Pretty fun session.

Went from 0.05 to 0.2 to 0.14 and cashed out, went to Primedice.
Went from 0.14 to 0.23 in like 5 minutes, cashed out.
Deposited into just-dice via shape shift and spam bet on 93%, made like 0.25.

Could've made an extra 0.1 but I lost it Wink

Some crazy luck you had, so was it purely just luck or. You made some strategy. It would be really interesting to know how you did it. And that's such a good amount of money now use it wisely do not again gamble you already made nice amount of money. But be careful always it can't be so lucky, I think you been at this gambling for pretty long isn't it.
9322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Return of Satoshi on: January 18, 2017, 04:32:39 PM
When I first read the title and before the page was loading, I was so excited thinking that Mr. Satoshi is finally back, and then op says he wishes to ask him to return. But I feel it's bit to late for him to make a comeback and he won't have a magic stick that he can wave and fix it, he has done his bit it's time the community wakes up and tries to fix the problem it created and let the father rest now.
9323  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future looks fantastic, kids love Bitcoin on: January 18, 2017, 02:05:13 PM
My kids love bitcoin, they have had wallets for 3 years and have introduced the friends to the concept. They are all swapping bitcoin and exchanging things for it.  It reminds me of the ted talk by andreas which i have posted below. " try explaining KYC to these kids when their 18", lol  Grin

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1AVRVfw-8nE

Edit: watch about 17:00 for exact quote.

That's really great to see that you as a parent have taken a right step in the direction and introduced your kids to Bitcoin and that's good financial education for them. I am sure they will be super rich if they hold on the coin and the value keeps on rising. I think most of the parents often miss out on this very important part and they leave it for to late. I loved the concept will try spreading it and let's see its use.
9324  Economy / Speculation / Re: Trump's inauguration day on: January 18, 2017, 01:13:53 PM
Is bitcoin expected to rise immediately on the 20th?

At first I thought Bitcoin was going to shoot up if trump came. But I think the bubble has busted for all of us expecting him to have a impact on the price. Whatever he wanted to do he has openly said it, and there's not a mention of Bitcoin so I don't think trump is going to effect the Bitcoin on his swearing day. But let's see what happens. I am positive the price shall rise with or without trump impact.
9325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Preferring the technology not the coin on: January 17, 2017, 11:33:19 AM
ok
lets straighten out the details

BANKS cant and wont get involved with something they cannot control.
so forget about banks getting in heavy with bitcoin.

BANKS will make their own chains and tether them to the IMF's hyperledger, to be inline with the laws that suppose to mitigate their risks by having control (yes having control can with bankers greed do the opposite, but they and governments wont let it be greed with no control at all)

PEOPLE eg citizens of india are not BANKS. people can choose to rmain holding fiat and be moved to the hyperledger project without knowledge of the change of how their fiat has changed. or they can choose to use bitcoin.

dont expect BANKS to get into bitcoin. but do expect PEOPLE to get into bitcoin.

Two ways it may go with bank-chains (really, without open sourcing & tokens to secure, isn't it just a shared database?)

1) They promote it as the new, faster, secure way to process payments. No more waiting 3 days internationally or a day domestically etc. In other words, some benefit but still in a walled garden (bank retain control).

This may become a trojan horse for the more nefarious option.

2) Blockchain & digital money, replacing cash. trapping account holders with negative interest rates. Rogoff has already mentioned that negative rates of -5% may be needed during next crisis. He is the policy head and leading non politician cheerleader of banning cash. "Blockchain" improvements may herd the masses in to a monetary Hotel california.

I don't think this will work long term - a massive scale rebranding of 'blockchain' will be needed as it is directly related to Bitcoin. I think any emergence of a blockchain system only feeds curiosity and increases bitcoin tourism. In the age of the internet and the current climate of zero trust in the mainstream, thats an uphill battle.

