921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Pro Kabaddi League Discussion and updates on: August 20, 2019, 04:45:49 PM
Mumbai is on a losing streak and lost the match yestertday as well to Haryana by 27-30. Thus they are placed now on 6th Spot on the ranking table. Pink Panther is leading the league and followed by Delhi and Bengal.  Though the points margin between each of the team is just like couple of them so couple of staright wins will help the team to rise quickly in this table.

For some time Op has given updates and now you've been giving continuous updates. Good on your efforts to keep the thread active, as there is not much of people watching Kabaddi there is not much of active conversations. I believe this league continues for a much longer time.
922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's behind the fraud project? on: August 20, 2019, 03:51:19 PM
There is no perfect definition for the term fraud project, because some projects are developed intentionally to scam the common people and run away. Same time there are projects that came with something unique, meanwhile due to the lack of funding and other issue gets lagging in development and some gets stopped. This way there are projects that go as a fraud one. These days people find it with ease the scam projects and going through the scam accusations section we can understand the projects which are scam and stay away.
923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How people fund their Sportsbooks on: August 20, 2019, 03:28:15 PM
There isn't much of sportsbook with their native token popular among the common cryptocurrency users. Majority of the users prefer to spend on privately funded ones with high trust. These days there is quite a low number of sportsbook available for the gamblers compared to the casinos with cryptocurrency acceptance.
924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What If Satoshi Actually Lost His Private Keys on: August 20, 2019, 03:05:28 PM
One who has innovated such a technology will always have the responsibility to keep his private keys secure. He hasn't revealed himself to the outer world, but there will be few users who have had conversations with him during the early days. This way Satoshi can prove himself even if some sort of accident occurs.

A genius like him will never have his private keys saved somewhere else, surely he will have things memorized.
925  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Libra Disrupt The Financial/Economic System? on: August 19, 2019, 09:22:28 AM
Libra is something same as the stablecoin, and it gains more potential through its backing from facebook. For a long time facebook was doing a research on the need for cryptocurrencies and the way it can be functional without flaws. There is nothing to panic thinking about the economic system that's been used around. Libra is just a supportive platform, and this gives ease in the accessibility and the same isn't gonna make any big impact over the economic system.
926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Projects Paying Out in Bitcoin or Ethereum Instead of Bounty Native Token on: August 16, 2019, 11:59:06 PM
Not only for the pumping and dumping factors, using the top cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and ethereum as rewards for the bounty participation gives more visibility to the ico project as majority give rewards with their native token. After a long I came across two Bounty projects paying users with bitcoin and ethereum.

927  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Africa needs bitcoin, not a charity on: August 16, 2019, 11:29:56 PM
Exactly. That's the point. Africa need not only bitcoin but  our political leaders who are corrupt and old and still ruling. It sometimes so sad that we have all these people on our continent.
A political change is a must, because in recent days people were controlled by them. Earlier the people's revolution that takes place often kept the politicians under fear and that led to change. Now there is no such revolution and if something is initiated within hours the people associated with the same will be behind the bars.

If I'm not wrong Africa is the wealthiest continent with the availability of rare metals like gold. Later little by little got evaded and the corrupt politicians almost sold the country for corporates which is the reason for bad economic development. Bitcoin doesn't gonna change anything, first of all education must be given to everyone for change.
928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I've lost on: August 16, 2019, 10:55:25 PM
Sorry with your losses, you did a wrong choice whilst you are still into loss.
While we are in sympathy with OP’s losses yet he must realized this kind of mistakes is not normal and him being greed is the reason about this
Quote
I know how painful it is to lose that amount while looking at the price hike of bitcoin. Cheer up man, there's still a lot of chances for you to recover in some other ways.
He must not risk the holding for gambling because those are different thing.he was stocked in the dumping price of bitcoin but he gambled the fund instead of waiting for the pump
Most of the time users get into gambling when there is immediate need for money. Long back they would've spend on gambling and have won a little. With that hope and not analysing much about the risk starts spending. This further turns to be a spending to recover back the loss. As in the quote lot many ways available for increasing the holdings, gambling too is one among the same when played understanding the limits.
929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: August 16, 2019, 09:54:59 PM
Pant was given enough opportunities recently, but he failed. Now it may be time for the Indian selectors to give someone else a chance. MSD needs to be replaced sometime soon, as he is already 38 years old. At the most, he has another 1-2 years left with him. The selectors need to act quickly and needs to find a replacement before he retires.
In my opinion, MSD won't be retiring anytime soon which is a great thing due to the following reasons:

- No suitable wicket-keeper worth replacing him currently(Pant is alright)
- Kohli still cannot help India win big tournaments on his own(Relies heavily on MSD)
- Though his strike rate has reduced, his ability to bat deep has helped save India on numerous occasions and a suitable replacement has still not been found

If these 3 factors are addressed perfectly, I think he might finally retire in my opinion.
If that's the case we can also indicate Kohli doing almost equal contribution as Dhoni has done on winning the matches. There is lack of captaincy which can be developed little by little, and Dhoni as a cricketer has a wide vision and takes right decision at the right time, even on his plans of getting retired. Kohli will smash all the records of Sachin soon by 2022.
930  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting feature at exchange on: August 16, 2019, 09:48:09 PM
This is just addition of service from an exchange, everything is a business. When they've got funds for the investment they keep widening the business in the possible industries. Traders never mind gambling, but when there is direct access from trading account surely users will tend to give a try. This way there is more possible chances for success of the new service along with the trading.
931  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Things That Comes Into Your Mind When Winning... on: August 16, 2019, 03:01:00 PM
Back then I created a thread to let everyone to share their amazing stories, and now it became so dramatic that we almost laugh at it.

