921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ethereum overpower Bitcoin in the future? Which side are you on? on: September 01, 2020, 11:01:36 AM

Ofcourse Ethereum is very innovative, it is infact one of the most innovative projects out there, but BTC will continue to dominate unless Ethereum brings something so huge that it will lead mass adoption and will be seen a better store of value than BTC. Ethereum was never intended to be a store of value.

My vote is still on Bitcoin the dominance is still there and I don't see it changing in the next two years Ethereum is still a long way to go but they are still developing and evolving with new features every year.
Dominance:
BTC 54.8%
ETH 13.0%
USDT 3.35%

There are a lot of works to be done adoption is still ongoing and for people to get into the other coins, they must go through Bitcoin first, it's the one that started it all and the basic of Cryptocurrency is Bitcoin.

923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm dumping my coins because.. on: August 27, 2020, 03:09:18 PM
Once there are no updates anymore coming from their telegram channels and you see the coins losing its value in the market and volume is going down, then it's time to give up, that coin or token and dump all of it because that is the warning sign that investors are waiting to dump.
924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Name really matter in crypto? on: August 27, 2020, 02:53:23 PM

I agree with you, the name won't carry the project to the top but the product and services that is available for render for the community. There projects with weird names but they are successful with their products and services and others have some most better names but unfortunately don't are not as successful as compared to their brand names.

Who would have thought that a word coined from a dog will be one of the successful coins in the market but it did and that's DOGE coin, we could have Cat a lizard or a bear for a name but if they can offer features and security I'll be willing to support that than a good name that is obviously will turn to scam.
925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to call the people into crypto on: August 26, 2020, 01:03:46 PM
The world is into technological advancement with high and intelligent development of digital platforms purposely to help and make human life into a convenient world.

Today, DeFi catch the mind, heart, or possible even the pocket of interested persons to grab the opportunities to invest. DeFi or known as Decentralized Finance will change the world perspective with regards to Financial matters which every household own some money and do transactions.

Do you think now is the right time to call the people into crypto world?

Anytime is always the right time to invite people in Cryptocurrency so long as you can explain to them clearly what it's bringing to humanity, even if the market is in bear trend you still can invite people to invest as long as they understand how everything works, and they know that they only need invest what they can afford to lose.
926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple the next bitcoin? on: August 26, 2020, 12:30:56 PM
You need to do your research Ripple and Bitcoin are world's apart Bitcoin is decentralized while Ripple that you really like is a centralized coin, it will never be better than Bitcoin although it's profitable to invest on Ripple there's no way it can surpass Bitcoin.
927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin use? on: August 24, 2020, 12:21:29 PM
If you want to follow the development of Litecoin then the best way to do that is to get inside their forum and their social media channels, Litecoin is still doing fine, it's doing great in the market, they are in the number seven position in the market volume is still high, and there are many exchanges that have Litecoin pair and I'm always using it to trade whenever I have problem with the top coins transaction fees, I will still see it on top of the market in the coming years.
928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is very excited at the moment. on: August 24, 2020, 02:57:11 AM
It is very exciting at the moment and it will continue to be exciting because last March we have seen how it rebounded big time after a huge crash because of the pandemic, investors are now preparing Cryptocurrency than stocks and assets, Bitcoin is up 70% after the rebound a big proof that Cryptocurrency is the safe haven in this trying times.
929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Non DeFi projects starts going DeFi on: August 24, 2020, 02:23:39 AM
Be suspicious of any projects that just decide to implement DeFi all of a sudden when DeFi wasn't implemented in the project's features from the beginning, this is nothing but a way to take advantage of DeFi Hypes going on nowadays, if you are a deep crypto fan like myself you should be seeing few old projects that aren't DeFi from birth and start talking about implementing DeFi feature, I'm 100% against this act as it's unclean and dangerous

I don't trust these projects that left their project original concept and adopt other concepts, this is just to get money from investors who are now very much into DeFi, it shows they are not serious about their project and dedication to their platform, people trust them because of the platform they earlier promote.
930  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Whyte vs Povetkin on: August 23, 2020, 05:14:03 AM

To be frank it is not that surprising as i still remember his big media engagement and the way in which he was confident in knocking out Anthony Joshua back in 2015 and instead Whyte was knocked out just like he was knocked out this time by Alexander Povetkin. Before the fight i was rooting for Whyte to win as he started planting the seeds to fight Tyson Fury but everything came out crashing.

All the time Whyte is complaining that Fury should be fighting him and not Wilder he now losses the opportunity to fight Fury for the title I don't know where Whyte's career is going now, he is out of the top rank and it will take some time before we see again, a lot of opportunities gone for Whyte.
931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency is all about Hodling. on: August 22, 2020, 12:32:22 PM

Knowing when to hodl, when not to hodl is an important skill you need.

Adding the knowledge what to Hodl and How to HODL it is also very important even if you are good in HODLING and you know how to interpret a signal but you don't know how to look on a coin to HODL you're still going to lose a lot, there's an art and profit in thr word HODL.
932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you agree to insure your participation in the bounty company? on: August 22, 2020, 12:21:01 PM

The thing is, they don't really care about paying us, they got what they need which is your hardwork of advertising their product. It's all their call to pay you on time or not. Bottom line is once you committed of becoming a bounty hunter, then you need to know the risks of not getting paid or underpaid and so on.