I agree with the views posted here, banks have run out of ideas to counter Bitcoins and in their confusion they believe that implementing blockchain as a technology will help them grow but they have completely failed to realize that without Bitcoin why would anyone want blockchain, plus they have underestimated the risks that Blockchain sharing data can bring, I hope that better sense prevails.
9326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why the Bank would no longer fit for the future? on: January 17, 2017, 10:21:25 AM
I partly agree with op post here that Blockchain technology shall take over in future and there are many examples to suggest that it is happening. Many banks are opting for blockchain technology but what most people fail to see it is that, it was bitcoin that made every one use blockchain, without Bitcoin will people really be interested I am not really sure. But I don't see banks disappearing anytime soon in the long run.
9327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoinUnity on: January 17, 2017, 08:10:25 AM
It's a good initiative and it's good to see that people are really going out of their ways to go and give back to the Bitcoin community, but the thing is it will require lot of time and efforts to get people to come to Telegram when this forum offers everything, not saying you won't get it going but it shall take one he'll of a effort and then you better have to be good to maintain it. Maybe once in a while you could do some giveaway something to get more followers on your account. Wish you all the best.
9328  Economy / Services / Re: Future Instagram Service. on: January 17, 2017, 06:28:02 AM
I guess they won't be real followers or likes, right?

They shall be real followers only, I don't know how bots work on insta and not even interested to know it.
for me i think  its a bad idea people are familiare with access to free instagram there familiare with it i don't see me using it with money or see my friends using it it's hard what about the others the next generaion...for now its 5$ but next how much ??

Ya but free Instagram won't get you much publicity, imagine 15000 real people seeing your posts that makes you lot of money.
Will the wollowers be like bots? Seen people doing that recently

No bots only 100% real bots, if any one finds any bots will remove him or block him. Only 100% real service but there's no interest so far.
9329  Economy / Services / Re: Future Instagram Service. on: January 16, 2017, 03:54:37 PM
"So I am planning to make a Instagram account speciallly dedicated to advertise everything related to Bitcoin, me and couple of my friends shall make effortts and we should be expecting to get around 15-20k likes"

This will take you 1-2 years to do legitimately. Assuming the average rate of 5% follower:like ratio, you'd need 400k followers or so which, like I said, takes years. You'll end up giving up. Trust me. You're better off buying an already made account.

"$5"

Really? $5? You have no idea how the Instagram marketing section works, do you?

My friends are social Instagram masters and we shall get the likes that's not a issue for us, but I want to know will people pay to post here. So how much do you suggest that I should charge?
Greetings to all. For a very long time I have been interested in starting this service but before I take time to start it I wanted to know if people would want this kind of service. So I am planning to make a Instagram account speciallly dedicated to advertise everything related to Bitcoin, me and couple of my friends shall make effortts and we should be expecting to get around 15-20k likes. Now my question is would people pay a minimum of 5$ per post and how many of you all want this service based on your review I shall start it. Please let me know no trolls or spam, they shall reported to campaign manager or admins thanks and regards.
Get around 15-20k like is not easy just not think about that first. I suggest you must have an account with crypto related followers 500+ is better to start your service but the followers must be real and crypto related and that's no easy i think because i've try it.

Btw I've make an account about a month ago here is the username: bitcoininsta

I saw your account you have very less follwers what happened. I can get that many likes but so far I am waiting to see if people will want it and are ready to pay it. So far no one responded positively.

9331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Daily use of bitcoin? on: January 16, 2017, 01:44:07 PM
Hi friends,

As far as I know, bitcoin payments take a little time to approve. Will these approval times make it difficult to use bitcoin in our daily lives?
For example, I would get a coffee from Starbucks. Do I have to wait for approval to pay for what I have done for hours?

Honestly daily life Bitcoin is bit difficult to implement why, cause sometimes it takes hours to approve and then sometimes days. Now you order a coffee today and it's get cleared after 3-5 days who can wait for it. One thing that could be worked out would be upload your btc to Starbucks wallet or card. And then use it. For payment. That's the only way I think a prepaid card or directly sending btc in the wallets of the general day to day stuff and use till it's limits is over. But there are not many shop keepers who shall accept this solution.

It's sad to see and but for all those who are interested the rates for the campaign signature I am part of have been revised and now the max posts are 40 earlier was 45. The following are the updated rates. Kindly update the new rates in the sheet so all can see and be informed rather complain later as to why they were not notified, though it's now in the campaign sheet but I am sure one or two existing members could raise this hence it's a request.

Another day another top bank of India chooses to accept blockchain as the technology but not a mention of accepting Bitcoin. I agree that Blockchain is good but who made it good, and why did people accept it, was due to. Bitcoin another attempt to try to use digital Fiat, but not Bitcoin wonder when will they ever learn. I hope the people of India wake up and fight this and push for Bitcoin under their top bank patronage. Ps this link is 5 days old got it from a what'sapp from my friend.