So let's start a new one, instead of speaking again and again about strategies and its effects, instead of talking every bad things that may happen when playing to much, and also instead of talking about how will someone gonna spend their winnings and also about their feelings...

So here's the thing, what does come into your mind when you win? For the first time? For the second time? Or even for when you win always?

Of course some might say that "isn't it obvious? To bet again and to win again" but this ain't the real thing, various reasons may come up for every individual. So let us put this into discussion.

Definitely i feel excitement, and have great feeling of winning, you could understand it when a gambler win in his bet, and then starts a rush of various thinking about money where to invest it or use it in family and one more think that again start a new bet and make winning money double.

I've never thought about investing the winning amount, once after winning my minds gets free and without any fear I used to spend on the consecutive bet as my capital won't gets disturbed even if I loss in the betting. If I've invested my winnings now that could've grown big and yielded me a good return out of it.
932  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency companies still can’t open bank accounts on: August 15, 2019, 11:01:40 PM
Ok, one thing I don't understand is why would they need a bank account? If they are using crypto currencies, why would they want to open a bank account? Isn't a wallet equivalent to a bank account? I thought bank accounts were for fiat currencies. I get it, people needs fiat money, but then again  i don't see any valid reason for a bank to deny a company to create an account as long as they follow all the rules and regulation.
Banks and crypto currencies don't go with each other. In fact, crypto currencies were made to get rid of bank accounts and bring financial freedom along with privacy.
Your questions were right, but just think in a very simple way. You need to buy Bitcoin for the first time you'll need a bank account which has got your funds and the same account will be connected to the debit/credit cards. Using those you can make the purchase, and you can do it without a bank on direct face to face dealing of fiat provided in hand. When a new exchange is developed or some service related to bitcoin begins it needs bank account to make buying and selling as common people were the users. To this there were more restrictions from the banking industry as crypto industry takes their profits.
933  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Now the Perfect Time to Buy Bitcoin? on: August 15, 2019, 10:32:54 PM
For short term profiting buying Bitcoin is truly the right choice, but now the buying at a lower price point has been missed. The price fell low to $10000 and now it has bounced back crossing $10400. You could wait, there will be continuous price fluctuation as the market hasn't gained good support level to stay high.
934  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pricing everyday items in SATs on: August 15, 2019, 05:57:35 PM
Pricing everyday items in sats is not a hard task. Just with a widget that makes a calculation in terms of sats this can be achieved. When more and more people start using bitcoin on daily needs such a way of pricing becomes common with online stores and can see on offline stores very rarely as we cannot have the value changed for every minute with relation to the market fluctuations.
935  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is the richest person? on: August 14, 2019, 05:14:47 PM
OP has given a clear statement on the richest people as well the hidden identities who are truly rich but not known to the world similar to that of Jeff Bezos or Bill Gates. The world has changed, earlier there was humanity around, further as the importance of money grew high the humanity too started depending on money. This is a cyclic process and once again we'll experience true richness from the heart soon as people are getting towards their passion in large scale than following money.
936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Betting : A big problem to crypto? on: August 14, 2019, 04:47:28 PM
I once came across an article where it was stated that over 60 percent of most crypto transaction were used for betting. I don't see anything wrong with that. But don't you think it portrays crypto in a bad way?
This is quite a common thing that gets into discussion often. There are people who take it in the positive manner as well in the opposite way. For users who take it negative should know about bitcoin and it's early days of growth. Gambling industry is the one that helped with the growth through circulation during the early days when it struggled for growth. Now the situation has changed, yet the gambling contribution is massive for which one cannot State bitcoin to be bad which is truly the lack of true understanding about bitcoin.
937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Begins to Be Used in the Football Industry on: August 14, 2019, 04:09:46 PM
This is just a beginning, when years pass we can experience all these to happen with each and every industry. Now to the football industry there is a good sponsor who has made things differently, same as this we need good supportive sponsor on every industry. This will take the growth forward to the next level.
938  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Was Created By Our Lord and Saviour Satoshi Nakamoto on: August 14, 2019, 12:42:05 PM
Satoshi has made a big innovation and for the same making a comparison with lord is not a fair way of making Bitcoin grow higher and higher in value. More than 70% of the world population is much close to religious beliefs. This way relating Bitcoin with religion surely gonna make a negative impact over the growth of Bitcoin as well Cryptocurrency network over the future.
939  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Choose Lottery Instead Of Anything Else? on: August 14, 2019, 09:08:57 AM
I am not that big fan of lotteries because I know chances of winning in gambling for me would little better than those winning in the lotteries and better I can try my luck in the gambling where I enjoy the game and the atmosphere as well. And even if I do not win anything atelast I had enjoyed the moment in the casinos with some beverages and it is worth it than playing the lotteries for me.

The probability of winning from lottery is very low, but there are people who have won lottery on mathematical calculations. People who aren't with good knowledge about gambling used to try their luck through lotteries. Recently one of the biggest lottery win happened in UAE and the winning amount is $3.5+ million and the lottery ticket was bought on borrowed money.
940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano will destroy Ethereum! on: August 12, 2019, 03:00:44 PM
Ethereum is the second largest community and today Cardano out of 12 in cryptocurrency. Ethereum has 0.074 percent compare to full crypto and what is Cardano.
Well, in that case what cardano contributes to the entire market strength is very small. This way cardano has to grow much to compete with ethereum. Once ethereum dominance went above 30% while cardano reaching such a level is simply impossible as the competence keeps growing with the services getting tokenised with more and more projects.
