If you are an ICO investors, I don't think you can, just like ICONOMI, this is implemented to project the investors incase of any posible hack. If you are writing about bounty tokens, the team have not come out with guidelines to collect your bounty tokens

This has been my concern about Lisk project, there is no concrete development going to a year, I can't point to any Dapps that is working on the platform. The problem is not money since the project is well capitalize, what I see is the talent pool, they project lack good developers and the project is suffering for this. There is no same for  Max to step down and allow a new person with right vision and know how to lead the project