9334  Economy / Services / Re: You Don't Need A Website To Earn Bitcoins, Post Article With Ads On My Website on: January 15, 2017, 02:34:45 PM
Hi there what kind of service is this? Are you the owner of the site and by the way what's the name of the site, there's no name. So are you looking for advertisers on your website or you want to a manager to maintain your website then post all details, how much you are willing to pay. For payment you have to do escrow you are new here. Edit your post and put all the details here, cause your pm capacity will take lot of time.
9335  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling Bitcoin For Cheap - Skrill Or PayPal ! on: January 15, 2017, 07:45:20 AM
All posts relating to currency exchange only belong in the currency exchange, escrow is highly recommended but your fees deduction I wonder will people be interested in joining a deal with reduction. I would even suggest you to get a vouch copy from a legendary or a senior member so that people will trust you more. I hope you do not cheat people and keep your promise to make a honest deal.
9336  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has Julian Assange met Satoshi Nakamato? on: January 15, 2017, 07:21:19 AM
Not at all true. You should have used Lil common sense if he had net Mr. Satoshi wouldn't his identity been revealed to all. The founder the person for all we can credit our success who wouldn't like to meet him. So no one will believe that any one has met Mr. Satoshi, even Google would have told you it's not true. Wonder if we will. Ever see the face of our creator.
9337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin sponsors in the White House?! on: January 15, 2017, 07:11:22 AM
Too early to be excited about it, this is just a media hype so I would not buy to much into it. I would rather avoid it, cause this is trump we are talking about. He's very mysterious and confusing, look at all his policies and statements, he will say one thing then speak on another, he keeps every thing a mystery and I don't see the btc price being affected by it in any way, until he comes and say btc umm nasty coin that will rise and just rise tull then just avoid being excited.
9338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the classroom, yes or no and why? on: January 15, 2017, 07:05:03 AM
This is for a personal writing project I'm working on. I imagine that Bitcoin would be good for things like teaching things like math with decimals ("How many Satoshis do you need to get a tenth of a Bitcoin?", stuff like that), budgeting (Spend it on whatever you want, but when it's gone, it's gone), or even a little bit of IT / programming stuff like how cryptography works. What do you guys think of this?

Its a good project and it will be much more interesting than the boring calculations, plus this will be a part of the financial literacy. This will helps the kids in the long term to make good financial decisions, and personally I would like my kid to learn finance this way coupled with maths and I would be able to help him. So I would like to see this project implemented as fast as possible. Post your report here once completed.
9339  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice, refund my money, or I will be die on: January 15, 2017, 04:31:55 AM
Primedice was made by  edward miroslav (miroslav is fake surname) with stolen money. He was ddoser and scammer from runespace(some game).

https://forum.bitcoin.com/edward-u1568

Edward mail Edward@Primedice.com    If you search facebook using this mail then it's show Someone other name. Jack Mills

https://www.facebook.com/people/Jack-Mills/100009798158829

Who is Jack Mills ? How he connect with primedice ? Who is right person? Is primedice made by a fake person ?

If Primedice made by fake person then how people trust them ? Is it have any guaranty this platform don't scam again people

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1751466.0

Give back this guy money.

Brother I'm sorry to say that but you make me cringe so much.
I don't know about Edward's past story but what I know now is that he is running a perfect legit company with a huge success.
Also, I don't think that someone would make a facebook account under their bussiness email.
Anyone can create FB account with any email, probably this account doesn't have it's email verified.

What is wrong with you op, what ever sympathy was there for you is gone, you have now created a Alt account and now going out of your way to make primedice.com look like a scam. If there a scammer then it looks like you, using Alt account is not all nice. Your money is gone and by making a Alt accounts, and 100 posts is not going to get your money back, I feel we should just stop visiting this thread, let it go down, no Point in explaining him.
9340  Economy / Exchanges / Re: The best exchanges where you can buy bitcoins via debit card MasterCard on: January 15, 2017, 04:12:47 AM
You can try loading it into paypal and then buy from here if any one is willing to the trade with you but many don't do. It because of reverse transactions. Coinbase.com has worked just fine for me and many users I know, never really faced any problems, or try xapo I am not sure they do but check it. I would suggest you to have a look at the currency exchange section you will find many deals there.
