the price does go up. There is always room to buy more at these rates. Once its start spiking, you won't be able to afford more. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Don't worry, people are still drifting in here in the meantime. Every post we write gets us back up on the topic list. You raise some good points. However, having a good PR firm to promote the features we release is almost as important as those features. We're making sure to use unique strategies that will promote opal to an audience that wouldn't have otherwise heard of it.
