first off...what a ride its been...I sold everything off few weeks ago...still kicking myself for not selling off when i had double my coins but oh well...still made a couple hundred off btctc...lucky i sold then and not now...well good luck to you creativex n everyone else...I'm cashing out my btc for fiat since i dunno if it is going to hit over 200 anytime soon...plus i need to pay off some bills...btc is just way to unstable for my taste...turned 500-1k (didn't really keep that good track what i put into btc) into 5k...I'll take it Cheesy cya

you want to know what it feel likes getting screwed ?

buy a block of stock with real money  and watch it reverse split 10 to 1 twice in 4 years while devaluing  to 30 cents a share.

All investments are risk .

you get out when when no longer can afford the loss or are just tired off the loss.

if you go long and hold  you may be rewarded  but there is no guarantee .  if you want a sure things look into c.o.d.s  and bonds . and be patient.

what we are involved in here, is high risk  and it may even be border line  insanity,  but thats what all hot markets are like . you play in the fire and hope to hell you dont get burned.

+1 I like this...can i put on a fire suit and play in da fire? Grin Is insanity still considered insanity if everyone that is playing is insane? or is it just normal?

and it burns, burns, burns  Cheesy

927  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: July 24, 2013, 07:49:51 PM
well fraq me...this is crazy that the usa is going after everything btc...damn fed getting scared that btc will replace them

so if BM gets dropped on btc tc.co what happens then? what would happen to our shares n da mining equipment?
928  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: July 23, 2013, 09:11:50 PM
i like icebreaker Cheesy and i also like pps for the peace of mind...i started off mining in dec 23rd of last year on slush's pool...didn't really do any math but i was happy with the btc rolling in...then all the bad stuff happening to slush's pool i was forced to look at other pools and i picked btcguild for the pps...didn't like the 7% fee but oh well...now i look back at how much i might have lost due to variance on slush and wish i read n found pps to start with...but not like it matters anymore with the skyrocketing diff. rate...

I trust eric to run BM and i think he is doing a great job...and i'm happy i took all my btc n bought in when i did cause i have doubled my btc thanks to AM n BM...hoping to triple when AMC golden boat arrives but if that doesn't happen oh well i lost 1btc big deal...not happy i had to use 1 bm share to purchase amc shares but what can ya do...i didn't wanna miss the last of the .0025 share price on btc tc...

I'm holding everything long unless i feel i can sell some and get my original purchase coins back and then everything else will be free money to play with...I'm still hoping btc takes off and goes to the moon n then we all rich Cheesy hoping n praying for that everyday...I'm still feeling great about all this...where else can you turn 1k into 8k in six months without having to do much work? plus it was fun mining n putting computers together.

Maybe BM should find some of those avalon chips n make some DIY avalons that everyone else is doing....we may have 1k btc to buy with...but that 1k isn't doing anything just sitting there...but that is upto him to decide and i'm loving my divy payments everyday from bm Smiley
929  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: July 23, 2013, 12:21:19 AM

930  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: July 21, 2013, 11:15:52 PM
placeholder to watch thread...wish i'd known about another thread sooner
931  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: July 20, 2013, 05:00:08 PM
i think divy payment gonna be 0.00016630 per share (but don't hold me to that, I'm not good at math) ... not quite the highest divy payment yet but i'll still take it Cheesy

Our minirig is safe and sound. I need to unwind a bit before I unload it, heck of a long drive. I'll snap off some pics and hopefully get it online yet tonight.

Cheers.

*cracks the whip* no rest for the tired hehe j/king great job on finding that deal n WB Smiley

if i can't buy them, a lot of people can't. what's that mean then?
demand is high, we should raise the price.

somebody gets it.

Greed?

Seriously.  Happy customers = repeat customers and invaluable word of mouth advertising.  Its not going to be pretty when they realize their 1BTC device can only make .5 BTC in its lifetime.

I fear Bitcoin is going to turn out to become a game for the rich. Who are either the lucky first adopters who didn't delete their wallet.dat or the likes of the Winklevii who were already rich and could afford to diversify into BTC. You can only make money with money. Just like in the current financial system.

The Average Joe will just have to sweat to get scraps from the tables of the wealthy. Same as it ever was.  Roll Eyes

I'm a average joe...i got some scraps from BM which between AM n BM i've doubled my btc worth...didn't have to sweat too much clicking buttons...thou i did invest all my mined btc into it and even 5 btc i bought with fiat...but yes i agree...those who are rich now have been greatly rewarded by btc and everyone who didn't stick it out with btc from the start are jealous, myself included...oh well what can ya do
935  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: July 14, 2013, 02:08:56 PM
I am so happy I invested in this...Creativex keep up the great work Smiley
936  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: July 12, 2013, 07:22:28 PM
Finally found my golden boat...wish it would have been the golden boat of AM but didn't find out bout btc til dec. 2012...oh well I think i did great with BM...and thanks for increasing my total btc Smiley If i knew BM was going to take off like this i'd spent more on it instead of AM...

Approx Profit
฿ 28.809245  34.364245  wow can't keep up with it lol

guess i'm on my way to a 10 bagger Cheesy

is this how ppl in AM IPO felt? good feeling
937  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [I paid for my avalon months late, now surprised that it hasn't arrived] on: July 06, 2013, 05:36:14 PM
Derailed Thread is Derailed Cheesy
938  Economy / Securities / Re: [AMC]-The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion on: June 28, 2013, 12:37:55 AM
I think the crash is more to do with btc/usd price crash more.

LOL, now we are really pulling at straws.  A fluctuation of 2-3 dollars is keeping people from investing in "the fastest, most awesomest super duper chip design ever?"

I just realized it wasn't smart of me to buy shares when there are TONS of shares yet to be sold. Anything could happen before it reaches it last 100k shares. And that should've been the point where i should buy. If people stop buying halfway you're screwed.
Learned something for next time Smiley

Ya i just thought about that also...oh well if it doesn't happen .47btc gone...and yes i'm foolish/careless...I bought those w/o doin any reading

missed the golden AM boat and hell the very golden boat of btc all together...just swimming behind it trying to catch up sucks, so might as well take a gamble n hope i don't crap out but with my luck we're all doomed  Tongue Cheesy Kiss
939  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: June 26, 2013, 02:21:02 AM
wow did the price take off...bought 3 @ .66 looking pretty good right about now...wish i could have bought more...I'm hoping the split goes through Smiley have 5 btc inbound via coinbase
940  Other / Archival / Re: Pictures of your mining rigs! on: June 25, 2013, 01:05:48 AM
hey guys seen a lot of nice rigs in this thread, some in crates some in open case frames. My question is what are you guys putting under the MOBO, are you guys just laying it on the plastic or metal?

either is bad...metal will short out mobo and plastic/cardboard can start on fire because if your running a mobo with 4 vid cards the mobo is supplying alot of juice unless you have powered raisers...i suggest using metal standoffs that are in your case...then nothing is touching the mobo and gets some air on the bottom Smiley but make sure you use all holes for the standoffs...2 or more vid cards weigh alot and don't want to sag your mobo
