I play hearstone a lot too. There's no need to be in certain region to use it.
What I tryng to say is ....
I got a friends who's a professional and he plays in ASIA , LA , NA , and Europe so doesn't matter were u @ while playing the only problem is that u can't share cards from different's servers.
I do play in LA.

I am not interested with such a high delay fees.There will be no delay in repayment.I have a past history of early repayment before the deadline. The first is beware of getting money from stolen accounts you should check that people who sent you money own for real the account.
Here are many scam acussation regarding this kind of behavior with Pokerstars.
