Although the way the match started I was actually certain that PSG will certainly win Lille because when they scored there first goal through penalty kick they became more dominating against Lille with a great performance but however just on the extra time 4 minutes Lille were able to equalize.

After a break of two weeks Leverkusen are continuing to win. Even on those weeks they got draws so they are still unbeaten since the beginning of the season. Even Bayern Munich lost once so far. This shows how amazing job Xabi Alonso and his players have been doing until this point. This time they destroyed Frankfurt by 3-0. Boniface's finish on the first goal was really lovely. Leverkusen were very dominant in this game. They didn't let Frankfurt do much against themselves. I mean this is the same Frankfurt that demolished Bayern Munich by 5-1 on the previous week.  Leverkusen has been playing a lot from the gameplay between munich and frankfurt. Xabi has been preventing his club to get the same result as bayern munich. That's amazing and easy game to predict. TBH, Liverpool is not the Liverpool of last season so it's not something that should be surprising about their performance yesterday. You can imagine a club which had less of their good players in action could still hold Jurgen Klopp's men to a goalless draw can tell one a lot. Man UTD are the only club who haven't lost at the Anfield this season and while yesterday was a day to change the record, Liverpool went ahead to flop it.
I also must commend Erik's tactic in the game yesterday as they defended more than they attacked. Infact the best way to describe their pattern was like that of a weak team which when overlooked can turn things around on the head and punish you for it as Liverpool were almost punished for their overconfidence.

That's very sad to see that liverpool was missing opportunity to get three points from manchester united and this is a win for ten hag coz he was able stealing point from anfield. But it is true that their performance at finishing their goal opportunities was really poor against Manchester United as I also said in my previous post. They are still unbeaten for many weeks though but they had better improve their scoring performance again.
I don't know what's wrong with liverpool during the game but the attacking lines seems being so wasteful with any opportunities that came to the club. Even salah was unable help liverpool to score the game against manchester united. Manchester united has been showing amazing performance for sure. Yeah that;'s shit to see how MU's defensive line is always going up and down. |

After seeing PSG performance in the group phase, of course we can judge that they will not be able to go further in the Champions League this season because the other teams are stronger than them. Also with the players, of course they don't have the mental strength to be able to win the championship. Not to think that PSG is weak this season, but they are still not strong enough to be able to overthrow Bayern Munich, Manchester City or Real Madrid this season. I think Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are too strong this season so if PSG faces them of course PSG will have difficulty beating them.

PSG had so many top players but the club was unable in using all of their full potentials. This is the problem owned by PSG. The only world class player was mbappe. Im not seeing other big player other than him in the club. This is also the main problem owned by PSG. The club has so many resources but it was always failed in building a proper team. Interesting to see the results of ManCity and Liverpool this week, it gives the advantage for Aston to leading the league next week.
Any team who win in the Liverpool vs Arsenal match will be leading the league but if it draws then Aston will be number 1, they are only facing Sheffield at home.
