922  Other / Off-topic / Re: Living in Russia. on: March 09, 2016, 03:17:06 AM
I don't think that I am ever going to go to Russia. It just scares the shit out of me every time I hear stories like this.
Well, I think that you should never read stories from Brazil or Columbia then. That's where your shit gonna be scared out of you.
923  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst Movies You Have Ever Watched on: March 09, 2016, 03:13:10 AM
The Blair Witch already been mentioned? This stupid crap is one of the worst I've ever experienced on the screen.
924  Other / Off-topic / Re: Money, girls and cars, what's your addiction? on: March 09, 2016, 03:10:28 AM
Knowledge, weapons and influencing other people's lives are the best addictions to have.
925  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Leroy Fodor has gone Full-Delusional; StakeMiners is 100% confirmed insolvent! on: March 09, 2016, 03:02:35 AM
Just was watching a thread with your birthday and went through a link. Trying really, really, really hard to understand what the hell is going on here. Gleb, what is going on here? Your atmospheric posts are worth reading, but I am still trying to understand some of them. As well as this thread in a whole.
926  Other / Off-topic / Re: Google just wished me a Happy Birthday ;D ;D ;D on: March 09, 2016, 02:58:37 AM
Gleb, are you really that old?
927  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can you name the dude under this pussy? on: March 09, 2016, 02:53:04 AM

i am guessing that the guy is you.

Nope, not me.

Also, I have no idea who took the pic, but I do know 100% who the dude is because he linked to it via his very first Reddit post six years ago (taxing my memory). Once guessed or when everybody gives up, I'll link to the proof.

Meanwhile, how 'bout 'nother clue: BF
You mean a Battlefield player? Or is this some other kind of abbreviation?
928  Other / Off-topic / Re: Lets play a game of Chess on: March 09, 2016, 02:49:13 AM
Op is it true that there can happen no 2 same chess games? Especially, taking into account the fact that most chess games are starting with a debut that are rather typical?
929  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are some of your favorite songs on: March 09, 2016, 02:44:13 AM
Right now there are three of them by The Pretty Reckless: Make Me Wanna Die, Zombie and Hit Me Like a Man. Taylor is totally gorgeous. Listen to them only in acoustic versions:

931  Other / Off-topic / Re: what pc game should i play on: March 09, 2016, 02:33:38 AM
Warcraft III
Generals: Zero Hour
Fallout 1,2
Counter-Strike: Source
Diablo 1-2
Disciples 2
Battlefield 2

All of them have a soul, and are still one of the best games I've ever played.
932  Other / Off-topic / Re: Name your favorite YouTube channel on: March 09, 2016, 02:27:26 AM
Was How To Basic already mentioned? This is a wonderful boy and a wonderful channel. He can basically teach you to do anything:D
933  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people use so many Bitcoin wallets? on: March 09, 2016, 02:20:39 AM
Because it is comfortable. You're making a new wallet for any payment, and as if payments happen regularly (mining etc), you perfectly know where your payments come from. This is a useful feature.
934  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: March 09, 2016, 02:10:50 AM
Bitcoin is about porn as much as any other fiat currency is. Its only pro is a bit higher anonymity.
935  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Silk Road Founder Ross Ulbricht Sentenced to Life in Prison on: March 09, 2016, 02:04:23 AM
I am not much a fan of SilkRoad and all what they were into about, but a life sentence is a bit too much for this.
936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: March 09, 2016, 01:57:38 AM
Today, the biggest problem about Bitcoin is block size. As soon as it is resolved and transactions start to go through immediately in x10 or x100 size - the price and usage will burst dramatically.
937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we find Bitcoin wallet? on: March 09, 2016, 01:49:31 AM
Not long ago I've read a piece of news that one of the IT companies has found a way to analyse the block chain and deanonymze absolutely any address. It was somewhere about November I suppose, will look right now and try to find it. They were going to patent the technology.
938  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: March 09, 2016, 01:42:48 AM
In 20 years, we'll be using gadgets that we cannot even imagine right away. I would be happy to hope that Bitcoin is going to stay one of them, but for some reason it seems to me that a better solution will be found on that time.
939  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto: "Bitcoin can scale larger than the Visa Network" on: March 09, 2016, 01:36:39 AM
In order to be able to scale larger than Visa network, Bitcoin needs to offer something more concurrent than Visa network. Right now even the block size problem has no chosen way of resolving, and Visa offers absolutely incomparable amount of transactions per hour. Until this problem and many others get resolved, Bitcoin has nothing to offer against Visa.
940  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Soft block size limit reached, action required by YOU on: March 09, 2016, 01:27:34 AM
There is the only ting I am worried about: was that Satoshi, quoted in OP-post, a real one? Why is everyone thinking that this is the word of a real creator of Bitcoin?
