I have the same problem. As I think this is the problem of my old HDD. You can try to move your blockchain files to an SDD. the new wallet will start 50x faster i have already tested this it was (beta 2.0), but now we fixing the issues and will add enigma features, then we will release it nice bro c4shm3n good news  I will wait for the new release ;2.0 when i run cloak wallet its take no more than 5 minutes i think so. so maybe i think you have very slow connection so its taking too much time or something other problem or you did mistake not 40 minutes you add 0 (zero) by mistake in your question because 40 minutes can not be possible NO bro , that's right . very long time I've experimented with a lot of other currencies, Almost 90% no problems ,It's only minutes or less Anyway thank you , I'll wait for the new version

so you can loose your coins, if the disk crashes (or you loose your wallet.dat) and between last backup and loosing wallet was process a posa trans. but we will solve this with deterministic addresses in future. for now you can write a backup script and copy wallet.dat of running wallet. this works, i have tested it with a friend some weeks and our backups are useable. here we can help you with your script: http://forum.cloakcoin.com/threads/backup-script-for-operators-of-posa3-nodes.317/I have same problem explorer show it send somewhere 5000 cloak but my account is correct it show only wrong count in explorer.
ok, i guess explorer shows correct, becouse not all coins are still on the address you are looking for. your wallet created a new address and your coins are bind to it. you can see this, wenn you acitvate coincontroll in your wallet under advanced settings. then press on the "send" gui the input button. you will see there your addresses and your coins. i hope this helps It happened to me a few days ago Thank you for the information I hope fix the error in the near future I have another question please When I run the program takes too much time about 40 minutes or more (slow)? Hi folks.
I have been following this thread for a while as I am a great fan of Cloakcoin and have purchased quite a fair amount of them over the last 12 months.
Even though the price development has been quite dissapointing I have never lost me believe in this coin and its claim to be one of the best anonymous altcoins.
I have looked at the compare sheet and find the information very usefull and reassuring. News about XMR also confirm my believe that there is demand for a solid
and truly anonymous technology. Cloakcoin's decentralized approach in combination with CloakShield - or "Enigma" (which I find perfect) strike me as the best approach to guarantee long term anonymity.
The problem is: I know and believe, some of you know and believe - but - the world out there does not know what Cloakcoin is capable of delivering. So please, do it like me, go out and tell everybody you know, even if they dont want to hear it, that CloakCoin is the most powerful anonymous coin, with the best technology and currently totally undervalued.
I know this currency has its history, but it is never too late to make things happen and I believe that Cloakcoin will fly like an eagle in the very near future.
Undervalued today, a hot hype tomorrow.....
PS: By the way, I can see a little problem with all the folks who have their coins staked on Bittrex - currently there seem to be 2.2 Mio Cloakcoins deposited and lined up for sale.
On Livecoin the number is 22.200.
Should the Bittrex market collapse for any reason - and we all know things like this have happened, Cloakcoin will be dead with half its base gone. Just a thought....
