If you sent old HAT tokens to the right contract address (0xc3972ac283b3a7a56125674631a5c254f7f373cf) and the transaction went trough, then you just have to wait. Sometimes it takes 24 hours for the new tokens to arrive because of high number of ETH pending transactions. If 24 hours passes and you still didn't receive new tokens, then go to our Telegram chat and fill the form (link is in the pinned post). |

Tokens must be swapped because old HAT doesn't support staking and new HAT does. The swap process is described in detail on the web site. As for bounties... The team will make an announcement igžf and when the bounties will be available again. |

Are they old tokens? If they are not the Erc 20 tokens then they are old ones. Check on the 1st page of this announcement. They have the contract of the new and old HAT tokens. If they are old ones -- yes you should exchange them. Old and new tokens are both Erc20 compatible Ethereum tokens. But if you received them 67 days ago, then they are for sure old tokens and you must swap it. Additionally, you can check the contract address. If it's 0xc3972ac283b3a7a56125674631a5c254f7f373cf, then they are old tokens. If it's 0x9002d4485b7594e3e850f0a206713b305113f69e, then it's new tokens. But I'm 99% sure they are old tokens. A nije li za kupovinu i prodaju kripto valuta namjenjena pod grupa Trgovina?
U biti baš se čudim što tamo nitko ne piše o kupoprodaji uživo.
Nekako mi se čini da tamo ima svakakvih oglasa, samo ne kupoprodaja kripto valuta. Ali slažem se da je to možda bolja lokacija, ali da se stavi kao sticky jer će se inače izgubiti u moru raznih oglasa koji nemaju veze s kripto svijetom. |

Ja ti preporučam kupnju/prodaju uzivo sa nekom osobom ovdje sa foruma koja kupuje/prodaje... Spasit cete sebi i drugoj osobi otprilike 10% provizije koju bi ovako dali banci/exchangeu, a ovako se nades s osobom uzivo, popijete kavu dok on tebi posalje na neki wallet, ti njemu lovu i svi sretni, samo se treba paziti muljaza..
Ima i ovaj thread kojeg je netko pokrenuo, a gdje bi mogli oglašavati kad netko želi kupiti ili prodati kripto valute. |

upravo pročitao da za investicije (dionice, vrijednosni papiri... pa i Bitcoin ili bilo koja druga crypto valuta pošto se u HR smatra investicijom) vrijedi pravilo da se NE oporezuje ako ih držiš više od 2 godine. Ne vrijedi ako si mijenjao za neki coin u međuvremenu. Dali itko zna jel to točno?
Tako piše u zakonu o kapitalnoj dobiti navodno.
Znači imam bitcoin koji sam kupio prošle godine, držim ga još godinu dana i onda prodam i nema poreza?
Ja za ovo prvi put čujem. Čuo sam da u Njemačkoj postoji zakon da se ne plaća porez ako Bitcoin (nisam siguran vrijedi li i za ostale kripto valute) držiš godinu ili više i onda prodaš, ali čisto sumnjam da bi se naša država tako olako odrekla poreza... |

Obično političar kaže jedno, a novinari jako izokrenu izjavu da stvore senzaciju. Kako god, tržište kripto valuta je itekako osjetljivo na istupe pojedinih svjetskih moćnika (pri tome mislim na političare i biznismene) bile one istinite ili ne. Sve se više profilira da je prava decentralizacija samo mit i neostvareni san. S time se slažem. Ali nekako mi se čini da kripto tržište postaje sve manje osjetljivo na takve stvari baš zato jer su tako učestale. Zamisli recimo da ministar neke značajnije zemlje (npr. Koreje, Francuske ili Njemački) izjavi da bi trebalo (ili da će) zabraniti trgovanje dionicama. Pa mislim da bi svi burzovni indeksi potonuli puno više nego što je danas potonuo BTC. Da u pravu si, jer tržište dionica je itekako centralizirano i jako ovisi o političkim trendovima u svijetu. Zabrinjavajuće je to što je i kripto svijet ovisan o tim istim političkim trendovima i ja ne vidim veću decentralizaciju već potpuno suprotno. Uvođenjem regulativa bit će sve više ovisan o politici koja će nastojati sve staviti u zakonske okvire i pri tome, naravno, u zakone ugraditi sve mehanizme kojim će uzeti veliki dio kolača za sebe. Osobno mislim da regulacija kripto tržišta ne mora nužno biti loša. Trenutno kripto svijet uz pozitivne strane ima i jednu crnu stranu - koristi se za financiranje ilegalnih aktivnosti (pranje novca, terorizam, iznude...), a sve je to dodatno olakšano jer nema apsolutno nikakve regulative. Osim toga, sve dok nema regulative biti će puno klinaca od 15 godina koji nemaju pojma što rade, ali su čuli da se susjed obogatio na tamo nekih bitkoinima. Isto tako mi je jasno da bilo kakva regulacija sa sobom povlači značajniji pad vrijednosti svih valuta, ali osobno mislim da je regulacija potrebna. Ako ništa drugo, onda barem da se svaka burza verifikacijom korisnika osigura da kripto valutama trguju punoljetne osobe. |

yes I did hear the fork was cancelled but on the other hand the developer is optimistic about the price going higher .
The fork was meant to be on 19-Jan, but I'm not sure that it will happen. It was scheduled, then canceled and again scheduled... I don't know what is it's status right now. New coin is suppose to be named EtherZero, but looking at their web site I don't really have good feeling. It looks rather childish (poor design, font used is Times New Roman...). |

Can I report a bug with the Windows wallet here? Upon installation, if you click past the password entry screen it will accept a blank password, however this blank password cannot be used to log in. So the wallet is permanently stuck at the log in screen with no way to go back to the password entry. Even upon uninstallation this problems persists, so at the moment there's no way I can use the wallet.
Hi! Thanks for reporting the bug. You can try this workaround: 1. Uninstall the app and delete Hawala folder located in the c:\ProgramData folder (ProgramData is hidden folder in Windows so you have to check option "Show hidden files") 2. Install the app again and import the wallet Then it should work. |

The tokens will be able to swap after, but the support from the team will be limited because they will be focused on other things. |

Pozdrav, sad će ubrzo prijava poreza te imam pitanje u vezi oporezivanja kriptovaluta. Je li zakonski definirano da se kriptovalute oporezuju ili je to za sada proizvoljno tumačenje?
Uh... Ne da je odgovoreno nego ima nekoliko threadova vezano uz to. Ukratko, većina (pa čak i Porezna uprava) se slaže da se u veljači predaje JOPPD obrazac u lokalnu poreznu upravu i plaća se porez na kapitalnu dobit od 12% plus prirez (ovisno o mjestu prebivališta). Najbolji savjet je da odeš kod svog poreznog referenta (u lokalni ured Porezne uprave) i pitaš tamo. Mene su malo blijedo gledali kad sam pitao, ali na kraju me šefica zvala sutradan i objasnila da plaćam ovako  |

Nisam siguran koliko je to isplativo. OK, možda za jako velike transakcije tipa 10.000 dolara. Jer malo sam računao i po njihovim prodajnim i otkupnim cijenama ispada da pošteno "deru" na proviziji - 8,7% (govorim o razlici cijene za prodaju 0,5 kg zlata i za otkup 0,5 kg zlata).