That is why we need to work with bounty manager with a proven track record bounty manager that will escrow the tokens for bounty hunters after the crowdfunding, than working on a newbies manager, we have seen Bubbalex and Bounty Detective guarantying payment to the bounty hunters, and this is good also for the campaign
933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where Are You Next 5 Years? on: August 21, 2020, 01:42:59 AM
Hey.

You Think What Is Your Placement In The Crypto Currency In The Next 5 Years?

How Many Money You Earned That Time?

And What Do You Want To Do With Your Earning? Cool

This technology is permanent as long as there is an internet, and there is a lot to explore even if it is 5 or ten years so I will probably stay here and explore, promote and invest even if become rich or poor from investing, a lot of fo excitement and new things are coming out here every week and months and years.
934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Monero get delisted, again on: August 20, 2020, 05:13:12 AM

This getting delisted is not a new thing but it will start making traders and investors to be scared of trading Monero. But to think of it am sure they are delisting not Because its not a good coin but probably agreement wasn't reached
Regulation has something to do with it, they do now want privacy coins because authorities want to trace every transaction, they do not want abuse and they don't want criminals to use Cryptocurrency for money laundering, because we all know Monero has privacy and mixing features where it's hard to trace transactions.
935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Crypto be more valuable than gold? on: August 19, 2020, 06:59:27 AM
I have thought that one key advantage crypto (bitcoin, litecoin, Dash, monero etc.) has over gold is that its supply level is fixed and transparent, but can this or features make crypto more valuable than gold?

It's already surpassed its value, Crypto is more valuable now than gold if I will choose a gift I will prefer Crypto to Gold because the value is increasing and there are usage it's not only a store of value but a means of payment as well Crypto is considered the internet version of gold.
936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your thought about New projects? on: August 18, 2020, 01:36:17 AM
If you visit some crypto forum you will see so many upcoming cryptocurrency projects coming into the industry but sometimes I begin to wonder what is their purpose of bringing in New crypto project knowing well that some of them have wrong motion of the project they are bringing, I have participated in so many of them last year but I have not hear from them again some are abandoned on the proccess with a lot of promises they come with just to gain your interest. What do you think?

This is the reason why we have to dig deep on every project that comes along that you want to promote or invest, there are false and real projects their many fakes and there's also real projects but unfortunately, there are so many fake projects than real ones, investors are losing money and bounty hunters are losing time because of these fake projects I prefer to move on and keep looking for a real projects.
937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quality Projects Revival on: August 16, 2020, 03:09:52 PM
I was thinking about it so i thought to post about it here and discuss about this matter. Actually I have seen many good projects that either paused or cancelled there projects due to long bears market and decline of ICOs, I am talking about 2018 and onwards.
There were some good projects that got discouraged and closed the projects due to low or no funding in the bear market. My personal suggestion would be that the teams should consider reviving their projects now, modify them according to new market needs and then come up with a MVP and then start IEO or ITO as the market conditions seems to be improved now.
So what do you guys think about it?
Which projects or coins come to your mind that could have done well if they were able to raise decent funds?
Also if someone from the team of such projects reads this, he/she can share his thoughts and opinion too.

As long as they did not run with investors money and if they launch an ICO and failed to reach the soft cap and return investor's money I don't see any reason why should proceed with their project they can try again now that the market is better and there are a lot of fo investors coming in but they have to compete with fresh ideas now, and it's not going to be easy.
938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pi Network is at 5 million users on: August 16, 2020, 02:27:24 PM
At first, it was interesting mining every day but at some point, I got tired of it because nothing was forthcoming. If the developers are really serious about this project then they should move forward with good listing to show how serious they are. It boring mining without ant future clearity.

I have it in my phone but it's been so many months but no updates about listing or how to claim this coin, yes they do have 5 million users according to their stat but I wonder if the number will reflect when they start doing KYC there are huge numbers of multiple users here we never know, sometimes I forgot to turn it on because it looks useless your earnings is only on papers.
939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If someone mistakenly sent you 1 ETH, what would you do? on: August 15, 2020, 06:28:07 AM
What will you do if someone accidentally or mistakenly sent you 1 ETH? Will you donate it to a charity? Will you send it back to its original owner? If it were me, I'd return it back to its original owner as long as he/she is able to provide a signed message with the address' private key proving the coin's ownership. But since crypto is widely unregulated, anyone can do as they please.

Thoughts? Huh

In the first place, how did you know that it was accidentally sent unless the sender reach out to you to let you know that he sent you Ethereum by mistakes, we must first establish who owns it and why it was sent to our address and if he has a valid reason then I will send it back it's very seldom to happen that you got free Ethereum there's always a reason behind it not just by mistake.
940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's happening with Bitcoin & altcoins? on: August 15, 2020, 05:48:58 AM
It was already months that Bitcoin has been struggling to reach the next level ($10,000). There is no a clear sign that Bitcoin continues rising up or declining its price in the near future. Now, some altcoins can increase their prices more than Bitcoin. Some people stated that it may be the bullish time for altcoins. While others still doubted it, and they claimed it is only about temporary pump done by whales. Well, what do you think about this, guys?
If it's only temporary then at least we made a profit from it, the pump I don't think is only temporary the market is moving up many people are buying more that is the market motivation now the buy support is now stronger then selling I'm very positive that we caN AT LEAST REACH $17000.
